The dunkin donuts branch at 636 City Island Ave., Bronx, NY 10464 failed to honor advertised $1.99 medium macchiato. Stated the discount was only for phone ap or gift card. Why should I pay twice as much because I don't have an ap? Store is usually understaffed, at one time left unattended, with doors open, in the middle of the day. Often fail to honor discounts claiming "Machine is broken, " etc. Since ad did not specify exclusions, manager should have honored the discount.
