File a complaint with the BBB in Ohio. I just did and there are numerous complaints against Accent Energy for these sudden rate hikes in Texas. Its shows that some of these billing issues have been resolved so maybe the BBB is doing something about it where as it does not appear that the PUC of Texas or the Attorney General's Office is doing anything. It also seems that the BBB is awaiting some news from the goverment over this issue. So file your complaint NOW!

Dynowatt is no less than a terrorist company on this soil. They threw a bomb at the consumer when they were totally unaware that the company they trusted in providing lower energy rates will escalate the rate to 60% hit the poor people during hard times when the light usage is at the highest level. For many this means change of life style, eating habbits, kids schooling and so on. Where are our goverment agencies to check such activities. They claim they are giants and keep companies from taking undue advantage of consumer. In this case it seems likes these so called giants are nothing more than a pussy cat, while the greedy executives of the company are playing golf and laughing all the way to the bank. All consumers should unite and file a class action law suit against Dynowatt.

these folks need to go directly to jail for what they have apparently gotten away in the state of Texas...no electric company should ever be allowed to jack up rates like these people did in May when natural gas was on the rise...even now while natural gas prices are falling they are still gouging Texas customers...Accent Energy must be driven out of business and I call on anyone that has been cheated by this company to take your business elsewhere and at least let you vote count and put this company out of business for good... Accent Energy cannot operate without stupid people like you and I that are willing to let this company get away with this unbelievable price gouging...thank you very much and call me if you need anymore details about some of the horrow stories that have taken place in Texas, especially to the elderly...409-256-0006 my name is Glen, please call and let me know your situation...thanks
