I get anywhere from 5 to 8 calls a day from [protected] and when I asked them for info they gave me a customer service number which is [protected]. When I checked it out online it brought up info on Easy Help Center. Everyone that call's has an accent and I asked them to delete my number and not call back, they refused and demande my credit card info which I refused to give.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I've never even heard of this company and my bank statement shows they have charged me a membership fee and I don't even who the hell they are and I want to know how they accessed my checking account to charge such a thing! Not only am I a Police Officer who is on a tear about this but I will find out and I will be at my bank monday morning.
HELLO MY NAME IS UNDRA MIDDLETON AND A MAN BY THE NAME OF JACK HOUSE CALLED ME ON LAST THURSDAY AND SAID I WAS APPROVED FOR A GRANT FOR MY HOME, AND SAID IT WAS A ONE TIME FEE OF $3.87 AND I ASKED WOULD THERE BE ANY OTHER CHARGE AND HE SAID NO, BUT ON THE 10TH OF FEBRUARY YOU ALL TOOK $59.95 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.AND I WENT ON LINE TO YOU ALL'S WEB SITE AND I SEEN WERE IT SAID AFTER 10-DAYS YOU ALL WOULD CHARGE $59.95 WELL [censored] IT HADN'T BEEN 5-DAYS YET AND I WANT MY (DAMN MONEY) BACK, MY BANK IS INVESTIGATING AND SO IS THE POLICE NOW CAUSE I FILED A SCAM REPORT AGAINST YOU ALL FOR GOING INTO MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND I'M MAD AS HELL.BECAUSE I TOLD THAT DAMN MAN THAT MY HUSBAND HAD LOST HIS JOB AND THE ONLY INCOME COMEING IN WAS MY LITTLE S.S.I CHECK, AND WERE ALREADY BEHIND ON OUR HOUSE AND ARE ABOUT TO LOSE IT.THEN YOU ALL GO AND DO THIS ### TO US AND NOW OUR LIGHT BILL CHECK HAS BALANCED BECAUSE OF YOU ALL AND WE GOT TO COME UP WITH $352.00 PLUS $35.00 FOFR THE RETURNED CHECK. AND IT JUST STARED SNOWING WHERE WERE AT AND WE ARE ABOUT TO GET OUR LIGHTS TURNED OFF THANKS TO YOU ALL SCAMING ME OUT OF MY MONEY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.BUT WHEN THEY FIND YOU ALL I'M FILLING CHARGES AGAINST EVERYONE OF YOU ALL AND LET ALL OF YOU SEE HOW IT FEELS TO HURT, ALL OF YOU HAVE HURT A LOT OF PEOPLE WITH THIS SCAM AND IF YOU DON'T KNOW YOU ALL WILL KNOW IT (GOD DON'T LIKE THIEVES) AND HE WILL PUNISH YOU ALL FOR TAKING FROM GOOD PEOPLE TO MAKE MONEY OFF OF.BUT I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I REALLY ADVISE SOMEONE TO CALL ME ARE GET INTOUCH WITH ME SOME KINDA WAY BY TODAY.
Goodmorning, I was notified by my bank that a transaction was placed on my account for some goverment grant monthly fee of $59.95. I would like you all to return my money back to my account, because i don't need an goverment grant program that would take $59.95 monthly out my bank account in order for me to get information about goverment grants for me to attend college. Please return my money back to my bank account and cancel this program .

thats a phillipino accent they those people keep giving me the run around every time i call telling me to call customer service which they never answer after reading all the bad reviews i wish i would have told them to f off
