I AM A MILITARY VETERAN HAVING HIS MONEY STOLEN BY THESE COMPANIES!! MY FELLOW VETERANS AND ANYONE ELSE LOOKING TO START A BUSINESS, LOOK ELSEWHERE!! THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! As with many other posts I have read about Elite/Cuppy's, I was denied a business loan and Elite refuses to honor our agreement and return our entire down payment. We are talking almost 60, 000 dollars here. We sought funding from multiple sources and none would provide funding. Once we informed Cuppy's and Elite of our being denied funds, they became very difficult to get a hold of. When I did get through they were very combative and made it clear they had no intention of sending our money back regardless of what we did. They also made it clear that if we were to get money back, they would not give us the entire amount. When you call either Elite or Cuppy's, the same receptionist answers the phone. They claim to be completely separate entities, but our both owned by Medina Management. On paper they may be different, but they are in collusion to take a portion of my money they do not deserve. They feel they have the power because they already have our money. If there are others who are tired of Elite's actions, here are some people that may be interested.
