I wish I had read this page BEFORE purchasing from DVD shop. He got $168 from me for the complete Pretender series, which of course has never arrived. Same same - no reply to the recorded message, and no reply to my emails. How can these people live with themselves?! BE WARNED - take your money elsewhere.
