My husband has ordered solar system from Empyreal Energy. It is a total rip off. The system they installed doesn’t work properly. Now we pay over $100 a month for their panels and also bill of $267. I don’t know what to do. We have no money for the lawyer.

I don't know if we are talking about the same company, but Empyreal Energy International based on Australia that installed the solar energy system in our parents house seems an exact opposite of what the people above are saying. The company is very supportive starting from giving quote down to installing the system. And as compared to other solar energy system providers in our area, we found the Empyreal Energy International very much cost-efficient. I am not by any chance affiliated to the company, i just feel that it is my obligation to tell others my positive experience with the company.

I had a similar problem. They will do everything to get the sale but then you cannot contact them. The 1800 number does not work ands the directors do not answer your messages. Do NOT sign up with these people there are many others on the market.. Deon L

I also have not had good dealings with the company I signed with the company to install a solar system and due to medical problems at the time stated that I did not wish to proceed until the end of July 14 until after I had had an operation on my knees. seven days later I advised the company that due to the costs of the medical operation I did not wish to proceed with the installation of the system and to cancel the contract.

That day they took a $1550.00 deposit from my account, I contacted their office to ask why and to demand a refund of my deposit as I was well within the time limit of the cooling off period to cancel the contract, I was advised over the next days of many different stories as to why at that that time they could not refund the deposit. After many phone calls I received $1000.00 refunded to my account, which left the amount of $550.00 still owing.

After repeated requests for ther remaining amount to be transferred it has not happened

I have had the same problem in Australia, have contacted the company and they don't want to have anything to do with it. They lied about the performance of the system and are ripping off people as a result. I am a single parent and was intimidated and lied to by the salesman and the company won't refund me and take their under performing product back.

We are writing in response to the complaint that has been posted against our company. The commenter accused Empyreal Energy for selling him/her a not functioning power system, without calling us up to discuss his/her concerns further. On rare occasions issues can arise with newly installed solar systems but these can be fixed and we are happy to discuss these with any person that believes there is an issue with their system. We are certainly not in the business of ripping people off.
The commenter should have provided his/her contact details if she/he was really willing to have his/her issue with us resolved. Plus, we’re only servicing residential/business here in Australia and that commenter’s location is United States.
For anybody with issues regarding their solar system purchased off us please call our office on [protected] during office hours.

This number has been disconnected... I had a 5 k system installed in 2013, I’ve since noticed that a few panels have developed spider web tracks ..
