Don't buy from this website ever! They sell wedding gowns and accessories for wedding for a fair price, but the item does not have a good quality and does not look like the one in the picture. I bough a wedding dress form then and when it arrived my nightmare has started: they charged me for post services in the website and once I received the item I had to pay it again! When I opened the box I realised that the dress was totally different form the one I had choosen in the website and the quality of the product is terrible. I contact the costumer service and they refused to refund me! they said that I am acttually luck for receiving a wedding dress that is much cheaper compared to one in a boutique shop. They didn't care about me and my feeling as bride at all!

So, don't buy from them! Ut us a terrible website.

I purchased one shirt in an order and another two shirts a few days later. The shirts arrived but it was for a toddler. I have been trying to exchange the items but it gives you a phone number in China. I was then able to send an email to service@ericdress.com three times and have not received a response. Then I located a toll-free number [protected]) and the guy with a thick accent told me to call back when I got off work and hung the phone up on me. Now, every time I call, I wait for 7 minutes and then automated system says "bye" before disconnecting the call. I called at least 6 times and the same thing happened. My boyfriend called the same number today and they told him that they were Time Warner. I am quite sure that Time Warner can pay for an automated system that has more than on option. Ericdress.com does not give Americans an opportunity to return products. Time to call Jesse!

It's been about a month and I still have not received the shoes I ordered for a friend. Every that sparkle is not gold. LOL! Keep your cash and go elsewhere. Thiswww.ericdress.com is offshore and a scam. I have learned to research a company before I buy. I just a guy trying to surprise someone. Wow did I get a surprise when they kept my money and kept telling me that the product yet again is being delayed for shipping. LOL! Run from this site and warn others!

My order never came. I emailed them on the issue and they replied saying they are still making my coat. I didnt understand b/c my order in it never said custom made. They didn't give me an excuse about my jacket, they just simply said it has not been shipped out yet. I sent Ericdress another email about refunding my money, they NEVER responded.

It was on 05/22/2017. To get my money back I would need to pay the return
postage. Being in the USA I would get 1/5 of what I paid for the clothes.
Don't buy from them. If they make a mistake you still pay the return. They say
they want you to be 100% satisfied. They don't care.

I order shoes for my wedding paid for fast delivery and i have not received the item i paid for it my eyes are in tears because i had contacted the company i was told my shoes would be here in 3 days where is my shoes ups told me that they have no shipping for the address smh so upset

I ordered my dress on 9/15/2017 I have not received the dress. Please send refund or my dress. I needed my dress by this weekend and have to find a dress for the last minute and That's not good. I cancelled an order which was paid with my credit card, still they withdraw money from my account and and when I explained the situation to them, they denied and said because I didn't attached some bills from my house, their bank refused the transaction. I presented evidences that my money aren't, and no answer. I don't know how to get it back

I ordered 5 items costing $111 but only 2 identical items came. Three months now still not got rest of items. My password was block. They promise to send new one still nothing. Can't see my items I previously ordered coz no password. BIG SCAM YOU ARE WARN

Please please please don't buy from them. I paid $168 USD for a wedding dress and they sent me a dress which doesn't look like the one I ordered. I asked them for full refund and return address but they offered me to keep the dress and $15 USD discount!
This is fraud, don't trust them.
I opened a case against them with Paypal and I hope Paypal can force them to refund me.

I made a few purchases from this company, everything that I received was of very bad quality, 7 items in total at £107 not the size as stated, badly made and totally unwearable, on contacting Ericdress they offered a small refund £19 and for me to keep the items which were no good. I refused.
Ericdress then told me I could return items for refund, the cost of return I would have to pay was £36 having to be tracked return, Paypay were no help, would only refund amount on return of items. I then had no choice but to send items back, UK to China at £36 tracked delivery as proof of return.
2 weeks later after receiving contact from delivery company informing me after they had made several attempts, been unable to deliver as no one there to receive package and it would be returned to me, which it was.
Paypay had refunded my £107 and closed dispute so not able to make a follow up complaint and £37 still out of pocket and left with a bag of rags.
I wish I had come across this site beforehand and say to anyone thinking of buying from Ericdress don't waste your money, feedback on there site looks all good but that is because anyone that has been ripped off is not able to leave negative feedback.

I ordered a dress in 9/15/2017 it hasn't came in the mail. I needed for this coming weekend. Do it looks like I have to go out and buy a dress from the store. That's not a good look at all. I have told people about your online store because you have very nice dresses. Can I get a refund or my dress by Friday. Order number is 2510126.

DO NOT order from this company! I ordered from them - $82 worth! and they didn't ship at all! I demanded -- several times --- that they refund my money. The company (ericdress) refused! I finally complained to PayPal, then all the sudden this company shipped the stuff I ordered! It was junk! The fabrics are NOT what this company advertises them as (e.g., they'll say a dress is cotton and then when you get it it's polyester or poly-cotton blend). And the sizes -- good luck! Save your money and order locally!

Yep, I fell for this scam and am out $43.00. I ordered my items on January 23 and just received an email this morning (February 3rd) stating that my order was delayed, had not shipped. Of course, these scammers will try to take half of my purchase price if I cancel my order because 72 hours form the order date has passed. Still, I'll start with Paypal in hopes of getting a full refund. Then alert Citibank, because they do have some type of buyer protection. In addition, I'll post my dissatisfaction on Facebook and ask my friends to share my post. Word about this company will get out faster via Facebook than any method that I know of.

I purchased four items from EricDress a couple of weeks ago and I must say it has been the worse online purchasing experience that I ever had.

First of all, it took a long time to receive the items. And then 3 out of 4 items were not according to what I ordered:
1. A pair of shoes: came in the wrong size and very poor quality (according to the tracking information, this item was shipped directly from China)
2. A female jacket: ordered a brown/yellow one and received a white one which merely looked like a hospital gown; again, very poor quality which can go straight into the rubbish bin
3. A male jacket: came in the wrong size and didn't even have a label on it so I assumed it has been worn before.

Conclusion: It's amazing how these guys managed to get every single aspect of my purchase experience wrong. I provided the minimum rating hoping that other potential customers will be aware of this before deciding to purchase from EricDress. If I could, I would have rated the store with 0. At the same time I assume that all their ratings which are above 1 star, they were all faked (based on the wording used, I can clearly say they've been written by the same person).
I personally decided not to return the items as the shipping costs would have probably exceeded their value.

@EricDress: Keep it like this guys, and hopefully you will be out of the business soon.

This company is a scam, Despite the numerous complains, the so called contacts in the USA cant be traced so that this Chinese mafia be banned and prosecuted. I ordered for a dress last year in March but never received it despite the tracking no, sent to me. How long will this gang continue to rip off people in collaboration with debit/credit card companies? Can someone start by rejecting their adverts on the computer even though they might change their name? How long will this continue?

WOW I want to first start out by Thanking God for divine intervention. I have been looking at dresses on this website for 4 days and on today I was going to order but decided to google complaints/reviews for this company because like so many of you this advertisement pops up alongside whatever I am doing on my computer. After reading these reviews I will stick to ordering from Belks, Macy's, and JcPenney's. Stores that have been around forever and stores that I can drive up to. I am just disgusted for you guys that have actually lost money but take the advice of the other customer and start reporting to the BBB and that attorney generals office because this is an inexpensive route and it will get your some definite results. Thank you all for the advice and I hope and pray that God intervenes on other's behalf as he did mine to keep this company from taking anyone else's money.

I ordered 2 long coat and 2 tops for myself worth $125.00 i only received 2 coats. I haven't received my tops...i have called them and emailed them...i have not heard anything from them i am very disappointed by thier service...will never buy from ericdress again...

Returned 2 separate orders and now they refuse to refund me! This is ridiculous I have emailed, left messages on the "live chat" and they will not respond I agree with a Lawsuit ! I am there.

ordered three items, only received two. I contacted them at least 10 times and still did not receive my items. they are for a wedding. this company is unethical. waste of time and money. The only good thing I can see from this is sharing my review about how bad the company is. Don't trust anything online!

Hello everyone who had a bad experience in this company... I ordered a dress in this company last December 2015. They send me my tracking number in all of that. But until now my order is still in the air flying its already January 13, 2016. I don't want to be mean or destroy someone business. But its not good either of them scamming people who are helping them succeed. I will write good reviews if I receive my order. As of now I will not buy anything from online.

Poor product quality, indeed, and outrageous discrepancies between their pictures and the real thing. Poor material quality too. Sorry I lost 100 usd on them. Lost money, indeed, as I don't have the energy and time to fight them.

Very bad experience too

Upon receipt of the package I was not satisfied with the quality, I sent an email to the seller to know the modalities of return, I received in response to the walking track details, once I returned the package I get an email from the seller telling me that I made a return without their permission and therefore I would not be refunded. All I advance is ascertainable by exchanges of emails that I have kept.

TOTAL FRAUD! The dress I ordered was stated as being embroidered chiffon. The dress is a printed polyester. The tag even said 100% polyester. It also was pink and not red. TOTALLY NOT THE SAME DRESS but just a cheap knockoff. As for size, I went directly by their size chart and ordered an XL - the item came in and it measured as their Medium. The photos show the dress I wanted first and the others show this polyester cheap thing I got. I hate it.

After reading the complaints from the women who were scammed for fairly large amounts of money, I almost feel relieved that I am out only $20. The dress I ordered looked lovely on the screen, like something Audrey Hepburn would have worn in her heyday, and the reviews were so positive. What I received was a cheap, heavy rag that did not fit over my shoulders and would be better used as a living room curtain. The print was not as pictured, the cap sleeves were actually elastic, and the sizing was way off. When I posted my negative review, it did not appear (now we know why, don't we?), I contacted the company about my review and honesty in advertising, and they did not address the issue at all, but gave me a long list of instructions on how to return the dress and how they would prefer to give me a nice discount on my next order instead!

This is a nightmare! If I had read this before placing my order and I would have never placed an order! (1) It took a month to get here! (2) Im not a large chested woman and I could not fit the dress over my boobs! Large I think not! (3) the zipper was broken before I even tried it on!

These people are total crooks. I ordered a wedding dress in September. They claim All dresses are packaged with a lining bag and sturdy cardboard box. My dress came in a DHL bag. No BOX, and it was missing the corset style ribbon that should be used to secure the dress. I requested them to send me a ribbon, they refused. They told me to go buy one locally and they would give me a $5.00 credit. I basically told them that $5 was unacceptable, and I wanted to return the dress. I have a couple reasons to dispute and return the dress based on their disputes listed on the website. 1. The dress lacked function, 2. The material is not as described. I have been dealing with these idiots for 3 months now. My picture shows no ribbon, in the back of the dress, where it is supposed to tie up like a corset to secure the dress. I found and ordered replacement ribbon on Ebay, but the ribbon is too wide for the loops on the dress. I am thankful that it only set me back $15. But I am still trying to get the dress returned.

I placed an order with these crooks on 12-214, order #215915, and have yet to receive anything for my money $74.04, I didn't know at the time they it was just a low scam, as I seen it on facebook and paid though pay pal to can"t get any help there either, is the whole world turning into crooks just to scam people, , I wil report this to the State I live in, but they most likely will do nothing to . I am very argry about this mess ., does anybody know where this company is located .?, I you do please email me the address grannystarl@att.net

I also appear to have gotten taken by EricDress. I ordered a sweater on 11/15/2014 When it had not arrived a month later I tried to follow up. They said it had arrived on 12/16/2014. It had not! My password was no longer valid. When I tried to get in to see my order . It said they would send the correct password to my email. I checked it & spam. They never sent the password. I tried talking with live chat and it will not answer me! The phone numbers are in China...of course! I sent emails from my web mail & from my husbands. They have NOT respond to either! So my $33.35 are just gone & no Christmas gift for my daughter. This site advertised on Facebook. so, I thought they were safe!

You really need to contact your Inspector General's office from your city or State. Situations like this are what they specialize in. They next thing I would do is start a Class Action Law Suit against, EricDress and Pay Pal. Pay Pal has been around fr a long time and has been involved in really bad situation from what you can call Scam business's and has profitted from these actions until a legal process was started and then they bail out.
