Elite Exteriors review: Roofing

Re Shingled our roof on a hail claim in the cold of November and said it would be no problem. In spring we had water coming through our bedroom light fixture and called them. 6 months later they came out and fixed leak -said it was missing caulking around flashing on north side of house. Called them about repairing water damaged ceilings and said they would not repair because leak was from driving rain. the house is 15 years old and never leaked before - was this year the first driving rain in 15 years - I don't think so!
