I paid for a 3 year subscription and that was probably one of the worst investments that I ever made. Their "techs" know a little more than I do, and I DON'T KNOW MUCH. During my last contact with them I was having some problems with their "scans". When I "chatted" with one of the techs, he had me do a few things that caused my computer to totally CRASH. Couldn't get it to do a thing. As it turned out, they had me try reinstalling my operating system. Well, after 3 days and countless hours, I still don't have use of my computer. It's taken them a day to get back to me and then never responded to my emails explaining the problem, ever after they "escalated" me to their level 2 techs. On top of it all, they told me that I needed to install another program that cost me $60. What a bunch of crap. Even the "supervisor" has been of NO help. STAY AWAY
