I ordered a trial product over the internet. When it came, not all of the product was included. I needed to spend additional money to get the rest. I cancelled via email, telephone and mailed back the product as instructed. Now my credit card is getting charged 24.82 monthly. The first time I disputed with my credit card co., they contacted the merchant and credited my account. I now see another charge and my cc company says to contact the product company directly. This is difficult and time consuming.
