Mother of the groom dress
The day I received the dress in the mail, I tried it on. It was much too tight, I contacted them immediately to return the dress and receive a refund, I was asked what the issues were and to send a picture. They responded that the dress was what I ordered and I could feel free to donate it or have it altered. They will not give a return address. I am very frustrated!

Hello I have been sent a mishapped damaged wedding dress from this company. The dress was described as tailored to measure. It came in 5 days which wouldn't allow time for any tailoring. I contacted the company as soon as it arrived via email to ask for a return address. I got an email back just saying get it fixed locally. There is no return information or company address on its website. I desperately need help to get my refund as the product is awful and not what they advertised or promised. The dress came in a Jiffy bag rolled up to a4 size

I ordered 2 dresses from this company-they were not made to any of my specific measurements. They arrived and were very poor quality. They were heavy, and the lace at the top looked like tablecloth lace. Also-they didn't fit properly. I have been trying to return and I am having to go through hoops, and I suspect I will never be able to return. The 2 dresses were 320 with shipping. Beware-do not use this company. I should have known better when no one answered their chat room requests. They are a completed rip off and I just want others to beware. I got a dress from JJ House, and I was able to return without issue.
Same situation with the dress is bought! No matter how many times I told them the tailor wouldn't be able to fix it they still kept telling me to get it fixed locally. I have tried everything way possible to get a refund and it's obvious that I'm not getting one. I'm also sending a complaint to PayPal because they shouldn't have their name officiated with this company! U might try that too.
This company leads you to believe they are out of the UK but they are from Asia! The dress material looks nothing like the website shows (it looks like sequins you would use on a little kids pageant dress) and they sewed it so terribly that the tailor is not able to correct it! I paid $149 and no matter how many times I sent pictures and tried to get them to understand they would only offer a 10% refund! They also pay people yo post fake positive reviews! DO NOT TRUST THEM!
