Why sell a product if it doesnt work. I have all of the minimum system requirements+ and still it doesnt work, what is going on?!

I have to totally agree this unfortunate person I too am struggling with the sims3 and it's new expansion pack
it has taken me three days to install and uninstall everything and reinstall it again just to be so agitated at the game for not starting I have read everything on the problem and understood nothing. all I wanted to do was play the game and as yet nothing has worked I am not a genius by any strech of the imagingation but I am not stupid either. Whatever happened to just installing and playing. I feel sincerly ripped off, I love my sims 2 and that is were it looks like I have to retreat because I can't get this game to go.

I have all of the requirment that is needed (plus) all the updates and graphics card new computer what more does this game want.
