eefashion.com review: They didn't return money and provided order with missed item 1

I bought two prom dresses from the website www.eefashion.com. I paid and after 3 days I got email from the seller, who informed me that one item was sold out. But the seller offered to choose another one and told that they would take it away from my bill. I agreed and change the item, but they didn’t return money for the dress, which was sold out. I tried to get this sum back, but they delivered only one dress and no info. I wasn’t happy with such services, so please post comments if you have the same problems.
