EEE of Tyson's review: Straw purchase/fraud/overcharged payments 3

My mother and I are the victims of a straw purchase/Overcharge in payments and Fraud. We have already contacted the Better Buisiness Bureau(BBB). They stated in the letter that our complaint contained allegations of crimal activity and that they are a non-profitable governmental agency and cannot handle matters that are purportrated to be criminal in nature. Their had been several vehecles involved in this matter a black 2005 H2-V8 Hummer, a 2003 black Mercedes S55AMG, a 2004BMW 545I Sedan 4 door, 2005 Black Mercedes ML500 4wdrive, and a 2005 White Mercedes ML500 4wdrive.
All of this occurred in the Fall' of 2007. Originally we were looking to purchase a home, that's it . This Real Estate Agent was introduced to us through a family member. The Real Estate Agent's name is Charles A. Wigington and he seemed very anxious to help us. During this time my mother did not have a vehicle so he had told us about a place called EEE of Tyson's. He insisted that we go their so that my mom could buy a car all while he was trying to help us get a house. He told my mom and I that we needed this thing called " RESERVES" in order to get the house that "he" was actually trying to put us into. He told us that he was a multi-millionare and that he was a very successful Real Estate Agent and that he had already owned a 2005 Black Mercedes S55 AMG as stated above. He actually came to pick us both up in this vehicle to look at houses. He also told us that it was important that we have these so called "Reserves". So he told us that he had to re-purchase this 2005 Hummer H2 V8, that he had owned prior, obviously. He said that he needed me to sign for the Hummer and he said this right in front of these salespeople. He said that he had monies, but this was what was essential in order for us to get into our new home. He kept stating that he had money and that he would make about two payments on the hummer so that I could show assests. I was not sure what he was talking about. He later suggested that I get a car from this place, reason being...? "RESERVES". And let me mind you that my mother and I had excellent credit before all of this stuff occurred. He and other employees at EEE of Tyson's started pressuring me into purchasing a vehicle as well, the 2005 BMW 545I. We trusted these people and I thought that I was doing the right thing. So now I ended up with a car. We believe his whole motive was him getting somthing for himself, we are not sure what type of affiliation he may have with these salesmen of EEE of Tyson's. But we did notice that they had a very strong bond. We didn't figure all of this out until he ended up screwing us and somehow sticking us with these montly payments for these vechicles. Including the ones we had been convinced to buy. I did mention that my mom was in need of transportation earlier, so she ended up purchasing a 2005
Black Mercedes ML500 as stated above. After driving it for about 1 month it started to have engine problems, and while out on the road it would just stop moving and just creep, going about 5 miles per hour or less all while pressing down on the gas. My mom then contacted the people at EEE of Tyson's and sugested that she trade it in. So when she went to EEE of Tyson's and took the 2005 Black Mercedes ML500 back. She traded it for a white one same year, make and model(as stated above earlier). They told her that she had to put more monies down on this other car. She had asked them why she had to put extra monies down on this car? They told her because, "it was white and it was a better car. "
