They got FULL payment for my DVD's Ive never received them Ive called left messages and TRIED to contact them through their site and YOU cant even contact them they are blocking email questions TOTAL RIPOFF DO NOT USE THEM!!! DO NOT USE THEM!

I have been charged for the DVD, wanted to cancel a couple of minutes later and have still been charged. Whats more. I accepted to being charged $150.00 AUS and got charged $170.00. not happy.

DVD Donkey is criminal. BEWARE!! These people are not returning e-mails, phone calls, etc. If you know where they are located, please post the address. I want the police to know where to go when I file theft charges! This is serious. I want them to be punished and I have the money to do it.

Was just about to place an order when I viewed these complaints AND found out that DVDDONKEY and a few other DVD sites are owned by a group of men who were busted for fraud by the Canadian government and police back in December of 2007. As you all know, they took money from customers without delivering the goods---which, it looks like, they never had at all.
