I ordered a sexy little rubber dress and some stockings for the G/f on 05/06/2008 from www.eroticlothing.co.uk on 23/06/08 they said order had been dispatched. By 30th june order still hasnt arrived, contacted company again said order must have been lost, after a few mails bouncing back and forwards they said would send it again(this time by registered post) Comany say they dispatched it on friday 15th august it is now 25th august and still have not received goods yet and thats nearly 3 months waiting.

The same happened with me. I ordered few items (thights and a couple of body stockings) worth 55 pounds over 3 weeks ago and still haven't received them.
Couldn't find any phone number on their website so sent few e-mails, no replies ...
What should I do now, any idea? The money has already been withdrawn from my bank account :(

I placed an order to the value of £150.00 on 24th October, I received two of the items out of the five ordered. I have sent several emails but have not received a sensible reply. They owe me over £100.00. What can I do to get my money back? Any suggestions?

I placed an order a week ago value £83.00 and i have not heard anything

The money has been taken from my account, having looked up trade links on the website i found a telephone number for Gemma posted here for all the other disapointed customers Tel 07885 901421.

After several attempts my call was answered only to have the phone put down on me.

My next move will be to travel to Wakefield and turn up at their trading address, in the meantime i woukd urge anyone reading this to try the number if waiting for goods and if thinking of placing an order then please refrain from doing so and find another more reputable trader.

I ordered a skirt from this mob on Jan 7, 2010, and the money (£28) was debited from my card account on the 8th. On the 14th they emailed to say that they did not have the item in the size ordered (odd as they say that they make their own stuff) and did I want an alternative? I said "no, please refund my money". They immediately confirmed this would happen.

Days passed. After repeatedly emailing them and getting no response (and the only phone number on their web site doesn't work), they eventually emailed on Jan 26 to say that it can take up to 30 days to refund after cancellation. As their T's and C's say this delay should be expected after they receive *returned items* (they hadn't even dispatched anything to me), I was not well pleased. Decent suppliers don't even take your money till they dispatch, let alone a week before they discover they haven't got what you ordered in stock!

By now I was beginning to worry, and had started to spot complaints about them on the web; so I got onto my credit card supplier to ask them to get the money back. I don't know if it was because of this, but on Feb 12 (29 days after I asked for a refund) I received an email from "Gemma" at Erotic Clothing asking for the last 4 digits of my card number for security reasons, which I gave immediately.

I am pleased to say that on Feb 17 my card account was credited with the full amount - 34 days after cancelling and nearly six weeks since they took my money. Judging by the entry on my statement, it looks as though it was the action of my card company that made them cough-up.

This is the first time I have had this problem: other companies I have used are much quicker at refunding monies. The outcome has been good for me, but it may not be so for you.

Ordered item worth £80.00. After waiting 2 months they sent the wrong item. Emailed them and they said send back the item... which I did only for it to be returned to me labelled "Return to Sender". No further replies from email. .. and no phone number to contact. It appears they have a sister address http://www.wholesalerotica.co.uk as the contact address is the same and the email adress is also gemma@xxxxxxxxxx.co.uk

It wasn't until later I noticed their order website address isn't encrypted so chances are they aren't a reputable business. DO NOT order anything over the internet if the order website doesn't start with https://. Their website order form address is http://. Beware!! My own stupid fault. Had to sell item on ebay to try and reclaim some of the lost money.
