The other ticket was under the name Dahlberg Mats Anders from Sweden, born in 1974, while I am Maltese and born in 1958.

Although I am grateful that their customer service eventually dealt with the matter, it is a shame that they only became concerned once a bad review was posted online. I won't deal with them again, but I have lifted my score from one to two stars.
