I wish I had seen this site before I ordered. We got the DVD's we ordered from TV Addicts, there was an extra $5 charge that wasn't listed anywhere on their site, but I got that taken off my credit card. The cases were all broken, they promised to replace the whole set - and 6 months later, nothing. There is no way to contact them, either.
