I don't know what this thing is. But I got a 2.96 charge on my bank account for 2 months in a row. The first month I got busy and didn't call to cancel, so they got me for a 2nd month. It looks like someone got a hold of my debit card # and is passing it around. I'm going to cancel that card and get a new one. It all started from getting a trial teeth whitening product. I think they are a group of companies and they are passing the numbers around. Don't buy the trial. Apparently when you click the agreement you agree to buy a renewable months supply (@$70.) if you don't cancel membership after 14 day trial. Takes a long time to get the 70.00 back. You have to return product, have a signed receipt of return, and then call them to get the money refunded. So beware.

If there was some confusion about your subscription, we honestly didn't mean to inconvenience you in any way.  Our goal is not to inconvenience our customers .The terms and conditions of our offer are very visible on the order page, they are stated on the order page where you confirm your order, located directly to the top of where your credit card information was entered. There is also a link at the top of the home page that opens up the terms and conditions in a separate window. Customer service is our number one priority and we do everything we can to be open with all of our customers. Of course, mistakes can be made; and if you were not aware of our terms and conditions in our site.

You can talk to customer support seven days a week. Our U.S.-based help lines are also staffed each and every day of the week to respond to any questions you may have both before and after your order. Simply call us at 866-396-2729 and we will be happy to walk you through the entire cancellation process.

Your satisfaction is our number one concern,

I see Elite Pack has the same scamming text writers that Dazzle White has. Probably sitting in the same chair. How can they think that people won't catch on?? I guess because so many of us fell for their SCAM. They must be laughing their ----- off at us fools. Well, live and learn but they sure make it hard for HONEST business people to make an HONEST living.
