If u are even thinking about buying a policy through esurance THINK AGAIN!!! They are the biggest fricken scam! i received a quote from them for $750 for 6months all was good until 1 day after i renewed with them!!! They sent me a email through there site saying my rate was 1150 for 6months. I was paying about $140 a month for the 1st 6 months with a 2500 deductible. The increase brought me to 171 a month and stayed the same for 2 months then magically jumped to 191!!! The $191 lasted about 1 month.

When i called to see why my insurance was so high they said that it would be raised again because i updated my address (19 miles from where i lived before). So i wanted a few days and checked there website online. My normal payment at the time was 191 it jumped to $262.

So i called them up to see why it was so freaking high... they said u changed zip codes... and uhh uhhh we cant explain the rest it just went up then they fed me a line of sh!t about a law being passed that they could charge nys customers more so they could keep enough money in there account to pay out claims. they claimed that the 262 was a 1 time payment to make up for the increase and that my normal payment would be 212 a month. Soo i figured wtf $20 whatever... 3 dayz after i tailed to them i get another email from them through there site saying i owed $372. at that point i was already saying f^ck them and had other quotes for much much cheaper a yr $1200 with a 500 deduct compared to a 2500.
so i dint even bother calling them. i just check again and my amount owned has magically again raised which they will never see a dime of!!! Now they say i owe $628 done with there BS... so... i am writing this to let everyone know if u are thinking about trying them out because they are the cheapest quote!! Do not do it!!! Do not even think about it do some research!! I read a ton of complaints about them before i purchased my policy and it did not stop me cause of that damn fake ass cheap quote!
