Enterprise Financial Group warranty on 2003 dodge caravan

I was making payments to omnisure (74.99) amonth..I have 1 payment left..my vehicle broke down inMarch 2015/and I did not know, that Nationwide had transferred my policy to Enterprise .Well after 3 weeks, Superior Dodge was able to find out what was wrong with my vehicle and took care of it. I was not told even then that Nationwide had sold our contract to Enterprise. Well over 1 week ago, the car timing chain broke, and I had to be towed into Superior Dodge. They advised the timing chain and water pump had to be replaced. BUT the policy did not cover the water pump.. Then I called Enterprise and I was kept on the line45 minutes, press 1/press1/press 2/press 1. Sorry, your policy doesn't cover the water pump. /press2...What does it cover? Never was able to talk to a person. just advise press/ or press 2..I am 77 yrs old, and I don't need harassment like this. I want my vehicle fixed. I don't have any policy from Enterprise to show me, anything. Why did Nationwide sell me to Enterprise?

Enterprise Financial Group Group is full of ish

I got a warranty thru Mogi and was taken for granted by the company that they sold my contract to which is Enterprise Financial Group. I had coverage with them for almost a year and the very first time I go to request a claim for repairs they inform me that I have to pay out of pocket up to $1, 000 before they will confirm whether or not if they will repair my vehicle. This is ridiculous! The mechanic will have to take apart my transmission and find the exact piece that has failed in order to repair. Why in the world would I do that. This process will take up to a week. In the meantime, I don't have another car and will have to pay for a rental out-of-pocket until the company decides if they will pay for anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE RIDICULOUS! They don't pay for anything and you won't get your money back from them. I canceled my warranty with them and have decided to find a better legitimate company. BE WARE!

I just received an unsolicited call from [protected] and from [protected] selling a warranty for my vehicle. The caller stated they were from Enterprise Financial Group. i felt very pressured. i asked for a copy of the contract for me to review and was advised they can not do that. The only way to view the contract is to purchase the policy and then cancel within 30 days and get a partial refund. I cant do business with any company that isnt transparent and forthright with any documents.

I just got a call and EFG guys tried their hardest to convince me to buy their extended warranty policy. At first, I just listened and it sounded pretty good. When they said I had to decide right then and there or the offer would be taken off the table, red flags went up all over the place. I asked them to hold on, went to my computer and looked them up and found plenty of complaints and reasons not to give them my money. By the way, I am female. One writer above used her gender as an excuse to have been duped by this company. Shame on you! Being female does not make you gullible. Use your brain, woman! Anyway, I passed on their "great opportunity" aka scam. You should, too.

They called me yesterday offering the extended warranty for a ridiculous price. I refused stating that I would pay less money just paying out of pocket. They were pushing a sale so hard that it made me feel uncomfortable. I said that I don't like to make decisions under pressure and I am going to think about it. They guy kept offering more discounts which made it ridiculous, the more they pushed the less I wanted to do any business. And when I decided to say NO, they hang up on me. What a great customer service, lol. Clearly, they try to catch you on the spot to pay that down payment with a credit card. And the last thing the "manager" asked me was if I wanted then to shut down any possibility for the car to have an extended warranty, since when the 3rd party decides what happens to my car? EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! BE AWARE!

It is 06APR2015... I just got a call from National Repair Protection backed by Enterprize financial. They were willing to
give me military discounts and low buy in prices. After taking down the info, I told LEON that I would have to call back after doing some research on this out of the blue, unsolicited call. LEON got very defensive and almost got to the point of calling me a liar as to the status of our vehicle. We had been ripped off before and were not going to be taken so fast. LEON's mistrust of me reflected my mistrust of him and the group calling. After reading several sites of scary stories, my concern has been reinforced. If you are not given time to examine the product... move away. I cannot find many happy ending stories with this group. Check before you buy!

Thanks to this site for posting reviews. I was contacted by a company called National repair company about an extra warranty on my vehicle, first they gave me the low down about what they covered in a brief summary and was told the most I would have to pay out of pocket was $100, and if I needed a rental, they would take care of it. I was given a price of $3500 with $359 down and $189 a month for 18 months and it would cover 75000 miles or 5 years what ever came first, then he gave me a discount for being a disabled vet and he knocked off $800 and $129 down and $122 a month. I told him that my wife takes care of the bills and I didn't have any financial information available and if he could call back this evening when my wife got home, he then stated I can knock the price down to $75, if I paid $25 down and $50 in 2 weeks and he would send me the information and I can cancel if I didn't want it and would receive a refund. He told me that he could only hold the warranty for 2 hours so if I could call my wife and get the information and call him back, I asked him again what the name of his company was and he hesitated and said National repair company and was affiliated with enterprise, so I googled enterprise and found a few and called them but nobody heard of this company so I called back the recording on their side said thanks for calling reliant repair protection, when the lady answered I asked what enterprise they were affiliated with, she told me enterprise financial group, I asked her the name of her company and she said national repair protection, I told her that the recording said reliant repair protection, I then googled enterprise financial group and found this site, I'm glad I done my homework and researched this company before it happened to me, don't make a hasty decision because if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is, do your research and don't give your information out over the phone automatically without talking it out with your spouse because it could cause you a lot of money, stress, time, and sleep and a feud between your better half, thanks for reading, I hoped this helped

I purchased a warranty through Carchex and have had nothing but good experiences with efg. I have a BMW 335 and a year into the contract I had almost a $6000 bill. EFG sent an adjuster out twice but covered all the expenses. Add another $1200 for wheel bearing's and a water pump, both of which were covered, and I've most definitely come out ahead. My mechanic, who has dealt with many warranty companies, says efg is one of the easier ones to work with. My experience may be unusual but I've been very happy.

I just got off the phone with a very pushy sales person. I called just to price the policy. I actually felt pushed to buy this even though I told him I wasn't going to until I talked with my husband. I am glad I decided to check them out before buying. He kept telling me that anything could go wrong with my car and because I already had 148K on my car that after 150K it wouldn't be able to be insured. I felt very pressured to buy today even though I kept telling him I had not intention of doing so. He kept coming down in price. Finally when I told him I absolutely wasn't buying today that I needed to talk to my husband he wanted to know what time he got home. That was the final straw. I thanked him and hung up on him.
