Danielle Ellis sold me a bad puppy under her company's name DZ Legendary. Five months old and he suffers from congestive heart failure. She refuses to give me another dog as per her contract because she wants me to continue over 1000+ dollars in additional tests even after I have a letter from my vet (a medical professional) saying those tests are not necessary because he has already diagnosed the puppy. DON'T BUY PUPPIES FROM HER. She has Bad Breeder Practices. Her concern are not for the puppies she sells but how much money she can take from you.

Breeder and I are working on this issue. Please update this post to show that. Please remove this post if possible. Thanks Tricia

This owner is lashing out because either she can't afford basic medical care or has something to hide. She refuses to follow the advice of the one vet she took the puppy to. This puppy was in perfect health with vet exam when given to this owner at 8 weeks. She has called and texted numerous times about training and posted on FB about things the puppy keeps getting into. I have always helped her even when she posted on FB without asking directly. I have all her irradic texts and FB posts saved for refference. This puppy suffered seizures last week and she took him to the vet. However, she refused to follow the recommendations of that vet. She did not allow them to run blood work or any other diagnostic tests to find out why he had the seizures. The puppy could have gotten into any number of things that are toxic, eaten a mushroom in the yard, or reacted to a medication she may have given. This owner has given human medications at random to her puppy without seeking vet care. Without basic diagnostic testing there is no way to say what the cause of the seizures was. There must be a reason that she refused to have him tested. She is an ER nurse and knows exactly what these tests can reveal. I begged her to get those diagnostic tests done that day and even begged her to contact Samurgency if she could not afford it. I contacted Samurgency on her behalf but she did not follow through to get financial assistance. So I'm assuming she can afford it but did not want his blood work done for some other reason. Her vet also heard an irregular heartbeat but could not say if it was due to the seizure or not. This puppy was not diagnosed with congestive heart disease by a canine cardiologist. He recommended that she see a canine cardiologist to see if it was an actual issue or caused by the seizures that day. I also reached out to the Samoyed community to get a list of canine cardiologists in her area that are trusted. She still refused to even consider getting proper medical care for her puppy. She just texted me to take the puppy back and find out for myself. So I told her that if she could not care for her puppy that of course I would take him back. I asked her to let me know when she wanted to return him so I could arrange to get him from her. After that she has ignored my communications, blocked me on FB, and written this review. Unfortunately, I can't honor my contract if she won't allow me to. I can't take a puppy back that isn't given back. This owner also obviously knows nothing about canine reproduction and breeding practices. I use a world renowned canine reproduction specialist. It is highly recommended that you breed your b***h after all health clearances are done as young as possible. It is also highly recommended to breed your b***h on consecutive heat cycles as each cycle ages the uterus. This aging affects the b***h no matter if she has a litter or not. This b***h in particular was also being bred to frozen so it was recommended not to wait a cycle in between. This owner is not a canine reproduction specialist and is not qualified to make the statements made in this complaint. I have been breeding for 16 years now and have always followed the advice of my world renowned canine reproduction specialist in all matters of reproduction. If this owner cared to find out why her puppy had the seizures she would have done the basic diagnostic tests that anyone does when taking their animal to the vet. No vet can give a definitive diagnosis without doing those basic tests. I am still and always will be willing to honor my contract and take back the puppy. But I can't do that if the owner does not communicate with me. Once again, there has to be a reason that this owner refused basic medical care and is refusing to give the puppy back. She knows I would have those tests run and get to the bottom of whatever happenned. Slandering me online is not helping her puppy. If she were truly worried about his health and well being she would have run the basic diagnostics that day. Blood work and urinalysis does not cost $1000. No matter what the cost however, I did attempt to connect her with Samurgency to assist her with that. I just can't force someone to take care of their puppy or give him back so I can care for him!
