EricDress shoes

I ordered a pair of beaded sandals from ericdress. When they finally came in I was extremely disappointed to see the beading on one of the sandals was broken. When I opened the box beads fell and scattered all through the living room floor. Not only were they broken, but the material was su standard for what was supposedly $200.00 plus sandals. Cheap plastic, Walmart has better quality. When I inquired how to return the sandals the company wanted pictures which I sent. They then wanted more pictures which I sent. They then wanted a third set of pictures which I sent. Now they want a 4th set of pictures! This is verging on ridiculous. If I could give negative stars I would.

EricDress will not send products ordered/non existent customer service

I ordered 7 items from this ericdress.com almost 2 months ago, in two separate orders. Only 2 of the items have arrived, one is from the first order, the other from the second. Ericdress have taken over $300 AUD from my bank account and have not sent the rest of my orders. When I email [protected]@ericdress.com they will not respond to my emails. I tried calling the phone number provided on their website, it is disconnected. The two items that they have sent are of very low quality, and the sizing is terrible. I am a very small size 8 and the first jacket they sent which was a size L would maybe fit a 10 yr old child. DO NOT ORDER FROM ERICDRESS I believe this site to be a SCAM.

EricDress faulty sandals.

Bought some summer sandals that looked delightful.
Arrived and were a perfect fit apart from rubbing slightly. On the 3rd time of wearing one of the straps came away from the shoe nearly causing me to trip over. I contacted Ericdress enclosing pictures of the fault and they offered me $5 and told me to ' buy my sister a present'!
When I complained again they said that it was expensive to return goods but if I insisted they would give me return address. It would have cost me almost what the shoes were worth to return so I emailed them again. They them asked for more pictures which I supplied. the other straps did not look very safe either so I sent pictures of those as well. Their final offer was $8. They would not entertain any sort of full refund and did not seem to understand what I was asking.
Would not, under any circumstances, order anything from this company again and I told them so.

EricDress no refund as promised, no customer service

Ordered several dresses after looking at the beautiful web site, reviewing size charts and live chatting with their rep (who assured me) BEFORE my order that I would be able to return items in USA and get refund if needed. Dresses were way off in sizing! Now Ericdress will not process a refund, no return address or label, offered 50% refund and requesting photos of sizing problem? telling me they have no warehouse? and their workers work 12 hrs. a day (and us other folks don't? Which, BTW, has nothing to do with doing the right thing by your customers). In good faith I offered to return the items less the return shipping fee. They claim their policy is no, or partial refund which was NOT listed on their website nor told to me but their own rep. Why Not? I am disputing the claim right now but feel foolish I was taken advantage of by this shoddy company. Never had this experience with any online company before and told them that too. Don't be fooled like I was. Find yourself another company who has credibility and cares about customer service. Do read reviews on all sites, ahead of ordering to be safe.

EricDress both product and customer service

Ordered dress [protected] and shoes [protected] from ericdress. Absolute stress from beginning to end. This company is a nightmare. Firstly I had no idea goods would arrive from China. I thought this was a US company. Before placing the order I sent them an e-mail and requested info about import tax, VAT to which they responded nothing. They bypassed this question answering to my another question about the length of the dress. This left me to think that if they didn't give significance to my question there is nothing to worry about given that I've ordered goods from US before and have not been charged anything at all. Order arrived in two different packages TNT and DHL. Had to pay VAT to DHL and more than half the price of the dress as an import tax to TNT. Dress has some remote resemblance to what you see in the picture. It is not as described. However I won't bother to send it back as I will be slapped with more charges and this company is not likely to refund. Customer service is crap. Yes exactly crap. These people do not know English Language. You have to rephrase your question several times to make it understandable for them. They are slow unprofessional and I would go down the route as to call them incompetent. People BEAWARE this is some sort of untrustworthy China based company. Think twice before ordering. They have no trading ethics, they don't care about customers needs all they care about is their pockets.

EricDress dress purchase/refuse to give refund

I purchased a size 10 (US size) dress from Eric Dress and paid $135.00. The dress was made two sizes too small. I couldn't even put the dress on. The quality is very poorly done and I am very dissatisfied with this purchase. They have refused to provide me with a return address to get a refund. The dress is damaged...sequin missing and the hem is higher in the back. The response I received from them is " the dress is special made one for exact customer. If you insist on returning, we can refund 50% of the item price, in addition,
"If you can accept return for 50% of the item price and pay for the round shipping fee. We can offer you the address" I forward pictures of the damage and this is the response "Sorry for we can't find big problem through the picture, the dress is fine. Really sorry for much inconvenience and I just discussed with our manger and we are willing to give you $5 discount as the compensation for you to fix it locally" This is truly and insult as I thought I was getting customer care, instead I am getting customer scare. This company has no regard or respect for its customers, they need to be out of business.

EricDress clothing

The positive reviews I read that made me comfortable ordering from this company are OBVIOUSLY written by the company itself. I ordered two dresses. First of all, the sizing is completely off from what is on the sizing chart. Secondly, the quality of the material is terrible. One dress resembled the picture, while the other dress did not resemble the picture online. I didn't even bother trying to get a refund once I realized the company is obviously engaged in false advertising, as I know it would have been a futile effort on my part. No one should order from this website. The products are grossly misrepresented by the pictures and descriptions. It's a disgrace.

EricDress dishonest company

I found a lovely wedding dress on EricDress website and ordered it. I have purchased a traditional white dress, but the one I received was cream! So I contacted their customer support and they told that there was nothing wrong with the dress! Absolutely ridiculous! So it was two days before my wedding ceremony and I had no dress! So these people basically ruined my wedding! I'm so extremely disappointed and I will never order anything from them again!

EricDress junk company

Don't order anything from this website! Yes their prices are really cheap, but believe me that's not worth it. I have ordered a dress and I'm very disappointed with my purchase. It looked nothing like pictures and quality was very poor. Also there was a small hole and it smelled nasty! I contacted EricDress customer service and asked for a refund, but my complain haven't been resolved! I tried to wash it, but couldn't get rid off that horrible smell! Never again I will order anything from this junk company!

EricDress fraudulent company!

Avoid EricDress at all costs! Their items look great in pictures but when they finally arrive they look absolutely terrible! Quality is way off, materials and workmanship is horrible. They also use the most slowest and cheapest shipping company ever, so it usually takes forever. Their return policy is an absolute garbage! I ordered some stuff from them and had to fight with them for over a month to get my things. Then I returned all five items and they refused to give me a refund for no reason! They offered me a store credit as an excuse! Pathetic company!

EricDress 50% refund? what a joke!

I've ordered a dress from EricDress website about a month ago. When it finally arrived the size was incorrect, the dress was too small and did not fit t all. Then I contacted customer service and asked for an exchange. I wasted days and they gave me a really hard time. They gave me the return address and offered a 50% refund. The person I spoke to said there will be no exchanges and they also cannot give me a full refund because I already wore the dress. Ridiculous thieves! I only tried it on once! I don't get a full refund I will report them.

I have returned a blouse to the address given to me and I have not received my refund. I gave this company one more chance and order a faux fur cape and received the wrong color. I'm not going to return the cape, but I have learned my lesson and will never order again. I DO WANT MY REFUND FOR THE BLOUSE, #2328656

EricDress very unprofessional company!

I've made an order and purchased some clothing from EricDress and when my order finally arrived everything was extremely small. My clothes were supposed to be xxl, but things I received would barely fit a 10 year old child. When I contacted customer service they asked me take some pictures, which I did and after that they offered me a $25 refund. What a joke. I spent over $150 and all they could do is give me $25! They also told me to donate the clothes. Absolutely ridiculous customer support and unprofessional company. Then I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute, I hope they'll get my money back.

EricDress bad company

I ordered a pair of shoes from EricDress back in January. Three weeks later my order still had not shipped. Tried to contact customer support, but no one ever answered, so I opened a dispute with PayPal. My shoes finally arrived about a week ago and they were absolutely terrible. Ugliest shoes I've ever seen. I immediately emailed EricDress customer care and requested to return the shoes for a full refund and was told that there will be no full refunds. Then they offered $10 back! Absolutely ridiculous! I will never order anything from this site again.

EricDress disappointed

I ordered a dress form this website for my daughter and when it finally arrived it looked nothing like the pictures on their website. Dress was ok, but it wasn't the one my daughter wanted and also the size was incorrect. So I have been sending emails to EricDress customer service but received no answers. I asked for a refund or at least an exchange, but nobody had helped me with this. Don't order anything from these scammers!

EricDress thieves!

I purchased a jacket from EricDress back in December. I never received a payment confirmation email and tracking number. I tried to contact them many times, but they completely ignored me. Two weeks ago I finally got a message from them stating my order was cancelled. So I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute. I'm lucky that I paid with PayPal because this company is just a big scam! They contacted PayPal and told them to close the dispute. PayPal said that they would not close it until EricDress gives my money back. I'm still waiting for my money and I hope I'll get it.

EricDress stay away from ericdress!

I purchased several items from EricDress on January 2nd, 2016. I received a payment confirmation email but there was no tracking number. Two weeks ago I received some items but was very disappointed with the quality. I went to their website, found their email address and sent them a message for instructions on returns. I received no reply and it is now February 4th, 2016! And I have not received the other items yet. I have tried to contact them many times but they completely ignore me. So I contacted PayPal and have opened a dispute. And then I finally received a message from EricDress. But the message meant no sense since it only stated that I need to contact them in order to receive the return address. Why didn't they include it in their reply? What a ridiculous company! The lack of customer service is absolutely disgusting.

EricDress customer service is horrible!

Quality is absolutely rubbish and cheap! Items look nothing like the pictures on EricDress website! And they have problems with the sizes. Everything they sell is extremely small. I ordered a dress and I am size S. I bought XL, but it did not fit, because it was ridiculously tiny! Customer service is horrible! They can't even respond properly because they do not understand English. I received nothing but computer generated responses from them. Also the shipping takes forever! Buying something from EricDress is just a waste of money. I bet all the positive reviews about them are fake, because there is absolute lack of customer service and products they sell are just garbage!

EricDress this company is a joke!

I made an order back in November. I purchased a bag and a coat, but I waited almost two months to receive them without any tracking information. When I received the package and saw my items I was shocked. The handle of the bag fell off immediately, and the coat was too tiny, different from the pictures on the website. I contacted EricDress customer service and asked for a full refund for both items. They said that I need to return everything back to China and then I’ll get the refund. I sent the items back but they always claimed that they never received them. Please trust me, never buy anything from EricDress. Products they sell are really bad, and customer service is beyond ridiculous.

EricDress misleading website!

I purchased a cute looking dress from EricDress. It was supposed to be pink, but the one I received was red and the shape of it was a little bit different. Also, the size of the dress was too small. I have sent numerous emails, and even tried their live chat. And the only thing they told that I need to pay for the return shipping, and only then they will think what to do. I said that I’m fine with that, but since then heard nothing from EricDress. I have been trying for weeks to get a return address and nothing. They don't respond to my questions. This company is completely unprofessional!
