I placed an order with Enail Supply and after a week with no update of when my order would ship I sent them an e-mail to find out why. They did not respond. I called them and was told I was caller number one so I waited just to get their voicemail. When I never heard back I e-mailed them again and told them to cancel my order. I couldn't wait any longer because I was leaving for vacation. They did not respond. Two weeks later they sent my shipment. This is a very sneaky company.

I, too, placed an order with enailsupply.com on June 6, 2009. My e-mail response indicated the order was shipped on June 7, 2007. When I had not received the order by Saturday, June 13, I sent them an e-mail. They finally answered today, Monday, June 15, telling me the order was being shipped today. I called the company to complain. The man who answered the phone said the polish was on backorder on June 7, but when I told him my e-mail message said the order SHIPPED on that day, he continued to argue with me. When I told him I would NEVER place another order with the company, he said that was certainly my perogative. Yes, he was right because I will find someone else to supply the polish I need. Very unprofessional and unresponsive customer service!!!

I agree! Their website is inaccurate, it claims to have items in stock that they do not actually have. Their customer service is horrible, I sent three emails to them that have yet to be returned. I would not order from this website again.
