HOw did they get your credit/debit card number?

I RECEIVED AN ORDER FROM ENUTRA THAT I DID NOT ORDER THAT IS CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD AND I AM RETURNING IT REFUSED.

It has not done a thing to help me. It suppose to help with ed. Please cancel my order #240877, ordered on 12/15/16.

My husband has had a similar experience. He looked at the site but doesn't even remember actually ordering anything. In any case, eNutra claims he ordered Viarexin and charged our account $89.99. We NEVER received any product and by the time the credit card statement came with the charge, it was "too late" to get a refund. I'm trying to get the money refunded. I'm retired and will pursue various options to let as many people know as possible that this company is "sleazy". I'll round up the usual suspects, Attorney General, BBB (already contacted), our congressional delegation, Facebook, Twitter, et. al.

I ordered a trial offer of a product from Enutra 101 where you get the product free, only pay for the shipping.. They trick and scam you by putting in fine print a warning that you will be auto-enrolled and charged at a much higher price if you do not return the product within 10 days. It took almost 10 days to receive the trial product. I have now tried to cancel this 3 times. And yet I have received 2 more shipments and my card charged $89.99. I have tried this SEVERAL times HUGE WASTE OF TIME !BEWARE I hAve NEVER received any free samples. I have wasted countless hours answering questions for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, so in conclusion I'm more than disappointed FALSE, BAD, WASTE OF MY VALUABLE TIME. THANKS FOR NOTHING ! ! ! !

I also ordered the so called free samples just pay shipping and handling. I didn't return the products within 10 days and my bank account was charged
$80.00 for one bottle and $70.00 for the other bottle. That fee was for the 2 free bottles not a new order of LipoVestra. I needed to let everyone know that ordering from them you really need to read the terms and conditions before you check the little box. I see someone is an Attorney you need to help the public out and let them know this is a scam.

I actually experienced the same modus as the ones above. I did try to communicate with them but have received no response whatsoever. This business is a scam.

So far the evidence I have is that I placed an order for a free sample bottle of Viaxin and only pay for shipping. Actually it is a scam to charge you $89, 99 supposedly if you do not return the bottle in days when they have no commitment to delver it at any specific date

CLEARLY WORDED to trick you into paying the $89.99 appearing in the shipping notice.

If I get charged I am an attorney with media connections an will sue them for fraudulent intent and will make a splash in the newspapers, TV and the internet, etc.

They are very sneaky about the way they put in fine print a warning that you will be auto-enrolled and charged at a much higher price if you do not return the product within 10 days. It took almost 10 days to receive the trial product leaving no time. The warning that you receive about being auto-enrolled and being charged monthly appears on a pop-up window that last all of about 3 seconds that doesn't give you enough time to read, then it closes itself. Another pop-up opens making you think it is the same pop-up window telling you to click agreeing to their terms. Only this time the 10 day return is not mentioned, neither does it mention anything about being auto-enrolled for a recurring subscription to their product. Their business practices are shady at best, and they have a law suit against them from the state of Utah for their shady way of misinforming customers. I have had to call them 3 times to get an actual person on the phone to cancel, then another 3 times of actually talking to someone to get my account with them cancelled and closed. I am not even for certain my account has been actually cancelled since the last call. Finally I had to call my bank and have my card cancelled altogether and re-issued just to ensure no further charges from them as I do not trust that after 3 conversations they will actually cancel my account and stop billing me. Be smart, do not order ANYTHING from Enutra.com, They are nothing but a scam operation.

I bought product from Enutra. I read the small print. There was a 60 day 100% money back guarantee; in the small print you really only have 45 days. I returned the product after 20 days. It has been 4 months and I still have not received my $200 refund. I call every few days and ask to speak with a supervisor about this and keep getting told that they are all busy and my refund check is "in the mail". This company is irresponsible and unacceptable, never order anything from them.

Enutra - 101 is sending me supplements. I do not know where they got my name or what the product is. Today is the 2nd time they have send these. I do not know which credit card they are using to charge me as there is no receipt in the mailing. The only name I have to contact them is Enutra - 101 P.O. Box 30816 Salt Lake City, Ut 84130. I am going to write them today with the return supplement. This has to stop. I would never take any of their products.
