I signed up for their "free trial" on their website and I was asked to shoulder only the shipping & handling. Even before I started using their first "free trial" kit, then sent me again anothoer one. Thinking that they must have made a mistake and since it was suppose-to-be just a "free trial" kit, I decided to just keep it first. I was totally shocked when I received my credit card billing statement and saw that they charged me twice, one on May 29, 2009 with the amount of $78.23 and on June 23, 2009 with the amount of $85.18. I tried to reason out with them and begged that I return the unused "free trial" kit in exchanged for my money back but the lady who answered my phone call said that it is no longer eligible for return. She, at first, tried to offer my two more "free trial" kits but I declined. She then told me that she will just credit back $35.00 to my account. Since reasoning and begging to her was futile, I was forced to accept.

But, I'm making this complaint because I still want my total refund. It's so disgusting to fall prey to this scam and more depressing to think that there are people like them who takes advantage of unsuspecting people like me who doesn't have too much and yet still be cheated out of our hard earned money. They should be ashamed of that.
