ER Solutions Complaints - Rude, harassment, illegal threats!

when I got the call it was a on credit card that was less than $200.00 I know because I used the card one time. and only becaused I got like 20% off. and I had it paid down to like 100.00 I had to go through chemo and radiation. I was off work for a year and had forgot all about this account. now 9 year later I get a call from E R solutions . saying I owed 365.00I was willing to make arrangments with these people because I am still paying off Dr. and hospital bills. she wanted my checking account number over the phone for the agreed 40.00 . I told her to send me a bill because I would not give my account number out. well I never got the bill, and she called me back a week later. My husband works 3 shift, and they were calling like 6 to 10 times a day . I would come home and call them back, only to get a recorded message saying leave your name and phone number. I would, and no one would ever call me back . next day 6 more calls . when I did talk to this same lady again, I gave her my debit card number for a one time payment of 40.00 . two weeks later she called and said she wanted march payment of 40.00 I told her I had made that payment a couple weeks ago, she said no it was Feb. so I ok that payment on march 26 of 2008 . I went on line to see when I made the first payment and guess what it was march 3 2008 . now April 2008 I still haven't gotten anything in the mail . I go online to see if a checked had cleared into my bank account . and see a payment of 40.00 had been taken out. I call for over a week and no one would return my call . so I left a message that if they want the payment they better return my call . she did call me back wanting another payment. I told her she had taken the payment with out my permission . she said I see you ok the payment. I told her the last time I spoke with her was March 26. and she said yes. I ask when did I tell you to go into my bank account and take another 40.00 out. she said march 26. I called my bank and told them to put a block on my card. I also told her I was calling better business and reporting it. well it was on Friday and they were closed . But I am calling monday.and E R Solutions will never get another penny from me. I even knew that they couldn't collect on a debt over 7 year ago . But I knew I owed 200.00 and she said the rest was on a late charge and collection fees. so the 120.00 that I have paid is the last they get from me.
