I bought a Eureka Forbes water Purifier nearly 7 months back. They had mentioned at the time of sales that they provide the best service to the customer. In my case nobody came for the service after 3 month or 6 months which they were supposed to do. Then suddenly my machine reported some fault. I made a complaint to the toll free number and they gave me a code number. They told the same day a person would visit me and solve the problem.

Nobody turned up. I used to call almost everyday, and had to describe the entire problem regularly. Then after nearly 20 days one guy came who did not even know to open the machine. He told he would come the very next day and we kept waiting days and weeks. After inquiring with others I came to know that most of the people in our are are getting the same kind of experience and they seldom do the service properly.

If your machine fails they will not turn up. Those who came gave some vague answers and nothing got right. In between I contacted the people who sold the machine to us. They told service is not their division. For the past 2 months We are not able to get filtered water. My friends are telling me that I have done a mistake by selecting this brand.

Will Eureka Forbes be responsible for any health issues arising from this. If they can refund the money and take the machine, we would be greatly happy and can go for another brand.

This is the worst Experience I had from any brands. If they are not able to repair the machine (booster model) they should not sell it. Better they stop marketing it and taking the health of the people into their hands.

I am having an Annual Maintenance Contract, with M/s Khushi Enterprises, Bajaj Nagar, Nagpur, an Authorised Agency of M/s Eureka Forbes Ltd, for the AQUAGAURD Water Purifier.
My Appliance has developed some functional problem since 29.11.09, I have been complaining to Agency repeatedly, but they are bothering to attend the complaint.
Now, they have even stopped responding to my Telephone call. My AMC is still valid.

I purchased one RO water filter Forbes make for which i was assured service from Eureka Forbes Nagpur. With in one year the Power supply unit failed in the month of May [hottest part of summer]. The unit was replaced after a number of trials by the service engineer. After fifteen months of this replacement the power supply failed again, which was replaced but then the entire filter was damaged.

1. The over flow water which earlier used to stop periodically now does not stop.
2. The water earlier used to flow smoothly now flows with a jerk and noise.
3. The water leaks from all over keeping the surrounding of the filter wet and unhygienic.
4. The service engineers are now avoiding visiting and giving service.

No Service Back up. Dealer in Fardibad, Legend Service Center is the worst service provider.

Water quality in Fardiabad is worst in India and on the top of that Eureka Forbes has appointed Legent Service as their service center.

They do not pick up the phone so there is no point giving the service either. Try their service center no : [protected].

Get the Lucky coupon in case you are successful :-)

After buying RO system, we are still dependent on Mineral water bottles.

I will throw away this system and planning to buy KENT.

Is any body from Eureka Forbes hearing ?

I have the problem in Eureka Ro system. They checked TDS level of my home i.e 560 TDS & suggested me the machine which is will minimize 90% of the water level means the water level will be approx 60 TDS. now since last 5 month the water level has gone below 25 TDS & which is much harmful to the body . Many times i complaint to the authority to solve the issue but no progress in the case so now i am planning to Sue the company so please help me or update me in the concern case.

I am the owner of an Aqua Guard Royale water purifier. At the beginning of this year, when the AMC of the above mentioned water purifier was renewed, a technician (Sanjay) visited to change the filter and carbon as is the case every year. However, while finishing up, in his hurry, he forced the cabinet shut. In doing so, he managed to break off the end where the screws go in. He didn’t mention it to me that it had broken off. He quietly hung the purifier onto the wall. That’s when I noticed that the front panel was hanging loose and not closed shut as before. When I inquired with him why he didn’t shut it properly, he said that it was broken and needs to be replaced. He said that he would place the order for a new piece as soon as he returns to office. Please note that this was in Jan 2010.

Since then I have been following up with the service centre, but all they say is that the part has not come yet.

On 12 July 2010, I lodged a request ([protected]) with Eureka Forbes and mentioned all these details to them. I asked them to send the cabinet as well as the carbon which needed to be changed. Finally, after many calls, on 22nd July, a technician came over. When I inquired about the cabinet, he said that he had no clue about this and had come over for servicing. I asked him to change the carbon, if he had brought that along. He had the carbon and he changed it. However, he did not have the proper tools to open the casing which held the filter, in order to clean it. He struggled with it, trying desperately to force it open with his feet. For hygienic reasons as well as fearing that he might just break that, I requested him to leave that and finish up. When he turned on the aqua guard, the red light did not come on. I wrote down all this in his job sheet and mentioned about the light, missing screws and the cabinet that needed to be replaced.

After he left, I called up Eureka Forbes customer care, spoke with Mr. Mayur Mehtra (supervisor) with whom I was in touch with regarding this issue. He, then, directed me to speak with Mr. Som Shankar (Service Dept.). His contact no. is [protected]. I contacted him and narrated the entire matter to him. He promised me that he would look into this and call me back. After a while, I got a call from him and he promised me that the cabinet would be replaced in 2-3 days. When no one turned up after 4 days, again I called him and he asked me to wait for another 2-3 days. This went on till 9th August, when he finally mentioned that he has forwarded the request to Mr. Milind, Vashi office who would do the needful.

When I contacted Mr. Milind on [protected]/2252/2095, he assured me that they will replace the cabinet in 3 days. When I followed up on 12th Aug, the executive said that the technician will visit my place by 5:00 in the evening. Unfortunately, there was no sign of a technician. When I called again on 13th Aug (today), Mr. Milind would not take my call. The executive assured me that the technician will visit today.

At 6:00 pm, the same technician (who broke the cabinet in the first place), came over. I asked him if he had brought the cabinet as I didn’t see anything in his hands. He pretended to be ignorant of this matter and said that he was asked to come to take care of a break-down. I, politely, asked him to leave.

It has been eight months since this incident. All their people are doing is passing on the issue from one dept. to another. And to top it all, they are sending their technicians asking them to feign ignorance of this matter.

The consumer courts should not be lenient in dealing with this company luring customers with false promises and absolutely nothing to show for it.

I have a eureka forbes storage water filter 18 litres capacity.
I need to get it serviced but and the cartridges changed but even after repeated complaints and phone calls to customer care number i have got no response. Every time i call up i am told that the problem will be solved within 24 hours but it's been 2 weeks since i started calling the company. Their after sales services are completely lame and misleading.

I have purchased the lastet of the Eureka Forbes water purifier ( Aqua Gold ) in November 2007, at the time of purchase the sales person and the company promised to provide maintenance service every 3 months and has collected additional charges as maintenance fees.

On the 18th of this month (April 2008 ) back i have lodged a complaint to their customer care and duly received a reference number, for which the service personal or the technician was to come to my residence and attend to the problem within 24 hrs, but even till date no one has turned up.
when i call the customer care the executive just says sorry for the inconvinience caused and also promises that one of the technician will call be within 2 hrs . She also provides with the contact number of the manager Mr.Bramha ( hope its the correct name atleast), this person mobile rings all thru for almost 10 times and then a lady answers to say mr. manager has left his mobile phone at home and gone out and will return only late in the night.

I dont understand what sort of company is this and what sort of customer service do they offer, if anyone has approached the consumer court, pls guide me thru, i will surely want to take these guys to the court and see to that they pay for their negligence.

I regret to inform you that I purchased an Acquagaurd water purifier (Classic) on 02.10.2009 from Dealer of Allahabad City (UP). Following conditions have not been fulfilled by the dealer/service centre:
01. The receipt of the advance amount Rs. 500/- was given to me the balance amount was paid by the cheque dt 03.09.2009 but the receipt & bill have not been received as yet.
02. The Corban of the Acquagaurd water purifier (Classic) was to be changed within the six month of the purchase/installation but inspite of so many reminders it has not been done so far it had not been done till 21.08.2010 as a result the Acquagaurd water purifier (Classic) stopped functioning from 21.08.2010. After so many telephonic complaints to the local dealer it could only be attended on 31.08.2010
Because of negligence on your part there was a major breakdown in the machine . Hence you are requested to either change the Acquagaurd water purifier (Classic) for which the proper service & maintenance was not provided by the dealer. Kindly direct the dealer to issue proper bill & money receipt of the same. If you fail to do this I will be forced to take the case in Consumer Court of Allahabad.

It has been more than 40 days since i purchased water purifier, and inspite of making telephone call to the sales representative - mr.pritesh, and entering complaint on internet, i have not received the bill for the product. Also, most important, when the product was installed, its performance could not be checked since electricity was not there. And they clearly told that, we will come again to check water quality, but nobody has come yet.

I am really surprised that a company who has been know for customer satisfaction through direct selling, does not even have proper complaint redress system.

I HAD PURCHASED A R.O. SYSTEM MODEL : AURO SMART FROM NOIDA. SINCE THE DAY FIRST IT IS CREATING PROBLEMS. AS ADVISED BY MR. A.K. DUBEY WE HAVE MADE SOME OTHER ARRANGEMENTS FOR SMOOTH FUNCTIONING BUT STILL THE SITUATION SAME.

THEY ARE NEITHER REPLACING THE SAME NOR ABLE TO PROVIDE SERVICES WHICH IS VERY SHAMEFUL FOR EUREKA FORBES. I AM STILL PURSUING THE MATTER WITH MR. DUBEY & OTHER IF NOT SATISFIED THEN I CAN GO TO CONSUMER COURT.

I had purchased a Aquasure Nano RO Water Purifier on [protected].Hardly three months are past and the equipment isn't working / there is no outflow of water. I have lodged a complaint on 1-8-2011 with the call centre. Finally, after repeated calls, i.e., had to make nearly 4 to 5 calls per day, a technician visited on 6-8-2011 and said he would replace the defective part the next day. however, the technician Mr. Naresh, did not turn up at all . He doesnt even answer the calls. frustrated, called up the call center once again they promised /assured it would be taken care of within 24 hours. By the way, that seems to be their standard reply. however, no one has bothered to show up . when contacted again, the call center operative promised to send the technician, the same day before 5'0 clock in the evening . Still, nobody came. This Company is the worst service provider.First of all, they sell defective equipment, and then do not bother . Truly, regret having bought the product. Next step would be to approach the company and ask for the refund failing which, would be forced to go to the Consumer Grievance Forum. Sincere Advice to everybody out there, keep away from Eureka Forbes.

I placed a service request for re-installation of AcquaGuard (water purifier) of Eureka Forbes on 14th of June, 2008. Since then I have more than half-a-dozen calls eliciting identical response on each occassion: We will have someone sent soon. This is the service level for a service request for which Eureka Forbes charges a pretty hefty fee. Having bought the item, custoerms like me are at the mercy of the company as they have monooly on such service requests.

We have purchased Aquaguard Total enhancer, a month back with a commitment for life time free service and now we request service center to attend malfunctioning of water purifier and we are begging them to come and attend this since two weeks. he complaint register nuber is [protected] / 30.01.2012. My repeated request to the service center to change the power cable of my vacuum cleaner has gone to deaf ears. If the same is not serviced within a week I have no option but to take it up legally.

I had purchased Vacuum cleaner from Eureka Forbes, Allahabad branch in the month of March-07. I kept on asking the sales agent for the invoice but he instead handed me over a receipt. Later when i purchased Aquaguard from the company, I came to know that receipt wasn't enough. Another agent who dealt me this time promised to get back the invoice and took three cheques to finance the water purifier. He said that once i will submit the total amount to company he would return those cheques. Post that I paid him the entire amount next month and got transferred to Agra. Neither I have got my cheques nor invoice. Post that i am calling the centre in Agra to install the aquaguard in my residence. That too hasn't happened till date of writing this note. Lets hope it will be done by tomorrow. Neither has the company manager at Allahabad bothered to return my call...

This company thrives on cheaters and is extremely careless about the marketing practices. Hence request all readers to please be aware of this.

I had bought a Aquaguard Reviva Smart RO system from Eureka Forbes in Delhi. For the past two weeks I have been trying to get it installed at my house. The following illustrates my experience :

1. The first visit was by a technician who claimed had never set his eyes on this model and had no idea that it existed. He fitted the system but it did not work, whilst it was in perfectly working condition in Delhi

2. The next visit was by a technician who looked at the machine and said he did not know anything about the same.

3. The third visit was by another technician who said that this machine cannot work in Mumbai and that since the water pressure in my apartment was too high, it cannot work in any case. When we told him that a pressure reducer was installed at the aquaguard point, he said that it does not help. He said he will send another person the next day….nobody came.

4. I called up customer service and one cheeky girl told me that what technician no 3 told me was true and that no one in Mumbai would know how to install the system as it is not used here. She said that she would, in any case, send me another technician the very day. [that was Saturday the 23rd June] No one has come so far. She refused to give me a complaint number either. My previous complaint numbers were a] 56719 b] L45672

I have been surviving on bottled water for the past two weeks because of their untrained technicians.

If the product actually does not work in Mumbai, the literature should clearly state this and I would have never wasted my money on it as I knew I was to shift here in two years time.

Scientifically, though, I cannot understand why it should not work if

1. The pressure is adjusted as per the recommended specification, by a plumber who knows how to do this.
2. Even if the Mumbai water does not have a large number of dissolved salts, the system should still work [at least the bacteria should get killed] I believe the RO system not only extracts dissolved salts but also takes away disease causing bacteria and parasites from the water.

My advice: do not buy their products..their service ends once they sell you the product... their so called technicians are just half trained pipe fitters.

The output of water is minimal and we are forced to buy mineral water of 60 rupees everyday since 14th of May till date. The complaint has been lodged with the customer services and the complain no is [protected]. Everytime upon being asked, the assurance is given that the problem will be sorted out within 24 hrs but its all shameless acts of ignoring the responsibilities towards the consumer. Nobody has turned up at all and Mr Anil who was quite instrumental ( his mobile no [protected] ) is not responding now.

I have been cheated by a sales person that some life time warranty is given to the vaccum cleaner product for only for the last 2 days after which the offer will not be given. Your sales persons are big cheaters. They donot have common sense and behave like stupids and are targeting people who donot needthe product. Just for reaching their targets and promotions they donot follow ethics and behave like cheaters. Just u think aperson who is not having dust allergies and that too senior citizen how will he able to use the product. Please take necessary action regards this. I bought an Aqua Guard Gold from Eureka Forbes, Jodhpur, Rajasthan and wanted it installed in Bangalore. Before I bought the Aqua Guard, I was committed the following things and not even one of them is honored:

a) Since I am living in Bangalore, but I bought the Aqua Guard in Jodhpur, they would deliver the machine to bangalore for no additional charges (i.e. apart from the payment I am making at the time of buying it). Once I bought the machine, I was told that I will have to either take the machine with me or will have to pay the courier charges.

b) The first installation of the machine is always free and hence the concerned person would make sure that the machine is installed at my bangalore residence with no additional cost and on time. I have got the machine in bangalore for more than a week now and everyday I have to call the customer service helpline (080-[protected]) and provide the complaint no (PP25/9) and explain the situation to find the status. Everyday, I get the same response. "Sir, our personals are in field right now and we will make sure that the installation is done by 12 o'clock tomorrow morning." Nothing Happens. Again the same process next day!

c) The so-called team lead in Jodhpur office is Mr Sameer (contact no. [protected]) who sold the machine. He never picks up the calls and never bothers to return them. His behavior is completely unacceptable and I would want to report it to higher ups in the company.

I only suggest that nobody buys any product from Eureka Forbes ever!

i m very fedup from your service center(sai soultion, 135, loknayak appt. sector-9, rohini).i have AMC..But then too they are not providing me good facility and their receptionist(Gitanjali Bhardwaj)doesn't know how to talk to customers...she always talk to us in a very rude manner...i complaint the center to change sobonett s.v. part of my R.O. and after 2 mnths they replaced it wid the old one...i want u to take strick action against this...otherwise i have to go to consumer court...

I have purchased a vacuum Cleaner, from Eureka Forbes Ltd., I was proposed for Rs.10990/- (web site also the same price) but they invoiced only for Rs.9990/-.

I got option for 6 months installment they charged 58%

Where as I was proposed for 27.5%

Sir,
We purchased a Aquaguard Cooloer cum purifier vide bill no 472 dated 31.3.2011 which was installed at Dispensary, IGIT, Sarang, an educational Institute for the Degree and Diploma students.
It became unserviceable on 15 Jan 2012 and a complaint was lodged at your Branch office at Bhubaneswar on vfide complain No 384 dated 19.01.2012. Subsequently, several complaints were also given telephonically till date.
But no action has been initiated as on today. This is causing a lot of problem to our students and also in particular to the patients who are coming to the Dispensary.
Now, since summer is approaching, if it is not repaired on an urgent basis, there will be lot of problems in the month of April and May.

You are kindly requested to take immediate action to either rectify the problem or replace the same machine at the earliest.

I bought the 'aqua gaurd-Eurekaforbes water purifier' only with a hope of getting the best after sales services. For the last one month it is not taking in water and nor water come out from the outlet. We contacted the customer care people for nearly twenty times ...for nearly a month ( call Euro help line [protected]) and the authorised service centres in Chennai ([protected], [protected]..). We paid Rs.1000/- (one thousand rupees) for one year for service contract ( contract Receipt No:[protected]). Despite my repeated complaints to the call Euro help line and authorised service centres no positive reply is given and there is none to attend the problem. It is really disheartening for us and it is really shameful on the part of the company which claims to be 'your friend for life' to be so negligent towards the voice of the poor customers.

order no. [protected], model - ECXFORCE. Maximum 04 to 05 used only. Suction not working. Last seven days representative of Eureka forbes saying that we are sending technician but failed to do so. I am facing great difficulties to clean my house since last week.

I bought Aquasure water filter from Vishal Mega Mart and found a broken candle. We checked it recently and since then we are not able to use it..Checked with the dealer and we are told they don't have any idea whatsoever where we can get the new candles from. Company needs to improve their dealership networks as they don't take the ownership of selling a damaged product.

Two years back I came to Patna and continuos registered complaints by telephone but till dated no one coming for service or filter replacement which must be given by the eureka forbes ltd on FOC.

I bought my Eureka Forbes Aqua guard a year back. I had been promised that I will get 3 free services and other facilities which i never got. Now few days back I got a phone call that a man will go to my house for the Aqua Guard service. The man came next day though he was supposed to come on the day I received a call from their office. The man asked for nearly Rs. 450/- as service charge. This incident came as a surprised to me when I reached my home in the evening. The number which the company provides also does not work. Now I am forced to tell all my known person about this thing & ask them not to buy any product from this company.

I purchased a complete security system marketed by eureka forbes from Mr Arun Arora for my new home on 3rd march 2007. for Rs 19800. (My requirement was for two systems, one for my sister in law) so I simply asked him to install the system for her as my home was under construction. I have been chasing him since 3 rd sept 2007, but they ARE NOT INTERESTED TO INSTALL. Mr Arun keeps promising and then disappears. When I call the helpline, I am left helpless as they take my complaint and then nothing happens. This company just wants to meet their sales targets, I am so disgusted and appalled at their service, now I just want a refund and want to say goodbye to them! There is no professionalism and they don't care!

Aquaguard Total sensa inside AMC till 2014 is down for the past 5 days. Customer id [protected]. Various complaint no raised on 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th jan 2013 but no attendance. Complaint no [protected], [protected].

I purchased eureka forbes waterfilter (Reviva - NF) on April 7th 2011.

Person called Manju (ph.No. [protected]) from Indira Nagar Branch came to book the order. He asked me to make the complete payment towards the order (Rs 9990/-) as he said without the advance payment order cannot be processed. Order number [protected]. He said that it would be installed within 2 days. But no one came to install it. I started checking the status of the order from Manju, through their call center (Ph. No. [protected]), Manju's Manger, and their Indira Nagar office, Bangalore. Any day I call, and anyone I call I have the same reply, it would be positively installed within 2 days from now. 2 days are not finished as yet.

I wanted to install the water filter urgently as I have too many guest at my house and I purchase bottled water for drinking purpose. Since installation of this water purifier has been delayed I am purchasing water worth Rs 120/- everyday. Adding this for 6 days, I have already lost Rs 720 due to Eureka Forbes.

Can anything be done about this installation and the loss I am incurring.

I would prefer that they return my money and I will choose some other water filter from other company.

If Eureka Forbes are so bad during the sales, I am frightened that if I call them for service they will take 5 years to come.

I purchased on RO water purifier from Eureka Forbes, Vellore, Tamilnadu on 25-04-2011 by paying full cash. the purifier did not filter water with in five days of the installation.
I lodged a complaint with the company. The service engineer visited and said the catridges are not functioning. he promised to replace the same with in 8 days. but till date and time inspite of several reminders no action has been taken to replace the same. since it is hot summer, i request you to instruct your employee to do the needful immediately.

sir, my parents who live in Bagdogra in Dist- Darjeeling had bought a water purifier from a very reputed company like Eureka Forbes which was a compact water purifier, the installation was on 07.10.2011 and they were supposed to get two free servicing, but till date even after repeated calls from my father who is also Sr citizen to the local servicing centre of Siliguri- at the ph no. [protected] no one has bothered to attend to the complaint. I am extremely surprised by the neglecting behaviour of the authorities who show no value for the health of my parents .When the product was being purchased the sales man made such nice promises that they lured us in purchasing their product, but if no step is taken immediately, we will go to the consumer court .This kind of behavior is extremely intolerable from the company.

The sales person (Mr Ravi Kant Mishra, Kanpur, U.P.) of Eureka Forbes LTd has cheated us. He had charged more than the MRP of the product and didnt give us the warranty card. Machine is non-working condition since purchased. It was not installed properly.

We had bought it against our old working Eureka Forbes Ltd acaguard ST2000 model. Till date we didnt get the bill, machine buy-back certificate, warranty card, etc.

Now, we have decided to ask the company to return back our working machine and take it away their horrible "e-boiling classic" non-working model.

I have purchased this RO system on 15-April-2007 but till now I have not received the bill for the same inspite of repeated reminders from my end to the customer. Every time they promised but it was useless. I think that the local branch is saving on Service Tax and VAT that they have to pay by not providing the bill. I want to renew the AMC but on top of exorbitant charges of AMC, customer care is asking for executive visiting charges. I now regret buying this system because of the greediness shown here by the company.

I had entered in to a service contract for the vacuum cleaner manufactured by the above company. I have been using machine for the past many years without much problem and it had gone out of order on 26th June 08 which i had registered with their helpline on 27th June 08. Their assurance of service within 48 hrs had not materialized till the evening of 20th June 08 and hence I have been contacting them twice daily from then onwards without any result. Their franchise whose people came to my house to enter in to the contract is not accessible due their phone not functioning and the helpline people also do not know any other contact number of theirs to give me. So, the negligence on the part of the parent company and that of their franchisee has put me in this difficult spot and I am preferring a complaint with the consumer forum. It is a shame that such a reputed organization has come to such a rotten state of affairs.
