I signed up for E harmony a few months ago and have not found anyone appealing or anyone that "matched" my characteristics or appealing factors that I listed in my profile. I realized that E harmony is full of ish and they send so many matches a day, but they really aren't matches. I look at these profiles and wonder why they are even sent to me. Of course I couldnt get a refund of subscription that I have not used. I get the run around with emails, customer service phone numbers. I am going to write a certified letter and cancel as soon as this awful subscription is up. E Harmony really does not match anyone. I've read several stories about people that have unhappy service from E Harmony. They really are full of crap but I'm assuming the more letter and stories people post voicing their unhappy results, it will deter some people from even signing up.
