I read complaints against the selling of this product on line. Usually before you press submit, your bill comes up for this product and you can press submit or not and get out of the website. I went to this site, not believing any of the complaints, I have never had this happen to me before. I wanted this product for my cats. When you buy or click to buy this product a number of windows come up asking you if you want an "upgrade" to buy another product with this product. I clicked the "no thank you" for each upgrade, and up popped a page thanking me for my purchase of a cat board and a de shedder and a BOGO with an additional charge of 7.95. Something I never asked for. I felt stupid for not believing the complaints and robbed. I hope to cancel Monday morning and follow my credit card statement later. By the way I found this product on the harrietcarter.com site for 25.50.
