I ordered ghd straightners in April, on receiving the product checked the serial no with official ghd phone line and was informed they were not genuine. They have since overheated and are of no use. I feel they posed a real electrical risk and were supposed to have a 2 year guarantee, is there anything I can do?

I too ordered GHD stylers. Tried to register them and found out they were counterfeit. I wish I had researched the GHD website first regarding fake goods. I am now trying to see if the stylers can be returned (doubt it!) but most importantly ensuring my credit card number is not being used elsewhere.

there is another website that has the same telephone number as englandghdshop.com it is ghd approved online retailer they also dont respond to e-mails and there phone just accepts incoming calls or are these both the same company i think they need looked into
