I am hoping that I can help you guys retrieve your money from this company. The same thing happened to me, I ordered the complete series of Married with Children for $183 as a Christmas present and as of the middle of March I had still not received it. I finally realized that on my bank statement it gave me the website and phone number to the company that took my money from my account. When I called them, I told them my situation and was told that they would return my money in 10-14 business days. To my surprise, I received the money back yesterday (4/10/08).
