Electronic Cigarette CANCELLATION AND BILLING

I received an add in July 2012 saying I could have a free trial for an electronic cigarette.
I just had to pay ten euros for the shipping.So I sent ten euros.
I received the product in August.I tried it and did not like it.
I thought that was all, because ir was supposed to be a free trial.
In September I received a refill by the mail from
GO FULFILMENT,
4, THE FORT WALTHEW HOUSE LANE, MARTLAND PARK,
WIGAN, WN5 OLX, GB
I sent the company an email to say that I did not wanty any other refill
and that I cancelled any transaction with them.
They answered that they had not received any cancellation message. I tried to phon them but the number is wrong.
I sent a second email. I hope they will stop taking money from my bank account and they will stop sending me refills.

Yep Im in the same situation . BUYER BEWARE. YOU DON'T GET ANYTHING FOR FREE. MY BAD. Does anyone know if you can stop through your credit card company?

I had exactly the same problem through getting a free trial back in September i let my master card deal with the issue but they had no luck with getting my money back, after this they were suppose to be canceling my subscription but then again last week i had an email confirming a re-fill shipment heading my way. iv just had to ring the customer helpline to confirm my un-subscription yet again and to get an address to send the re-fill back in order to receive a full refund.
the number i have is [protected], which has gone through o.k.
Although i'm glad to see i'm not the only one who has been the fool to this company i'm still not happy with the time i'v wasted on this company, the stressed they've caused me, and the money they've cost me! they should not be allowed to advertise things on the internet, especially with how false there advertisements are. there is nothing free about this company!

Electronic Cigarette Never got refund

I clicked on a Ad on Facebook which said free Electronic cigarette just pay $9.95 shipping. They called to verify my address and when I called back they said that I will be charged $99.10 a month. I never saw that and I asked to cancel and they stated that I can't cancel because the product went out already. I was told that I had 10 days to decide if I wanted to keep the cigarette and they would charge the $99.10 on Jan 2, 2010. I called back on December 30th to cancel and they said they had charged my card already on the 29th. They would not give me a refund even though I never opened the package and was willing to send it back. I kept calling every couple of days and I got this person who finally said she would refund my money and gave me a confirmation code (big deal). She said it would take 7-14 days. Well I never rec'd it and called back every couple of weeks and they just kept saying it was in review with the collection dept. My last phone call on March 3/19/10 the rep said that they have been waiting for me to return the item, funny because I never even opened the package and offered to return it numerous times and was told no.
So I shipped back the package and was told to wait 2 weeks until I get the refund. Of course I did not and now I call and the phone numbers do not work.
Lesson learned.

The only lesson you should have learned, was to call your credit card company immediately, so that they could have dealt with this fraud. Now it's your turn again. Call them. You might still be able to get your money back. Hopefully you documented every call you made, and everything you did. Proof of return is also helpful.

Electronic Cigarette scam

I, like others fell for this scam and ordered the "free" online trial and was charged $9.95. This product was aweful and I tried to contact this company by email and phone to no avail. I have since then received another 3 charges totaling $179.80. This company has several alias names that they are using. I have contacted my CC comapny and they are removing the bogus charges and their security department is going to find this company and end the scams. Word to the wise: Be careful what "FREE" offers you sign up for.

This is another scam...order for free shipping and handling and give them a charge card # and you are screwed...they will auto charge your card
and claim you didn't read the terms...that they

By the way, I will never accept anything "FREE" from the internet again. If its too good to be true, it is too good to be true. DIRECTECIG.COM is a fraud! They will fraud you and then tell you to get lost.

DirectEcig ripped me off. Paid $4.95 for free starter kit. then they robbed $109.90 from my account without my permission. They then sent me cartridges I never order and does not want, because this product sucks. My bank said there's nothing they can do to help, bank will be eliminated also, just like this product. Contact consumer about this product. Everyone should do the same if you got rip off.

As you look at all the complaints they are all for the most part from over a year ago as with the complaints on this site. As with a lot of new companies there are problems at the beginning but as you can see from the diminishing amounts of complaints and our growth in sales we must be starting to do something right. I am sorry for the experience you had with that company that bought product from us and resold it. Smoke 51 has no goal in ripping people off. Our goal is to provide a better alternative to smoking traditional cigarettes. I suggest to all to purchase directly from our website www.smoke51.com and if you see a deal on the internet that sounds to good to be true it usually is.

I was ripped off from herestoliving Nevada and ECIG Florida. Stay away from these companies. I read everything on the website very carefully and saw nothing that stated this was only a trail offer and if I did not return it within 10 days I would be charged $99.67. Nor was I told they would send me refills which they charged under the name ECIG for $69.62. I read I was getting a FREE stater kit for just the shipping and handling charge of $4.95. What part was FREE

Why all the deception? Why no invoice with my shipments ? Why send me #6 filters when my starter kit had #11. Oh by the way didn't order these refills. This cigarette made by smoke51 only lasted 1 day. I changed the filter got 1 drag and that was it. Changed it again got nothing. They offered to replace it. No Thanks .

If your not out to scam people why not be completely up front. I was going to return this product because it said it was warranted. Then I got my credit card statement. No Way. Not going to waste my time dealing with companies like this. Was thinking of ordering several for family and friends as Christmas gifts. Well heretoliving or EGIC or what ever other name you go by you lost more than the $169.29 you ripped me off for.There is alot to be said about customer satisfaction, being honest and a women scorned. Hope more people read the complaint boards and check with the Better Business Bureau before ordering from any of these electronic free offers.

My boyfriend wanted to order this and I warned him about all these so called " free offers...just pay shipping " only to have them keep charging your card. I told him to use his PRE PAID VISA card, and ONLY put the total amount for shipping on it, nothing more. That way, they CAN'T take any more money out, and you have just beaten them at their own game ! Do this for pretty much anything you order, if you aren't sure and READ THE FINE PRINT ALWAYS !

I would check with these companies:

Smoke51.com
electroniccigarettesource.com

If you have an issue with these companies please call your credit card company as they can most likely reimburse you the funds via a "chargeback".

PMV123 please look at the original post. He clearly states the business was done with smoke51, smoke anywhere, ez smoke. This is very visible in his post. Electronic Cigarettes Inc has never offered a free trial offer and your post is misleading and false.

Electronic Cigarette did not recieve trial product but paid $9.99 for S&H.

I repied to an offer for a trial of e-cigs with the understanding that within in 30 days, if I was no longr interested, i could cancel, no questions asked. I did not recieve the sample but $9.99 was charged to my master Card Debit Card. My bank, charter One says the amount of $99.10 was on hold and they couldn't stop payment but they could recover the funds after filing a fraudluent claim. I do not have the full name of the company but it but they go by "Media" and the first telephone numbers, according to my bank are, [protected]. That is all they could give. Can you help? I wanted to try the product but now I am so angry that I jut want them to stay out of my account and I want my money back. Thank you

Jennifer are you are representative of these companies? You seem to be suggesting that a class action lawsuit is not the right thing to do, but getting a chargeback is...which solves out problem, but leaves thieves out there...

Same problem, but the company was under Free Trial. Same numbers, identical problem. When I called today they told me to read their Terms & Conditions closer. Well guess what, whether you get the product or not, if you do not notify them before the end of the trial they begin billing you.

I too have notified my Visa holder that it was a fradulent transaction.

Electronic Cigarette Price

Well there are now these new things out, electronic cigarette. Good thing, money saving except the first inatal price of $70 but any ways. People can't smoke regualr ciggs inside anymore. Why won't they allow you to smoke the electronic cigarette inside. They don't give off an odor and the smoke is so thin that unless your like inches away from the persons mouth there more than likely not going to inhale it and there is no risk for fire becuase no lighter, no flame = no fire so where in lies the problem?

I bought one of these e-cigarettes along with the in-house battery charger and the car charger, last year around October 2017. I worked fine for the few times I tried it. In fact, I still have full cartridges around. Then it stopped working, I noticed that it wasn't holding a charge. I tried using both the in-house charger and the car charger but no luck.

I have been trying to find a number to call them on but no luck. I can find their site but no phone number. I might be missing it.

What I would like is my complete refund back or a new e-cigarette and appropriate charges at no cost to me.

I made an online payment for an electronic cigarette from ecigsbrand.com I believe in Nov/Dec of 2017. I made it clear that it was a one-time charge as it was bought for a friend of mine as a trial, as I do not smoke. In fact, I even sent a confirmation e-mail to them being specific about this purchase. I did not want any refills or any other offer, just the one-time purchase of the e-cigs. That was agreed upon based on their confirmation.
Now I have realized on checking my bank statement this months I saw a charge unfamiliar to me. Upon investigation, I realize the company has been charging me since January 2017 (or perhaps last year) based on my banking history two (2)charges per month in the amount of $19.95 each. When I called them, I was informed that I had accepted offers from Savers City Program and National Trip Security and that was the charge each month.
I stated that I would not have because I do not smoke, don't go on trips, and moreso I do not stand to benefit If I am not a smoker, it was just a one-time purchase as a gift. I need to know how can I be refunded all the monies due to me since last year.
I was give a number to call to speak to someone [protected]). I believe it will go unnoticed just like all the other complaints I am now seeing online. Is there any way I can be compensated for their theft.
N.B. I have delted all e-mails communicated with them since last year, so no proof on my end, but maybe they can confirm my e-mails.

i recived this aid int my email and i sign up to recive ""FREE"" plus shipping electronic cigrette kit gave thme my credit card number and they took the $19.95 out of my ban k account right away then the next day they took out $150.00 out of by accout which I did not know any thing about tried to contact the over the internet and the aaa holes do not even have a email address so now I will have to make a special trip some 100 miles to a phone in the USA to call the 800 number which I got off my online banking account I you or anyone know of a email address for the aaa holes plese send it to me at johnstephenson04@gmail.com it may would save me a trip money
