I ordered the Jamie Foxx Season 1-5 dvd set as a Christmas gift for my sister on 12/6/13. (I know, I know, but that's what she really wanted.) The site clearly says you will receive your order within 7-15 business days. I got a shipping notification on 12/9.

After inquiring about the order on 12/19 I got a reply from Linda Mills, the "manager, " telling me my order should be with me "any day now, there was a slight delay with it."

After inquiring AGAIN on 1/1/2014 Linda again replied "I am sorry for the delay, after the order was processd it was found that one of the boxes had gone out of stock, but came back in and your order should be with you any day." Any day again huh? Wow.

Next response from Linda on 1/2: "With standard shipping we need to wait the full 10 business days before we can have it checked. Yours should be with you in the next few days, there was a delay at customs." Keep in mind, this is the 3rd time she has said my order will be with me any day.

I sent another email 1/10. No reply.

Resnt the email 1/17 -- still no reply.

Then, the DAY I filed a dispute with my bank, 1/21 what do ya know? I miraculously recieve a reply... You want to hear the reply?! Wait for it... Linda said, verbatim:

"I have just been on to the shipping company and they say it has been delivered to you. Send it back and I will give you a refund."

*blank stare*

I can not make this stuff up. LOL Are you kidding me? What did the shipping company say? When did they say they delivered it? Did they provide you with proof of delivery?! You would think if it really had been delivered she would have given me a bit more info! But she provided no proof, no sincere apology, no $5 off your next order, no refund for the item you never received, no let me REPLACE the item and send out a new one, no F you have a nice life, NOTHING.

If I had received the order, why would I be wasting my time sending you emails that I HAVEN'T?! This is a MANAGER of a company?! I had better sense and people skills than this when I was in grade school selling girl scout cookies! What don't you get?! I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. The service was so poor, instead of getting mad all I could do was laugh and feel sorry that these people actually work with the public and make money from them.

Luckily I was reimbursed by my bank, (after a month and a half of my time being wasted and having to purchase a gift for my sister elsewhere) who provided customer service, and common sense, something Linda Mills clearly does not have.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. If amazon.com doesnt have it, you don't need it.
