I ordered courage the cowardly dog dvd set and never recieved it. They charged my account right away and have been telling me for almost 2 months it's beeing backordered. They dont answer emails and their number is unavailable. Is there anything i can do to get a refund? Thanks so much James Babcock 3. Please get back to me asap.
