Beware www.e-go.com.au, otherwise known as CLC Deliveries. They might seem like a nice cheap alternative courier company, but they will take your money and keep trying to take more without fulfilling the original contract. If you have a complaint, there is no communication option other then through their website. They will NEVER phone you, or provide a contact number for you to call. They play games, trying to frustrate you into just accepting pitiful resolutions. It does not matter even if you read their terms and conditions very carefully, as some practices they undertake are not advertised ANYWHERE on their website. Poor service, poor attitude - don't get tangled up with this mob!

Having purchased some items and paid the seller to arrange freight, he chose, e-go. Now the items are overdue with no effective way of tracking the items (shows no relevant information) and no effective way to communicate with e-go. They do not answer emails and customer service staff hang up as soon as they realise if is a question regarding overdue delivery. I will be following the Fair trading pathway for a refund. I will also be contacting Mark Hunter the Director of Hunter Express the parent company to express my dissatisfaction and disgust that his company operates in such a poor way that in no way matcher their core values statement from their website

DO NOT USE THEM. SCAMMERS. They have lots of trading names. E-Go, CLC Deliveries Pty Limited, www.e-go.com.au, Hunter Express, Australian Courier Service, Real Time Express, Alpha Couriers, AAA couriers. Didn't deliver items. Excuses from their customer service people, who are rude, play dumb and give you the run around. 9 weeks later no resolution, for over night deliveries.

Hi All,

I wish I had seen this before using these guys, I can't get hold of anybody my goods are somewhere lost in space.
I paid for a call before Collection a call before delivery and a re delivery insurance. They did none of this.

They re the most frustrating group i have ever dealt with, no telephone number no way of getting hold of a physical person.

However i think i have found out that this company is in fact HUNTER EXPRESS in disguise and they use E-Go as a front to hide behind even though the staff say they are not E-Go

Simple thing is to keep clear of E-Go, com.au and Hunter Express.com.au

They are all crooks.

I have had a delivery driver force and electric gate open on my property and damage the motor.
The company is not contactable and they will not get back to me via the email form.

ACCC and VCAT only options

Terrible terrible service, first time registered, works fine. Charged $1000 to get the bouns. Then all the sudden, you can not add bookings, and once you logged out, you won't be able to log back in. And they don't really care, they take time to deal with you and never give you any updates.

Have to call bank in the 3rd day to claim the money back and E-GO should go to hell. Bloody worst courier service on Earth.

I agree with all the comments about e-go or CLC Deliveries. They're a disgrace to deal with. I had two item deliveries received thru e-go and in each case, the item was damaged. And if you try and find out how to contact them, you'll end up with nothing cause they would not provide you with a number to call to voice your complain. I strongly advise anyone to AVOID sending though this company! The first item I bought online only had a crack in the middle but the second one is totally crushed into pieces... checkout the pictures...

e-Go is shocking. I, too, ordered goods from an online seller who uses e-Go to ship to Sydney from Queensland. The first time I ordered, I never got the goods. I then checked with the seller to see if they sent the order out, and they told me they got confirmation of delivery with a time stamp, and that it was my fault for instructing the courier to leave the parcel if I wasn't home. I told the seller that I personally was not home at the time e-Go said they delivered, but someone else was -- no one had come to our house that day. It was pouring rain all day, so even if e-Go had left the parcel, I doubt there would be people wandering around in torrential rain looking for parcels to steal. The seller contacted e-Go and was told that, unfortunately, the driver who delivered my parcel was no longer with the company so they could not check with him as to where he left the goods. Fortunately the seller was willing to resend the goods at their own expense. Today an e-Go courier came, and thankfully I was home to see him throw my box over the fence. The box landed with a loud thud on the pavers. He did not bother to ring the bell to get a signature. I am glad there was nothing breakable in my delivery and that the seller had packed it well. I have told the seller that they should find a new courier because these guys are terrible, the worst! e-Go will ruin sellers' reputations and businesses singlehandedly. Why they are not put out of business for fraud or unethical business practices is beyond me. AVOID at all costs.

Bought item online and company uses e-go couriers to deliver. Firstly I received an email from them saying if I was not home they would leave package at the door (I live in a inner city high rise security building), which would obviously get stolen. I tried to contact them but nothing but an email address so contacted the company I bought the item off and after a hassle with them got them to contact e-go couriers to make sure a signature was obtained upon delivery. I have been home all day and this afternoon decided to check my mail. Sure enough, card from Hunter Express (e-go Brisbane Co) saying I wasn't home and to contact them. Called and was told that for an extra fee they will re-deliver. What a scam! I said NO and contacted the seller again. Said that I want a full refund and that he can deal with e-go, I've had enough. Also told him they would eventually ruin his company as people will not put up with this ###.

I have just spent two months trying to get some satisfaction form Realtime Express, which is a subsidiary of CLC Deliveries Pty Ltd.
My problem was a carton picked up from the supplier but never delivered to me. Firstly I was told that the package had been picked up at 16;29 on 25 Feb and then, when they were unable to locate it they then told me that it had not been collected and that the time given to me was when the job was given to the driver
It was only after I went to Fair Trading NSW that they started to be more co-operative

^^^^ I will join!
E-go has to be the worst courier company we have ever used.
Lured by the cheap price they have cost us thousands in losses due to missing parcels & lost items.
They have even held a pallet for ransom basically saying if we did not pay more then twice the original upfront cost it would never be delivered. They would not tell us where it was to collect either.
They has absolutely NO customer service. Their emails are answered with a "yes" or "no" reply by a nameless 5 year who can;t spell.
AVOID this company at all costs!
Just trying to work out the best way to proceed with claims and owed money form them.

I will be contacting accc, fare trading, consumer affairs and il be exposing e-couriers to all of Australia by ringing a current affair and anyone else who wants to do a story on them. They damaged my goods and I had insurance and they don't email you back and don't pay insurance claims even after they said they would pay for my damaged goods. They were late with delivery and I've read over 5000 complaints on them and how they lie and steel and say they picked up items when they didn't, items lost and they do nothing except say too bad etc. I will be the one who puts a stop to them, please join me in a class action law suit against them and let's close these ###s down together? Anyone care to join my battle?

I too have had a terrible experience with this company. Their email response to my complain read more like a sales pitch and in addition to being generic, it was poorly worded and didn't address my issues at all. Look at the picture I posted, this is a $450 EPO foam RC Jet that is now as useless as this mob are... Hey A Current Affair this is a story for you!

I am currently having an issue with this company. We use them to ship things all over Australia for us. We have a website & ship between 50-300 orders through them per week. Everything has been fine until recently. they are a nightmare to deal with. They need to be prosecuted. What organisation deals with the Courier/Transport Industry? They have attached a proof of delivery dated 2009 to a consignment that was picked up in 2012. When I sent them a message they told me it has been delivered even though the delivery status still says it's waiting at the depot (where it has been for over 10 days). This is ridiculous. Is it just me or do courier companies go out of there way to hire the most inept people they can find.

I agree with the last 3 comments. These people should have their licence to trade taken off them. They frustrate you, hold you as hostage, take your money, they never call you and in my case after 2 weeks in delays and just to delay and frustrate me further, they contacted the person in Coffs Harbor whom they picked up my item from to tell them that my item is in Sydney. Now commons sense should tell them that they should have called me to advise that my item is in Sydney to collect not the person whom they picked up my item from. All these mind games and deliberate frustrations came about after I had sent them a lengthy email of complaint (the only way to contact these people because they hide behind their computers) outlining that they took my money quickly but my item had still to be picked up after 7 days. I threatened them with legal action but that didn't deter them and their arrogance at all...they just continued to delay and then just to add insult to injury they contacted the person whom they picked the item up from and told him that my item is in Sydney for me to collect. That's the arrogance with these guys. Stay well clear of this rogue organisation. They are evil, will take your money and then if you complain they will deliberately frustrate you to extract further costs as pay pack for voicing your rights and their contractual obligations. STEER WAY CLEAR AND AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.

I have to agree with the above two remarks. Seemed ok. There courier was a nice guy. Started off well and then went dowhill. Terrible delivery times, heaps of hidden charges, rude service. Don't waste your money. I've gone back to Aus Post and people are happy to pay for it. JS

we are a commercial business which ships about 15 packages each week through this company. They are an absolute disaster especially in recent times where they seem to be getting much busier. There is absolutely no way to make contact with them other than e-mail through their website, they are reluctant to give you answers and most importantly in the last six months many of our freight packages have been damaged. We are sending pushbikes and they are not easily damaged but this company manages to do it. We carry insurance on each shipment for $100 and I would have more chance of getting rocks from the moon by carrier pigeon then I would at being able to claim insurance... they even get up to the stage of asking for your bank account details and I am yet to see a single deposit. The only thing they are good at is taking your money, that happens within seconds, anything else will take days, weeks or months. Michael Coates
