Enterprise Rent-A-Car deposit

I rented a car from enterprise and had to put a 50 dollar deposit down. I was told as long as there wasn't any damage and I returned the car with a half tank of gas like it was when I received it I would get my deposit back. Well after a week of waiting I got my deposit back but only 33.50. There was no damage done to the car and it had a half tank of gas. I am never using this company again.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car service at ohio pike location

I was recently rear ended by someone in a enterprise rental car who said the brakes on the rental failed. When I went to get my rental through progressive, and arguing with your Ohio pike location, they agreed to give me the rental without a down payment because I felt nothing should come out of my pocket. your manager there then was very rude to my wife and forced her to pay the down payment which I feel is bull#### considering enterprise was responsible for the accident since the cars breaks failed. I will never use enterprise again and will highly recommend to everyone I know to not use them either. I will be contacting a lawyer about the accident since I was treated soo poorly by your staff. Enterprise Rent-A-Car enterprise car rental highlands ranch colorado

I needed a rental while our car is in for repairs. After waiting several hours at your Enterprise location for a rental this morning and again this afternoon, they eventually brought a dirty "luxury" Navigator rental. They enticed us to pay an additional $19 a day for extra insurance because they said our insurer, Esurance or American Express wouldn't cover repairs if it was damaged because we weren't the actual renters, that Esurance was.

Regrettably, I had to return it immediately upon getting home because tobacco smoke smell is saturated in the upholstery. We sprayed it with Lysol when I got home to try to mitigate the smell but it would not go away.

When I called back to Enterprise to explain. They refused to pick up the rental or stay open a few minutes past six to replace the car. He said he would charge Esurance two days rental for the twelve mile round trip because I was returning it after closing. He just said "leave the keys in the box". I left it at 6:30 p.m. and waited for wife to come and get me stranded at Enterprise. I also put fuel in it just in case they wanted to charge extra fuel charge.

This nightmarish ordeal was a huge waste of my work day this morning and several hours again this evening. We can not use or recommend anyone to use Enterprise again.

I wanted to let costco know that this counter closed at 11:00 and no one was available to give us a car in amarillo. they said they stayed open until the last plane arrived when I called earlier in the evening. I rented as a walkup at avis. I highly suggest you remove enterprise at this location as an option. anyone arriving after 10 pm will receive no service from them. according to the avis person, it happens all the time.

Additional driver: additional drivers must meet same rental qualifications as the renter, except spouse or domestic partner. additional drivers must appear at the rental counter with the primary renter. there will be an additional charge of $10 per day for each additional authorized driver other than a spouse or domestic partner, unless other contractual conditions apply. there is a limit of two additional drivers per rental contract. a spouse or domestic partner is the only permitted additional driver on non-credit card deposit. additional drivers must be 21 or older.

After hours service: please return vehicle to the airport rental car parking area and park in any designated enterprise space. return keys to the drop box located at the rental counter in the terminal, located by baggage claim.

Age requirements: all drivers must be 21 years of age or older.

Cross border policy: mexico insurance is required to drive into mexico, and may only be purchased by renters with corporate accounts. renters must be at least 25 years old and have a credit card in their name to be eligible. please note, cargo vans, pickup truck and any dodge or chrysler vehicle cannot be driven into mexico.

Roadside protection: enterprise offers roadside assistance protection at select locations. rap allows enterprise customers to waive financial responsibility for chargeable roadside incidents such as lost keys, lockouts, and fuel outages. rap can be added for $5.99 per day. road side assistance protection offers these services: flat tire, jump start, lockout service, fuel delivery, and key replacement. note: in ny, ca, nv, and ks the cost of the key will not be covered, only the service to deliver the key or perform the lockout service. roadside assistance protection is void and of no effect if, at the time of the incident necessitating roadside assistance, you or any authorized driver were in violation of the rental agreement, including, without limitation, the prohibited uses and violations set forth therein.in such cases, roadside assistance will be available, but standard charges may apply.

Renter requirements : all renters and additional drivers must be 21 or older, have a valid driver's license and a major credit card in their name. driver's licenses are accepted from any usa state or territory, from a canadian province or from an international country. licenses from outside the usa or canada also may require an international driver's permit. international driver's permits are valid only if presented with the original local license. international renters require a valid passport; the name on the passport must match the name on the driver's license. individuals with learner's permits are not eligible to rent. u. s. government employees ages 18 or older will not incur a young driver surcharge when renting for authorized government travel. age – the underage surcharge for drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 is $15 per day. renters between the ages of 21 and 24 may rent the following vehicle classes: economy through full size cars, intermediate suvs, standard suvs, minivans and pickup trucks. non credit card deposits – debit cards are accepted at the time of rental with a round trip travel ticket, e-ticket, or travel itinerary that shows the renter's name and discloses the return date and port of entry. deposit amount – a deposit including an additional 20 percent more than the cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental, and the funds will not be available for use until after the vehicle has been returned. cash, prepaid cards and money orders are not acceptable methods of deposit. enterprise is not responsible for any overdraft fees incurred.

Important policy information: all drivers must meet the renting location's minimum age requirements, have a valid driver's license and a major credit card with available credit in their name at the time of rental or meet the locations cash qualification requirements. debit/check cards are considered to be any non-credit card bearing the visa, mastercard logo. not all branches accept debit cards. at airport locations debit cards may be used only in conjunction with proof of round trip ticket (airline, cruise ship and the like). at home city (non-airport) enterprise branches, debit cards are treated as cash and will require a cash qualification process. please contact the enterprise location before picking up a vehicle to determine the cash qualification process and policies, and what is needed when renting with a debit card or cash. all documentation must be in the renter’s name. a cash deposit will be required in addition to the cost of rental. please contact the rental branch directly to find out the exact amount that will be required. any other non-credit card without the visa, mastercard logo is not accepted. if a debit card is accepted the card must be in the same name as the renter and will require a cash qualification process.

Michigan: the minimum age for mi is 18 years of age.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car deposit check

I'm an uber driver and I rented from enterprise in April 2016, I returned the car in August 2016. I have spoke to managers, someone from corporate office. My check was mailed out in sept 2016. It's now December 27, 2016 still no check. Every time I call I hear something different. I felt like something like this was going to happen because of the way the manager Meagan treated me. Everyone that came in of color waited hours. But that's not the problem anymore I want my money. I've been patient but it seems that I was robbed. And they had the nerve to put me on the Dnr because I've called corporate due to this.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car unauthorized credit card use

I am writing this email with utmost disappointment and concern regarding the service I received from Enterprise/Alamo Rent-a-car company.

I took a rented car from this company while I was visiting Switzerland for a period of 10 days from 03/09/2016 till 13/09/2016. The car was excellent and I received a fair amount of good service from the Zurich airport staff. As per my rental agreement (pls find attachment MyProof.zip), I returned the car on 13-09-2016 at around 8 15 AM back to Zurich airport return center. There was an Enterprise staff at the Zurich airport who received the car, fully verified and checked the cars' exterior and interior for any damages and she confirmed that everything is OK. So I paid the remaining rental amount and left Switzerland the same day.

Yesterday, I received a notification from my bank that your company has charged me CHF 2000 against my credit card which I used for booking the car! Not knowing the reason why I have been charged for such a huge amount, I contacted the Alamo office in Switzerland and they said they found exterior damages on the car I drove and thus the penalty, followed by the below email from Enterprise. I tried to prove my stand that I haven't done any damages as the staff at the airport had confirmed this when i returned the car but the agent I talked to was reluctant to hear anything and keep asking me to contact the customer support.

Further more, after verifying the documents that Enterprise sent yesterday, I found that the picture was from a different car with a different number plate. Please compare the picture they send with mine (in the Myproof.zip file) and you could clearly see the difference. Adding to that, the document named "Schadenmeldung" is a fake creation from the staff as if you look at the date, I was there on 13th of September so how could they even make a document without letting me know in the first place. Luckily, I took many pictures of the car when I was in Switzerland and kept the final invoice for good or otherwise how could I prove my stand?.

I am really sorry to say that this is not a good way of treating customers. Your customer support didn't even listen to what I was saying and they took a completely unprofessional and unethical way to treat this case. How come a rent-a-car company behave like this to their customers? How could they charge me for a car that i didn't drive? Lets imagine that if I was the real driver of the car they are claiming, how could they kept silent for the last 4 months and now immediately showed up with a fake claim that I have to pay for a damage that I haven't committed? How could they even possibly charge a customer's credit card without his consent after 4 months of the rental?

Expecting your quick and immediate action on this matter. As a customer, I hope I will get justice from you on this matter.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car non - professional and poor customer service.

My name is Mr. Mark Kennedy and I am writing about the experience that I had with your representative from Thorndale, PA 19372 in Chester County, PA. This occurred the morning of December, 20, 2016.

I had taken my car to the auto body shop to have it repaired and I was supposed to be picked up by a representative. He was a hour late which caused me to lose money because I have contracts that I have to take care of on time. So, that was a day lost. When the representative showed up he acted like it was a joke because he was late. No consideration and poor customer service. After that, we went to the office then they proceeded to take money from me which in fact I was told that I was to be treated as a premium customer (the VIP treatment). Due to the fact that the expense was not mine because a school bus hit my auto, I felt that they treated me less than a VIP customer. I was very dissatisfied with the service. The vehicle was half cleaned, inside and out and they also tried to get me to pay for gas. In the end I had to get gas because there was no gas in the car. I think that I should be accommodated for the whole day and time that I lost dealing with this company. I may never deal with them again and will tell others about this poor service!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car stay away from enterprise locauto in rome fiumicino

We rented a car through enterprise.com to pick up in rome, fiumicino. They partner with locauto at the airport. Our car reservation (Copied below) clearly stated that the tire chains - special equipment were included in the rate. After returning the car in rome, italy and after several complaints, calls and emails to both the us office and the one in italy, all refused to acknowledge that the snow chains were included in the rate and charged our card.

Beware: dont rent from them. Even if it looks like a good deal online you will pay more at the end of the rental.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car electronic rental contract

I have rented from the South Boston location numerous times. So much so that I usually get a free upgrade. Not so much this time as I was told that there would be a upgrade fee. No matter, I booked a reasonable sized vehicle. A young lady picked me up and gathered my details on their office computer and a hand held digital device. Seemed strange as she was the only one handling the device. Other customers were being assisted with the usual paper contract and sent on their way. The young associate indicated that she was training and took me to the car. The agreeIo the contract. We did and I was given the paper contract. I still haven't left the lot. I switched cars and was on my way. I only needed the vehicle for one day and was told I could drop the car off at their satelite location or place keys in their overnight drop box. I thought the digital contract was strange since I was the only one offered it. But I routinely rent from them. The contract had a "Terms and Conditions" not visible on the device. These terms are absolutely ridiculous. I cannot return to another branch even though I was told I could. This digital contract was waiting for me so I was definitely singled out. Apparently they can share my personal and financial information with a third party and they check my credit report. For a rental? Come on. How is this even legal? They misrepresented themselves and was not forth coming. I feel I was targeted and discriminated against. There were three other people picking up vehicles and none were offered this digital device. I am not a criminal and shared with the young lady I had just gotten out of the hospital. Their are new people at this branch and they are not honest. I am very disappointed.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car damage recovery unit not respond to my request for information complaints car rental enterprise rental

we have rent a car from National/Enterprise at the international airport of Grand Forks, ND from Sept.2nd-Sept.11th, which is a full-size Dodge charger.
Unfortunately, we have meet an extremely rain on Sept.4th night and the level of the rainwater was too high to stop the car. The car cannot move and during we wait for the car pull, the water gradually infiltrated into our car. Wait about 2 hrs after the car pulled out and sent to the damage unit, your staff drove anther car to pick us to the airport to get another full-size rental car for the Sept.5th-Sept.11th.
The next few days we went to airport to ask the staff how to deal with this problem, because we didn't buy the insurance on the rental car contract instead we want to use our USA credit card rental car insurance. He said we can just wait for the result from the damage recovery unit. Then we called damage recovery unit many times and just let us to wait.
After I flight back home, I called damage recovery unit and she said I should wait for 2-3 weeks then she will email me the result. Then one month past. I called damage recovery unit again and she said I should contact my bank to give me the claim number first. So why didn't she say that before? Cause when I called bank, they said if I didn't report the claim within the accident happened 45 days, they will never deal with my claim. And the bank said they of course need the damage result first before they could give me the claim number. Then I called damage recovery unit again and got the same answer no claim number nothing work. I tried to contact with my bank again and they finally give my claim number and I sent it to damage recovery unit. Then damage recovery unit said you will need to wait for 1-2 weeks at most 2 weeks you and your bank will get the damage result.
But 2 weeks already past...I still haven’t get any information. The last email is from my bank Card Benefit Services. They said “Your claim has been noted with the information provided.”
So what is the result? I will go back to China next month and I will cancel my USA card service before that. My lawyer friend said I have paid the rent and I haven’t get any damage information which means this car didn’t have any damage when I return. My account has been settled and I need not to worry about the result after 2 months, because they cannot say any damage that is because of us in this 2 months. I don't even know whether the car has any damage in that rain until now.

Her name is Rachel, she should rent Brooms not cars...Scottsdale AZ is her home. Why she doesn't like me is a mystery, but new meaning goes to a woman's SCORN applies. I will never book with Enterprise Car Rentals in Scottsdale area again. They have lost me and my money to pay for a car, check my record regarding payments, no problems. She says she is a manager, American and would probably vote for Donald Trump. WHY some people in that nice place try to make you not enjoy your stay is a mystery? They do...Please give her my disrespect and she will be promoted. I do not know her last name, would you want to know. Enterprise Rent-A-Car refund customer service representative

We had gotten a rental car while our car was in the shop. We had waived the optional insurance, (we have the paperwork to prove it). We were charged without authorization for the insurance. When I called to ask why an get a refund I was disconnected. When I called back I was put on hold and after 30 mins I was than disconnected. The third time I got the same guy again and I think he know I was not going to stop calling. So he told me that he will only refund me if the insurance fills out the paperwork to cover the rental.
First off they have have and we have all of the paperwork.
Second, why was I charged when we had waived the insurance.
Third why do we have to wait and do more paperwork when they are the ones who charged us, for something that we waived.
Since when is proof(the paperwork) that you waived something that you where charged for not good enough to get a refund?

Rented a Chrysler 200 for a weekend trip, when we did the walk around inspection the person was more interested in the location and reason I was going then paying attention to any so called damage to the car. She asked where I was going, I told her the high school state baseball game, she replied that she played for a local high school and played for a local college. She did a 15 second walk around the vehicle with me, nothing was noticed that I recall. To see the so called damage by the person that evaluated the vehicle upon return you would have to practically get on your hands and knees. THIS was not done on the initial inspection for sure, please review your video camera footage for proof. I can promise you that that area is not only hard to see, it is practically the same color as the vehicle, so it is very hard to see. I told the person that did the inspection that I do not agree with his statements and wrote my position on the receipt. The kicker is, the manager has the nerve to offer me a 10% discount on my next rental? Your kidding, right? After feeling like I have been extremely taken advantage of, your going to offer me a 10% discount. What a joke! I am billed $130 for damage, $50 for admin fees, $7.55 for loss of use of vehicle (I promise that the vehicle never missed a rental).

My car was hit by a truck and insurance rent me a car (that's what I thought!). Fred from enterprise in glenwood springs co, made unethical sale (after I told him that I never rent a car before)- damage waver is optional, everybody! Friday afternoon my card was unauthorised charged without me knowing wich is put my account balance negative over weekend and cost me bank fees if I didn't find out about it by accident. I explained situation to the banker and she called fred on my behalf. He admitted unauthorised charge and made offensive remark about "language barrier", when banker said that they will stop charge, he snapped (on taped company line) and I quote: " I will ripped her (Me) out of the car! And hung up! It's been four days how I return rental car but have no refund on unauthorised charge and no response for my complaint! It's been second weekend with empty bank account because of enterprise and I feel sorry for people who's labor day holiday was ruined like mine just because they was customers at glenwood springs co, enterprise!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car enterprise charged me for pre-existing damage to car

Beware - Enterprise Rental's scam practice of charging you for pre-existing damage to the rental car. I rented a car from Enterprise Rental in Jacksonville Fl in April 2016. When I returned the car they pointed out damage to the black plastic front grill. It was so low, it was very hard to see without stopping over to see it. I'm sure it was there when I rented the car as nothing happened to the car while I had it. Enterprise charged me almost $900 for loss of use, loss of value, service fees -- to a rental car with 32, 000 miles and lots of scratches, stains and wear and tear. Enterprise forces you to pay by threatening to send the bill to collections. I now know this is a common scam run by Enterprise Rental. When renting a car, I recommend taking video of the entire car, on all sides and include the license plate VIN#, and odometer. Also refuse to rent high mileage cars. Shame on you, Enterprise Rental.

Hi I'm not even surprise with all this comments . Today I went thru the same problem everyone here is having . I Rented a car Aug 1, 2016 to Aug 4, 2016 . They didn hesitant to take to widraw the money of my account when I returned not just this but they charged 5$ dollars for a gallon of gas with I returned the car Full . I spoke to the Manager with his name is Matt from west Hartford ct he had no Ideia wtf he is doing in here he gave me a Garante that my money would be back to my acc in 24 to 48 hrs car was returned on Aug 4. Until today Aug 11, 2016 so I called them again and spoke to the whole crew in there and all they did was saying sorry . I was kept on hold on the line for a good time and heard a commercial saying that for them Customer comes first bla bla bla and we are like a family I'm assuming they do not live their family to do such a thing . Very unprofessional and not just that while I was on the phone that was one of the guys making fun of my accent on the background . At least Mr I'm legit and honest that like you people that think that I get the money from the tree. My bank acc charged me $34 a day for insufficient balance bc of them .NOW ENTEPRISE BS FAMILY I'm bringing the news over so I can get my money .!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car bogus hail damage claim

I rented a car while my car was being repaired for a rear end collision on 4/1/2016. When I rented the car, the lady on the walk around was very specific about me only pointing out quarter size damage or larger. I kept pointing out items and she dismissed them. The whole walk around took less than 5 minutes. There was a big chip in the windshield. While I had the car, there was a big hailstorm in San Antonio. I was at home during said storm and rent car safely ensconced in my 2 car garage. There was no hail reported in my zip code as well as can be evidenced by weather sites reporting hail in San Antonio. When I returned car, the man inspecting it took a good 15-20 minutes examining every minute detail. I asked him what he was doing and he said car had hail damage. IMPOSSIBLE, it was not exposed to hail while I had it. I even have witness (my Mother who lives with me who can verify car was in garage.) He then got another man to come out and both concurred it had hail damage. When we went back in they said I had to wait while they filed a claim immediately with USAA. I protested vehemently to no avail. Upset, I went out and took pictures of car from all angles. No visible damage to be seen. Later I get notified from USAA about the claim and told them the same that car was not exposed to hail during my control of it. Today, I get notice that over $4000 of hail damage is reported and I must pay. This is absurd and a scam facilitated by Enterprise. I will fight this tooth and nail and hire an attorney if I must. It is very likely the car had this damage BEFORE I rented it and it was not noticed since dents were microscopic. Maybe that is how the windshield got damaged! I have written protest letters to USAA and to Enterprise. No one at enterprise has called me to discuss. I will never rent from this company again and will share my story on any venue to get the word out about this despicable scam.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car rented car with amex e-certificates and engaging in fraud and unfair debt collection practices

I rented a car from Enterprise in Colorado Springs (airport location) August 7-10, 2015. I paid with American Express E-certificates totaling $282+. When I returned the car, the company apparently charged my American Express card (without my authorization) for $195 (the full rental for the 4 days rental). When I received my AMEX bill, I saw the charge and filed a dispute. AMEX contacted the merchant and supposedly this was resolved, with AMEX crediting my account and sending me a letter of resolution. Two months ago, I received a call from a collection agency (First Financial Asset Management) telling me I owe Enterprise money. NO, I DO NOT! Obviously, the people at the rental station sold the e-certificates (which they took when I picked up the car) and pocketed the money, then charged me. Now I have this fraudulent collection agency harming my excellent credit score! DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE. NEVER GO NEAR THE ENTERPRISE COLORADO SPRING AIRPORT LOCATION! I have filed complaints with the state agency and CFPB, but I suspect I will have to file suit against this fraudulent company to resolve the issue.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car I am complaining about their dishonesty and taking advantage of a combat veteran and family

in July 2015 we went into the Enterprise car sales location in Indianapolis, Indiana. We had a 2013 Mazda 5 that my husband had bought me brand new just after we got married in July 2013. My husband is a combat wounded veteran who made so many unselfish decisions for my 3 daughters any myself. He sold his 2011 Chevy Silverado he had dreamed of for years in order to have the funds to adopt my 3 daughters and help us get a more family friendly vehicle. We put $10, 000 worth of trades and cash into our Mazda 5 so we only had to take out a $18, 000 loan on a $26, 500 vehicle. Then in the fall of 2014 we found out our teen daughter was expecting. The adoption was finalized just before our grandson was born. We quickly realized our Mazda was to small for the entire family to fit into we went car shopping. We were dumbfounded when we were only being offered pay off of $13, 500 on our Mazda that all the dealerships for still selling for $19-$20, 00. Yet dealerships are supposed to only mark up cars 17%. .
I used to be in the wholesale car business in my previous marriage due to my ex-husband was a car salesman. I knew our desperation put us in the palm of their hands and they were going to take advantage of us. I sat at that desk crying and saying if we bought the van it would be the biggest mistake of our lives because they were screwing us over. My husband being the old fashioned and honest man he is believing a man at his word and not thinking they would take advantage of our situation and not wanting to believe that the salesman would lie to us in such a vulnerable position felt our only option was to buy a van. Our 2 youngest daughters are disabled and have each had 2 brain surgeries as well as our youngest daughter was on a feeding tube. Considering all the medical supplies and extra space needed for our new grandson we thought our only choice was the van. Enterprise promised to always give the most for Kelly Blue Book and to always sale their vehicles less than Kellly Blue Book. The van was promised to have blue tooth as we were assured it was part of the uconnect package, there is not Bluetooth. I asked during the test drive why didnt the Bluetooth work and the salesman said the uconnect was not turned on until the vehicle was sold and turned on in our name. We were also promised mats with the van that we never received. The salesman showed us written document that stated if you used the economy option on van you would get better gas mileage than we had on our 4 cylinder Mazda. That was another lie. The best gas mileage that van gets not on highway even with economy chosen is 18 mpg. I still have my saved text messages to the manager and the car salesman about these complaints. After numerous phone calls and texts they NEVER helped with any of the above issues.
A few months before buying the van My husband made a huge dream come true of our 3 daughters. He has made it possible for us to live in our very first ever house. 3 days before closing we found out the lender never received the COE for the VA loan. By the grace of God the home owner allowed us to take possession before the sale. We wound up deciding to go with USDA 502 direct home loan after months of no luck with the VA. Still waiting to close on the house we have lived in for over a year and put all of our money into its left us no choice but to now downsize the van to a car. Our oldest daughter who is a teen mom has decided to join the military and our family can finally all fit into a 5 passenger vehicle. So we called Enterprise as they promised us the only reason they offered so little the previous year for the Mazda was because the Mazda 5 was discontinued in 2015. We wanted to make sure before driving over an hour out to Enterprise that day we called first. I asked the very question if we drive all the way out to you to trade in a vehicle we bought 8 months from you that we have never been happy with, never could afford and don't want are you only going to give us the Kelly Blue Book trade in which is about $4-$5, 000 less than we owe. We were asked what vehicle we had, options, mileage, damage etc and then assured we would get payoff if we bought a vehicle from them. So we went and we test drove a few vehicles and found exactly what we wanted and once they had us sold on the car the sales lady left and the very manager, Cameron A. McAteer that told us all the lies comes in and offers only $14, 500 for the van.
I'm sure its understandable our surprise when Cameron only offered us $14, 500 for the same vehicle they sold us less than a year before for $22, 999. I then went out onto their lot and saw 3 separate vans the exact year as ours and the same model. The vans had more miles and did have the back up camera, DVD players nor did they have the Uconnect and Enterprise had them listen anywhere from $19, 000-$21, 500. That is 30 to 40% mark up not the 17% allowed by regulations. I of course was angry and sad that they lied to us and took us for such fools. I started crying in the middle of the office saying you promised us that you would not do this very thing. How can you only give us $14, 500 for a vehicle you sold us 8 months ago for $22, 999 with no damage and we only put 10, 000 miles on it. I reminded Cameron of the exact vans on their lot currently for sale for over $21, 000 that has more miles than ours and does not have all the options our van has. The exact same manager and car salesman was working. The manager asked me to stop crying and that she was doing her job. She said she knows I know the car business and cars depreciate. I said there are No vehicles bought 1 year old that have absolutely no damage that depreciates over $8, 000 in 8 months.
The best Cameron offered to do for us was 15, 500.
That was 4 months ago. We still have the van and today the van trade in for excellent condition with all the options is $16, 800.
I wish our family would have not listened to all the lies they told us. We should have kept the Mazda and just had to not always be toghether as a family. With my 3 brain surgeries it was not an option to drive 2 vehicles to family events like Christmas or Thanksgiving because all of our family lives over an hour and I cant drive over 30 minutes at a time due to some neurologica damage to my brain. I feel blessed for every day that I can drive my children safely. I am not sure what we will do at this point. We have never been late making a car payment ant we wont start now. I just do not understand how this is legal.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car car rental

My complaint only relates to American Express's promotion of Enterprise and their car rental services. I switched my car rental from Dollar to Enterprise on a recent trip to RI to take advantage of an Amex promotion. My experience couldn't have been worse. Enterprise (North Providence, RI) told me they had no car for me ... it was that simple! No car ... not the offer of one the next day or a different model .. nothing! I would encourage Amex to stop promoting the services of this less that adequate car rental company. I'm usually very satisfied with Amex promotions ... but not this time ... and I feel you should know it!
