eSureBuy.com Bluetooth M90 Ear Piece

I purchased the item that was listed on their website as a New Plantronics M90 Bluetooth. I received a total different item. I contact the business and they said it was an upgrade. If I had any issues with it to contact the manufacturer. Additionally, the item does not work. I requested a refund and Esurebuy.com refused.

I've contacted my credit card company for assistance as these is a regular practice for this business. There are no phone numbers listed to try and speak to someone and resolve the matter.

Scam! I purchased a set of headphones from this company and they arrived broken (plastic piece was missing from charging port cover) and they did not work after the first charge. After numerous emails and filed complaints to BBB, they have yet to refund me. They keep giving me the run around but I paid to ship them back and now am out close to $70. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

eSureBuy.com LG hbs-920 tone infinim bluetooth stereo headset (rose gold)

I bought my adult daughter a Birthday gift back on May 30, 2020.
The ad said the product would be new (I have a screenshot if they want to challenge me), but the unit Esurebuy shipped to me was used, damaged, and unusable (I have several pictures if they want to challenge me). The box the unit came in was correct, but the headset in the box was not the correct model number that belonged in the box. It was a larger unit, and too big for the box, so Esurebuy forced it into the box and broke the unit.
They (Esurebuy) shipped it anyway.
I could not give the item to my daughter as a gift.
After several attempts to get a return label (which I never received), they (Esurebuy) sent an RMA number (which is only a return number), but I was forced to pay for the return myself (I have a copy and tracking number if they want to challenge me).
They did send a replacement item to me, but the product did not come in a box, but instead, it only came in a generic plastic bag and did not include any manual or packaging. The replacement item was damaged and the earbuds had earwax in them. I could not give this item to my daughter either.
They do not have a phone number for a customer service department, so you cannot call them. They hide behind their emails, and their responses are very vague. To date, I am out of the original purchase, the shipping fee, and a return fee. They will respond to this email and say they provided an RMA number, but this is not a shipping label, refund, or satisfactory replacement item; it is only a number to mark the product so they can track it after I pay to return it.
In my opinion, do not waste your time or money, please buy somewhere else.
FYI: my original complaint was June 15, 2020, and they have not provided me with a useable gift or refund to date. I guess I got ripped off by Esrebuy. Check the other reviews, and see if there is a pattern. I have attached two pictures to give a little credibility to my complaint.

eSureBuy.com Purchase of bluetooth earpiece

Fraud! They advertised a new plantronics voyager legend bluetooth headset for sale on their website. I purchased it and they send me a badly used headset in a plastic ziplock bag. There is no warranty, no directions, no packaging, just a used item in a ziplock bag. They charge a 25% restocking fee and they don't respond to emails. Stay away from this company.

eSureBuy.com It was VERY used and was supposed to be new.

I purchased what I thought was a new Plantronics Bluetooth and it was very used. I tried to get a refund because I thought I was buying a new device and it was obviously worn out. They would not work with me and were rude. Too bad I didn't read reviews before my purchase or I would have steered clear of them. Do NOT do business with this company.

I purchased an LG tone pro HBS-750 Bluetooth Stereo Headset on 9-16-2019 and I received it today. When I opened the package I noticed that one of the earpieces was busted off of the headset. How do I go about getting a replacement? there is not a number to call and actually talk to anyone. So what is the procedure on returning this product and getting a replacement?

I ordered JBL Bluetooth headset for my husband and they came in a white bag no box nor was there any bubble wrap to protect them very strange when fyou purchase new products that's suppose to be brand new hopefully they work my husband opened the package and just looked at it like where's the box so hopefully he will charge them up and they will work o wish I had seen reviews first.

SenI just received this headset this is not what I ordered. I wanted headset LG 900. This headset look like it was used .I ordered a new headset in the box.I don't want this you guys dont answer your phone or emails and it took you a seek and half to receive this mess. I want a full refund ASAp and I put this refurbished garabge/ headset back in the mail today 10/1/2018 tracking#[protected]-[protected]. I expect all of my refund credit back to my hour ASAP.

Don't purchase from this company. Their products are junk, and they don't like to give refunds for defective products. The bluetooth arrived DOA, and vendor didn't want to issue RMA for the return. Had to pay shipping both ways, then because I didn't want a replacement, they charged an additional 25% restocking fee. Who charges a restocking fee for a defective product?! This company is not reputable.

eSureBuy.com motorola h720 bluetooth headset

Ordered this item on 1/11/18, received it 1/27/18. The item was purchased and listed as NEW. The only part of the item that was new was the cord to charge it.

The Bluetooth unit itself was used and scratched. The crease on the rubber earpiece to hold in place was filled with dirt. The unit was dirty, greasy and scratched. Came in a taped plastic baggie, not factory sealed or packaged.

Extremely disappointed with shipping, delivery and the unit itself. Disgusting to receive a used earpiece that is covered in someone else sweat, ear residue.

Order 6 Plantronic Bluetooth Devices on June 3, 2017. Money went out of our credit card the same day. Shows on the web site that the order are waiting to be fulfilled. We wrote an email to the email addres with no response. There are no phone numbers on their website. Would like to have our money back immediately.

eSureBuy.com plantronics voyager legend

I ordered a Plantronics Voyager Legend from them. It arrived and would note work properly (the Bluetooth connection was not consistent and faded in and out so bad that I had to stop using it for my business). I emailed them about the headset that I purchased from their website. Nick Braun wrote me, telling me to charge the headset for 24 hours and referred me to the manual on how to pair it with my phone. I was also told that if it didn't work, that it was under a 1-year warranty and to call Plantronics. I did call Plantronics, only to find out that the product that I thought was new was a 2015 model ... and they directed me to try to get my money back. Further emails to Nick Braun have gone unanswered. I have researched eSureBuy.com through the internet revealing dozens of complaints against this company with similar issues to mine. No phone number is referenced for the company to call.

I order only 1 pair of headphones but they charged me for 2 pair and then i wanted to cancel my order but i got no response not even a email or anything but if yall dont respond i have a youtube channel and i will expose yall everybody please beware this site is a scam dont look at the prices and think its a deal because i was trying to buy something cheap and save money but people just pay the full amount for the product because all people go through trying to get there money back its sad.

eSureBuy.com plantronics voyager edge order # 50497

Good Day,

I ordered what I believed to be a Plantronics Voyager Edge Bluetooth device on March 1, 2017. I received the device on or about March 7, 2017. I placed in on its charger for two hours and paired it to my iPhone 7. It was fully charged. I then called several people who all told me it sounded like I was far away and my voice was going in and out.

I immediately contacted eSurebuy.com and received an email from Nick Braun informing me that I needed to charge the device for 24 hours (?) and then I was to pair it to my phone as instructed in the manual (one that I did not receive). He further informed me that I could contact Plantronics technical support and Nick provided their number.

I contacted Plantronics technical support to receive assistance (after doing all of what I described above) and was informed the device is not working. I then was instructed by Plantronics to register the product and request a replacement. I did only to receive a rejection email.

I called again today and was told that my replacement request was rejected because eSurebuy.com is NOT an authorized distributor for Plantronics and the device is not made by their manufacturers and therefore they cannot attest to the validity of the product.

I emailed Nick Braun today requesting a FULL REFUND. I do not want a replacement from this company. And I do not want to pay a restocking fee.
I will return the defected device at their cost as indicated in my email to Nick Braun.

Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

Buyer's beware of a company called esurebuy.com. They ship you your headset with a travel charger and when you bring to their attention they tried to convince me that the travel charger is the accessory that goes with it. Instead of usb charging cable. Then this rep. Named Nick Braun who e-mailed me saying pay for return shipping for travel charger and we ship you the correct one when receive the travel charger and I'm like why should I pay for return when that wasn't the charger that should have came with it.

eSureBuy.com lifeproof case for cell phone

'Our commitment to quality and competitive pricing, coupled with knowledgeable and friendly staff members, have made us a leader in the industry, and we have happy customers everywhere' is pure hogwash from their site. Someone below commented 'recycled junk'. As soon as I opened the box containing the Lifeproof case for my phone I sensed something unusual. It had been opened before. But that feeling was reinforced when I installed it on my phone, because the plastic screen cover was warped, sort of bubbly. It is rather annoying to push on the screen cover and wait for it to make contact with my phone.

Yes, that product was recycled. This guy typically buys out the reject inventory from someone and resells it, in my opinion. This explains the price being below the norm. Here is what the reply was from the owner (Norm) when I asked to return it for a refund or replacement:

"the case is shipped to you as manufactured by the lifeproof . product ships in new and good condition you may want to contact lifeproof for assistance."

Wrong answer, Norm. If I bought that case from an ATT or a Verizon retail store, or from another online store, I would have received a refund or else a replacement, my choice. Norm, you are running a scam operation, in my opinion.

I am saving a copy of this review.

Oh, and I think those reviews listed on your site with all of the stars, is a fabrication by yourself, in my opinion.

I recently ordered this product from this company. When I call someone or they call me I can hear them through my Bluetooth but they cannot hear me. After reading all the complaints about this company, I feel I have also been scammed and this company needs to be shut down immediately!
They sell used items and make consumers believe they are getting a brand new item. I just want my money back that I spent on this non-working item and to make it worse it was put on my credit card. I have tried to email and it says email address does not work. I have tried to call and no one answers. What does that tell you?

eSureBuy is a scam. After seeing the many other reviews and how they seem to treat their customers, I wish I'd checked this site before ordering anything from them. I ordered a Plantronics Voyager Legend from them. It arrived and would not turn on nor would it charge. I wrote them that I had received a headset that was DOA. Nick Braun wrote me, telling me to charge the headset for 24 hours and referred me to the manual on how to pair it with my phone. I was also told that if it didn't work, that it was under a 1-year warranty and to call Plantronics. I did charge overnight, and still no power and no lights.

If you go to their website, they tell you that ANY returns will be reduced by 25% for restocking. They do not make any exceptions.

At this point, I will be calling Plantronics to get a warranty replacement, but this should have been handled by eSureBuy. I will NEVER buy from this company again, and add my voice to the many above and advise any who read this to STAY AWAY FROM eSureBuy!

I to bought two plantronics 500 earpieces .They did not work emailed esure alot of times nick told me to charge them for 24 hours my old manual says to charge for two to three hours then connect to your phone I HAD NO LUCK. I again emailed him he said plantronics would warranty them not true they need info from manufactures packaging. so again emailed esurebuy ask for refund and rma number. Another two weeks go by and he responds by saying charge them for 24 hours after another week trying to get a return number I shipped them back .a week has gone by with no response he told me he would test them I just wont my money back good luck trying to get a refund from a bad comany jim
