I recently used EduBirdie to write a paper for me, and I must say, I was very disappointed with the results. The paper I received was of very poor quality and did not meet my expectations at all. In fact, it received a failing grade from my professor.

When I contacted EduBirdie about this issue, they immediately declined to offer any refund or compensation, despite their own FAQ stating that they would refund failing grades. This was very frustrating and made me feel like I had been scammed.

To make matters worse, when I paid for 5+ references, the author used the same paper x5, instead of providing 5 different references. This was very disappointing, especially considering the high cost of ?350 for the paper.

Overall, I would not recommend EduBirdie to anyone. They are essentially stealing with extra steps and their customer service agents are more than willing to say anything to separate you from your money. It's very frustrating to see them completely contradict what is written on their own website and confirmed prior to sale.

In conclusion, if you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy writing service, I would suggest looking elsewhere. EduBirdie is a scam and should be avoided at all costs. I would give them 0 stars if it was possible.

The customer service team wasn't much help, and now I'm out $99 with no work to show for it. I never got a refund, and I never received the final product that I paid for.

This company charged my card for services they did not rendered, and them after contacting multiple support agents to include managers, they were unwilling to resolve the issue. they were very rude, and are a fraud company. I paid a writer for 4 assignments, and she only completed one assignment and this company took the whole amount without my authorization and paid the writer, when she didn't complete the requested assignment. When asked for a refund they declined.

I did not get a good grade on a paper, becuase i gave the writer the wrong information. I told the writer to forget about the whole thing and for some reason the writer thought to still take my damn money from the release box. Releasing the money should only be done if the customer liked and got a good grade on the paper correct!? u did not approve either of those things! they stole my money! they do not satisfy everyone's needs!

Literally gave my person such a long time to write my essay. And this person ended up writing a paper that a 3rd grader could've written better, in a day prior to given the assignment. So basically, I'm a senior in high school stuck with work that a 3rd grader must of written. I'm never going to use this website again. It's horrible. It also stated how this women must have a PhD but I don't think it's humanely possible for a person with the IQ and writing skills of a child to have one.

I ordered a custom essay at this site, the deadline was 4 hours. I could write it myself at this time, but this company has agreed to perform my task. They sent my job is only 7 hours later and I could not send it because the deadline has already passed. They do not want to return the money. I am totally disappointed, I wrote in support, but they said that the work was written, and do not want to return my money. I do not know what to do, I thought to apply to the bank to make chargebacks, is it right? Or how do I get my $ 150 for 6 page essay?
