dvd's freeze poor quality

I was charged $112.00 on my debit card for Third Watch, The Complete Series. The Dvd's began to freeze up. I tried to contact Dvdavenuetv, 5 times by email, 2times, by phone, and once by live chat at the time of this complaint, with no response at all. At first I asked for and exchange of the damaged dvd's but after further investigation of this company, I began to ask for a refund. I should have researched them first.
