Complaint Rating:

First they wouldn't charge my cc, had to wire the funds (red flag), then shipped wrong product (it took 4 weeks) in a lousy package, I spent 2 weeks trying to get their attention to refund the money (charged me $100 more) or full refund (I would return the product) - NOTHING!!! Got couple of one-liners back as an answer, dry, cold, unprofessional - final email today says "Forget it the company is now closed."
STAY AWAY!!!
