I came across this company on the internet. Did some research everything looked great, until i started reading the bad history and reviews on this company. You are now warned to stay away from this company. If you like to put your money in the garbage then they are great for you, but you if you like to make a smart investment that again stay away!. I have included a photo in which may help you understand. This company post the bbb reliability program on their site and you can click the link which will take you to their bbb page. I cant possible understand what they could have done to have their bbb accreditation revoked. I would probably feel more comfortable seeing that they have an "f" rating rather than revoked accreditation. Furthermore they have to be complete imbeciles to even keep the bbb reliability link on their site! How reliable are you when you cant even maintain your accreditation. Please see the image and i hope you have learned to stay away from endurance warranty services scam. Please do not get scammed into the endurance warranty services scam. It is easy to fall for the endurance warranty services scam but you can help yourself by doing research prior to purchasing the endurance warranty services scam. This way you do not get scammed by then endurance warrant services scam! Thank you

This is a scam. Pure and simple. This is NOT a real company. I knew it was a scam because I got a letter a month ago that this warranty was expiring in a week and a half and I ignored it, only to get the exact same letter today saying that it was going to expire...in 1.5 weeks from today. So on my lunch break at work I called them and pretended to go along with it just to waste their time and then when they asked me for my credit card I let them know they are scamming pieces of [censored] and that I only wanted to waste their time and that they could eat [censored]. I encourage you guys to do the same. Best part about [censored]ing with scammers is you dont feel bad at all talking [censored] to them lol they are such lowlives and are not worthy of existence. All they are doing is stealing money and oxygen

I purchased endurance warranty for my grandson 2015 dodge charger. In October of 2022 I payed the fee of $140 to start the warranty and $112 per month policy fee. And his car needed repairs they would not honor the repair costs. They gave me all sorts of excuses. So I canceled the policy. I asked for my money back the sent me check for $40 today.

company uses scam email blasts using spoofed email sources that are untraceable. Weblinks are redirects and untraceable so they cannot be reported and stopped. NO REPUTABLE COMPANY would use untraceable email sources with weblink redirects like this. See attached image. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

After I went on the website looking for a quote being that mine expire in 3k miles. They have been repeatedly calling & just ringing down my phone. I finally answered a few minutes ago, seems like candy lane but when they asked for my vin number they have spoken quietly … very sneaky & I haven’t even put I lived in the area I did I put Brooklyn .. anyways I won’t interfere with any fraudulent warranties & don’t even like giving these numbers such as banks my social because they could be frauds.. it’s dangerous to use a cellular device smh

It's a scam. I got a letter from Endurance stating my extended warranty will be subject to a price increase on December 1st (one week away). Now mind you my car is a new 2022 Mercedes Benz 350 GLE. The car already came with a 5 year manufactures warranty. Why would I get an extended warranty on a car that's only 6 months old? My salesman at Mercedes told me it's a scam and throw the letter away, but I couldn't resist. I called the number on the letter and a woman answered. I told her that I received their letter and I wanted to contact them before the December 1st "deadline". I gave her the customer number on the letter and she called me by my name ( scary). She told me not to worry and that she'll get me signed up with coverage. I asked,"Sign me up? But I'm already signed up, right?" She stammered a bit and changed her approach and said, " Oh, yes. I see it right here. Yes. So you want to pay the price increase today, right?" I got her. I asked her why would anyone sign up for extended coverage on a brand new car? She told me people do it all the time and it's the smart thing to do. I told her she's full of [censored], that this is a scam and I hung up on her. She called me right back and shouted, " How dare you use fowl language with me!" I told her it was easy, told her to go fu*k herself and hung up again. It was fun to tell a scammer off, but stay away from Endurance.

I was notified that my warranty wouldn't be covered at the current price. I tried to determine which vehicle they were talking about but they wanted me to disclose what my most recent automobile purchase was. They should already know that, but they said my disclosure was part of the 2 step verification process. Turns out, my warranty was offered through the manufacturer, not a 3rd party, and this notification was sent presorted std mail, (Junk Mail is ALWAYS presorted std mail). Don't fall for this one. And ALWAYS check the postage on official looking correspondence. The genuine article will be sent 1st Class

I have had an Endurance policy for almost three years. I attempted to file a claim with them for a covered repair, and was told that there was a "mileage discrepancy" from when I bought the vehicle. Apparently, the dealership wrote the auction house mileage on our forms, but listed it on CARFAX at the mileage when it was put on their lot, which was 150 miles later. They said that they would re-write the policy to change the mileage error, but that the repairs that I need NOW would not be covered. I am demanding that I be given a full refund of all monies paid to them, because they have breached our contract.

Please explain to me…if this is not a scam company… Then why did I receive a letter indicating a price increase on my warranty when my car is over 20 years old and has no warranty, has not had a warranty in over 15 years …..yet this company is increasing the cost of my warranty can you please explain that to me … without it being a scam

Got a letter from them (Endurance) about a price increase that would take place effective 10/27/22. The letter clearly stated call before 10/27/22. So I call and this guy tells me all about how much it's going to cost for this extended warranty. After he goes through his spill, I say to him let me speak with my wife and call you back. He precedes to tell me calling back will be too late to reserve these prices. I then reiterate, that the letter states I have until 10/27/22 to call before the price increase. So I asked him, if I hadn't called you today and waited until tomorrow to call you wouldn't we be having this same conversation? He promptly replied "no". Again, I reiterated that letter I received in the mail stated I had until 10/27/22. He then told me if I didn't accept the warranty now, that he would put in the notes I declined. I told him to go right ahead. He was pressing to get a $199 dollar deposit. The bottom line is one, they don't honor the date on their own letter and two, he pressed the issue because he knew if I called back and decided to take the deal, someone else would get the commission.

I bought a $4067 warranty that covered nothing on my vehicle that needs repairing. They find a reason why it's not covered. My ac compressor went out on my 2014 BMW 550i that states the ac compressor is covered and clutch which all in one piece replacement. Endurance claim adjustment A-hole stated that the clutch is not covered, claim denied. Got a P0300 code which is a misfire or multiple misfiring of the cylinders, that's not covered as well. My warranty is already paid for until April 26th 2024. I called Endurance to ask what was covered, the agent stated on the phone that the AC compressor and clutch was covered after mentioning engine, transmission and etc was covered. I said hold up I was denied a claim based on my AC compressor and clutch which is one piece replacement. The agent then said oh the clutch is not covered. I stated you just said it was covered and now your changing up and saying it's not? The is a shady business practice! DO NOT BUY INTO THIS ENDURANCE OR ANY WARRANTY SERVICE BUSINESS! IT'S ALL LIES TOO TAKE YOUR MONEY!

Stay away from Endurance. They are a total rip off company. They refused to pay for repairs on my vehicle claiming it was a pre existing condition. I spoke to 4 different certified, neutral mechanics and every single one said they have no way to determine if it was pre existing.

Like hundreds and hundreds before me, I was a total fool to enter into a good faith Endurance car repair protection warranty. I have paid Endurance over $2800 since taking the contract out over the last 19 months. During that time, I never filed a claim with them until last week. After returning from a recent extended vacation trip, my 2011 car ran into several minor and one major radiator issue. The repair bill was going to be $2245. WHEN THE DEALER CONTACTED ENDURANCE, THEIR CLAIMS DEPT. IMMEDIATELY TURNED DOWN MY CLAIM. WHEN I CALLED ENDURANCE, AFTER SPEAKING TO SEVERAL RUDE PEOPLE, AND WAITING ON AVERAGE 60 MIN. BEFORE THE "REFERED" PERSON ANSWERED, I SPOKE TO THIS NITWIT WHO TOLD ME MY CLAIM WAS DENIED BECAUSE THEY HAD PULLED A "CARFAX" REPORT THAT SHOWED MY CAR HAD HAD AN OIL CHANGE SHOWING MY MILEAGE WAS A LITTLE DIFFERENT THAN THE MILEAGE I REPORTED TO START MY ENDURANCE CONTRACT, AND THAT OBVIOUSLY, I HAD ROLLED BACK THE MILEAGE !) They added that if I wanted to "start" a new contract with the "CarFax" reported mileage, they would go forward, but that all the money I had paid to date was theirs. Several phone calls to Endurance senior management was like trying to contact a dead relative--"SILENCE."-- I contacted TRP (the company that owns Endurance) and spoke to a James Hislop, TRP Managing Director. He wasn't interested in hearing my claim and referred me to another Managing Director, Steven Carrol, who I was assured by Mr. Hislop would help me. I called Mr. Carrol and left a detailed message. No answer or return call from Mr. Carrol. Mr. Hislop told me that if Mr. Carrol could not help me to call him back. I then called the Endurance Escalation Team. Again, no answer, no return call. I then called the Endurance CEO Richard Holland (30 min wait). No response. At this time, I'm out of pocket $2800 to Endurance for its contract payments and $2245 for my Endurance "warrantee" vehicle repair bill. I am filing a lawsuit for all monies involved, plus, I will seek an additional amount for the Endurance nitwits who accused me of fraud... stating that I "turned the mileage back in order to deceive Endurance." The only one deceived here is me. I did not roll back the mileage, and I'm not sure why there is a discrepancy. In fact, my car's mileage is well-below the Endurance coverage threshold, so why would I need to "roll back" the mileage? I've read online that this mileage scam is a reason Endurance uses to deny claims. Others ought to know about this before signing a contract with Endurance. I can't wait to expose Endurance in the legal system. If nothing else, their legal bills in defending their criminality will add up to what they have stolen from me.

I wish I found this before I purchased my warranty from them. I discovered that they try to find a discrepancy in your mileage on your car facts report to deny claims. That's exactly what they did to me. I DMV reported 400 miles LESS than me, so they won't repair any car. I have had ny warranty for over a year. My contract doesn't say I need to verify my miles and I reported the miles at the time I purchased my warranty, not my car.

Have been trying to get reimbursed from Endurance Car Warranyt for my $50.00 oil change over 10 months ago with no luck from 3 rude customer service reps and 1 particular customer service supervisor and sending Emil directly to CEO Arron Segal which he has not responded!

I am canceling my warranty with Endurance today. 16 days we waited for a decision on whether they would cover repairs on our car.

The staff are rude and will intentionally place you on hold for up to 20 minutes if you annoy them. The woman flat out told me "sir, I will put you on hold again."

I will be speaking to a lawyer. They also refused to cancel this policy by phone, so I'll send a notarized letter via certified mail since Endurnace is petty when they learn you won't give them more of your money to wast your time.

Steer clear, if you don't heed the warnings you will be throwing away your money.

I stopped paying them their monthly charge, and received a letter asking me to call them because they had tried to contact me several times before sending it, which was not true. I keep it out for a good laugh. They stole money from me under false pretenses, but it wasn't much.

Have been trying to collect my $50.00 for my reimbursement for oil change for over 10 months. NO LUCK I Have many e mailed directly to Endurance and I have sent email to the CEO, ( Aaron Hillel Segal), of Endurance Car warranty at asegal@gmail.com with "NO RSPONCES" from neither!

Next stop Consumer Affairs Fraud Complaint Dept. and United Stated Attorney General Merrick B Garland asking for their assistance to step in requesting full investigation into Endurance Car Warranty practice, Will anyone else do this same thing?

Don’t ever go with endurance I purchased the highest package with this company. Had them for about 3 months. Something simple went wrong with my car to be exact “engine mounts”. I drop my car off to dodge and endurance sends out a adjuster to look at my car the first thing he says before even looking at my car “oh it has rims on it” like that had anything to do with engine mounts. So they deny my claim AND on top of that cancels my contracts because of rims that are 2 inches bigger then the ones that originally comes on car. Be aware don’t go with these guys. My last warranty company was way better just alittle more expensive I guess cheaper isn’t always what’s best.

I spoke to an agent after getting a letter from Endurance telling me that my warranty on my 2019Honda car-v was going up and there is no way they could keep it at the prices I guess that I bought the extra warranty for. First of all, Endurance was no way at the table when I signed a legal and binding contract at the dealer. They cannot raise the cost of my warranty. The agent on the phone was yelling at me told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. If this company was legit, he wouldn’t have free reign to be this rude to a potential customer. Fools! Just don’t you get fooled.

I'm a new widow, only just got the titles to the cars into my name, and I got a letter from them saying the same thing. I've never even heard of them, and I know my husband didn't go in for extra or extended warranties, especially as we already have regular insurance and AAA. So that says a lot that they'd go after a new widow on a scam like that.

I signed up for Endurance Warranty Services because I thought they were different however my first claim proved otherwise. Their first claim that the issue was with the HVAC system, which it was not, and would not be covered. When my service advisor and I squashed that claim they became more creative with their denial tactics which were clearly bogus due to their own contract which states "All Pullies" under the covered engine parts. I tried to reason with the unreasonable which brought me here. Needless to say, save your money because this warranty appears to be smoke and mirrors.

Like others, I am curious as to where/how this company obtained my information. While they obviously have my current mailing address, their shameful, scam letter was addressed to a name I haven't used in 34 years. I Googled the return address on the letter and looked at the Street View. On the sign for the building, I do not see the "Endurance" name listed. I find it sad that companies/people use their time and resources to cheat others.

Virginia's DMV sold driver’s license information to 109 private investigation firms, while New Jersey’s sold to at least 16. Wisconsin's DMV is working with around 24 firms and Delaware has shared information with at least 12 private eye companies, according to VICE’s Motherboard, which obtained hundreds of pages of DMV documents pursuant to public records requests.

Wisconsin made more than $17 million in “driver abstract fees” in 2018 alone – compared to $1.1 million in 2015, the report states. Rhode Island’s DMV sold just over $380, 000 worth of driver information from 2015 through this year.

Meanwhile, Florida ABC affiliate WFTS reported in July how the state’s DMV brought in more than $77 million by selling driver information in 2017’s fiscal year.

DMVs did not share license photographs or Social Security numbers, but sold other details, such as names, addresses, dates of birth, vehicle information and phone numbers, according to Motherboard.

In some cases, records were sold for as little as $0.01.

The audacity to force feed consumers unsolicited or unwanted extended warranties. We should all report this company and others like them to our ELECTED officials. Make these companies SEIZE AND DESIST ALL FORMS OF ADVERTISING AND COMMUNICATIONS, OR FACE SOME SERIOUS JAIL TIME ALONG WITH MAJOR FINES... WE THE PEOPLE HAVE RIGHTS THAT ARE BEING TRAMPLED ON BECAUSE OF MONEY HOARDERS who care nothing about us or our property. I think that the department of vehicle may be selling out information to these companies as well. What about the drivers privacy act?CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT would be a good start.

Make these companies SEIZE AND DESIST ALL FORMS OF ADVERTISING AND COMMUNICATIONS, OR FACE SOME SERIOUS JAIL TIME ALONG MAJOR FINES... WE THE PEOPLE HAVE RIGHTS THAT ARE BEING TRAMPLED ON BECAUSE OF MONEY HOARDERS who care nothing about us or our property. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT would be a good start.

These CROOKS need to be run down, The Post Office will be getting my complaint in the morning THEY DO NOT REPRESENT ANY AUTO DEALER OR MAKER! How they get the contact information must be uncovered and stopped!
They call my cell phone every week even though it is on the DO NOT CALL list we all need to get together and file complaints of MAIL FRAUD and WIRE FRAUD (this covers phone and internet scams) If they mail, email, or call you file a complaint .

We just got a letter from this company too... I see a couple others have been to or dealt with Pep Boys in comments and so have we in the last 6 months... Has anyone else that gotten this dealt with Pep Boys? I am wondering if I am starting to see a trend here...

I received a letter from ENDURANCE, well the
funny thing behind this is I sold that car 4 years
ago. When I've talked to several other businesses
about the same thing they all say well our records
show that you still own it. I traded that car in so
that my husband could use it to get a new car.
So I don't even own a car.
I've asked the folks who call me to take me off
their call list, when I say this to them they promptly
hang up on me. I guess the jokes on them. If
they can afford to keep calling me...

I got a letter from this company that my vehicle was going to loose it's warranty coverage and I need to give them a call right now. The only vehicle I own is a 1936 Buick and I am sure the warranty is no longer available. I gave them a call, the Guy said it's still covered. I told him that I had the connecting rods replaced one year ago and it is still knocking. He said they would cover that. I told him they replaced the connecting rods with leather belting material, He said that would be cover also. I didn't believe what he said and I hung up. They never followed up. RDBB

they send you a note and they should do spell check advertises important vehicle information on extended vehicle service plans by contacting them avoid a price increase- I never had them, and I have a brand new vehicle covered for over a year someone needs to bust these idiots their phone [protected]

Vehicle extended warranties are a sham in themselves. Their wholesale cost are about $100.00 each. The rest is profit for the vendor. So, in evaluating whether you need a policy, consider what a $100.00 insurance policy would buy you . Not much I am sure. Instead, talk to your regular insurer. At least you will know who is taking your money.
