Today July 20th 2015 I went into Dunkin Donuts for a strawberry banana smoothie. I didn't stand in line for a long time it was two people in front of me. I ordered my smoothie and went 2 the other end of the counter to wait for it. There were two girls waiting for their drinks as well. The guy making the drinks gave one girl her drink and the other girl was still waiting on hers. after a while the other girl had 2 ask for her drink which was done already and sitting behind the counter. Then the employee (Edgar) started to make a strawberry smoothie which I thought he was making for me, but no he was making it for himself. So I stood there for a minute thinking he was going to make mine next but he took his and walked away. So I informed the lady that I was waiting for a smoothie and she asked the other employee (the guy who I paid) did I pay for a smoothie and he said yes, then she asked him why didn't he make it. How was he supposed to make it and he was taking customers? The guy that made himself a smoothie wasn't doing anything.

11 July 2015 I was at the DD outlet on a Saturday afternoon - had a dispute with the staff becos (1) she doesn't know what sweetener is and proceeded to put sugar into my ice coffee (I am diabetic) (2) the milk in my coffee was bad - there were actually bits of milk solids floating in the drink! I asked for my money back, and as I was walking away, the staff yelled 'F*** OF'F!' loud enough for everyone to be really shocked. Really mature, guys - way to go, Dunkin Donuts. Bad food, Worse service.

I was in the store on 07/06/2015 at around 7 pm. I parked right in front of door witch is about 5 ft. I went in store to order and I got half of order had to wait for rest of order so I put the bag of food to the side in a tray that was there with my car keys and house keys there I told the guy that was working behind the counter to watch my stuff no one was in store at time so I used the restroom when I came out witch was only a min. or so my keys where gone on the key chain was a nyc small badge and my keys where gone when I asked the guy wheres my keys he said he just move the bag over did not see my keys I would like to see the tapes in that store for that day and hour I will not rest till I get them back what kind of people they have there working my number is [protected] thanks

I Am writing because I have been Threaten at work it was about 6 weeks ago and I went to my manager and he said that he talk to her about. I had change shift not to have to work with her also for other personal reason. On October 5, 2014 Rhonda Torres came in at 10 30 pm and there was another person there to I was having her ring out the customers for drive thru so I would not have any problems. Rhonda was upset because I had told the manager that she had taken all the tips from the cup just before she was to split it with me I believe it was on October 3 or 4. Then When she came in on October 5, she didn't say anything to me I was taken care of a customer on drive thur and she said to the other worker I can not wait till 11 I will be happy I will be alone and I don't have to deal with her when she seen me walking buy with a drink in my had she hit me with her elbow then she started calling me a liar and saying other things. I just said to her that I had nothing to say to her. Then I went to tell the baker what he need to bake for that night and I punch out and went home. When you try to call the manager or someone they never answer the phone or text messages. At the time I was Threaten I was going to stop working there till he said it will take care of it this has been going on for awhile. I have done all I can I even asked for a transfer which is in I have to wait till the store opens in fairfield but at this point I don't know what to do. And when I go to bagel he tells me I must talk to mike and mike tells me I must talk to bagel. So nothing is being done about it everyday I go to work and when it is almost time for Rhonda to come I start to worry that she will come in an start with me. I am always at work on time and have never called out. Rhonda is always late and always calls out and she goes out to her care to take her medication but she ends up out there for 30 to 45 min I am afraid I will lose my job for this complaint but nothing is get done about and I have friends and family that I have asked what to do and they know the problem I am having and I have text in my phone. I do have the store number I am talking about 349436 this is the location number.

I went to the Dunkin Donuts on Fourth Street, Newberry Area, in Williamsport, Pa and ordered an oreo vanilla bean coolatta. I just had it out of my mouth and I was told that they don't have the vanilla bean to make the coolatta. This is the third time this has happened. Also, the people at this location are extremely rude! They never have good attitudes about anything and act as if the customer is bothering them. If they're advertising a product they need to make sure they have all the ingredients in stock at all times! This is by far the worst service ever. I have told the manager in the past about these things and I got just as much of an attitude as I would have from a low end employee. This is inexcuseable!

I went into this particular DD store on west main St. In Norwich Ct., Today. While I was waiting for service I noticed an employee (male) service another patron. This employee was dressed in a DD white shirt, and a pair of blue denim jeans. The problem was his jeans were belted halfway between his waist and his knees. You could see his under garments. While he was preparing the food he kept reaching back and pulling his under garment and his pants up, never changing his gloves and he made direct contact with his under garment in a very unhealthy area, several times
. I did not make a purchase, I simply walked out as did two other potential customers.

I used to work there and I never cleaned bathroom's and severed the public. Would you go to a place that does this ? It's a good way of getting sick. I worked for fast food changes before and I never did that. I told some of my friend's about this and they say it's against the law and a health hazard and they will not go there again.

I went to Ion mall along Orchard Road, Singapore with my sister and after shopping we've felt hunger so we decided to drop by the basement and find for some small bites. We have decided to grab some donuts from this shop but of course anybody would then take a look at display counter first before placing an order. And then there was this crew who didn't even care to welcome us being the customers, and rather uttered us very rude words after 1 minute like "SO HOW MANY PIECES YOU WANT TO BUY?" i answered "give us a moment" and she keeps talkig to herself "blahblahs" and we two were like wondering what was happening to her, but we just proceeded counting how many we should buy. Right then she uttered the same words twice until I answered her "MAY YOU HOLD ON FOR AWHILE BECAUSE WE ARE STILL TALKING ABOUT IT" . And she started aguing with us. Me and my sister were both shucked bu her attitude to think that we were customers so we walked off and we will never ever come again to that shop. She was so hard headed and I guess she really do got attitude problems. If this company would keep this kind of crew on their business, dunkin' would really lose their customers. This incident happened on September 4, 2013, around 8pm.

I ordered a tuna sandwich waited for almost 30 minutes while the rest of the customers behind me got their orders ahead of me and I end up receiving a chicken sandwich. When ii complained a pakistani staff angrily screamed at me saying that I ordered him a chicken sandwich. I was surprised bec. He is not the one who took my order. And one of the staff who prepare the food insisted I ordered it. While the person who received my order doesn't say anything sinced its her fault. No one apologized. I left the store like the guy will eat me alive. I am a long time customer here. And understand how the workers are sometimes under so much stress when there are many orders but I believe customers deserve to be treated with respect. And dunkin donut should train their staff a good manners and choose a decent mild mannered workers.

Went to Dunkin Donuts on Lyell Ave in the City of Rochester and ordered 5 donuts. They were given to me in a bag. I requested a box and the Manager got angry, we got into a verbal comfrontation, they were really rude. I called the store the following Morning hoping to get the owners name and number to no avail, and was told by some woman who claimed to be the supervisor, that I was caught on Video acting ignorant, and stealing (LIES). I called every DD store in the area until i had finally gotten a number for the owner fromf a former employee of the Lyell Ave branch, who had stated that she left the store bc of the rudmess of those same employees. Long story shrt, got in touch with the owner who told me that she would get back to me on 4-30-13 about the incident. Well, she called back AFTER i called her, and said that the Emplyee, who was the manager, was in the right, and that her store DOES NOT have AUDIO sound, and the Policy is that 5 donuts or less, does not get put into a box unless the cunstomer requests it. WHAT! IThats what started the whole agrument bc i HAD INDEED request a box for my 5 donuts. They also said that they didnt care that they had lost a customer.

I recently was a worker for DD. let me tell you what really goes on in this location and store. I have had a few managers that were rude there names were Alex and Bethany. Alex would also sit in the lobby and talk to her boyfriend every Morning, that i would work and take off her Head set when i needed help as an employee. She left the whole store to me with no help. Alex also suffers with her weight as a women. Every ten min she is in the bathroom "taking care of business" if u know what i mean. this is extremely unsanitary as a food place. If i was to throw up as an employee i would not be able to come to work and would have to stay at least 24 hours away. there was a time when the women's bathroom was smelling for days. a employee went and found out it was our plunger in the bathroom it was caked in vomit!. Not saying it was from the employee but it could have been and was found after her shift. her and Bethany also stood around not doing anything or helping they were always on there phone and/or computer and not helping us workers when needed. when I went to put in my two weeks I was talked about by managers (Alex and Bethany) to other employees and my reasons for quiting. I thought it was confidential why i quit? I was happy at the beginning to work with the crew but so far after this 3 crew members and one manager has left. I hope that DD can change at this location. this was a horrible place to work at and i did not feel that anything i would say would be kept confidential.

This Dun kin Donuts seats 14 people inside. I sat with a friend and had breakfast and while sitting police officers and bus drivers came in and were given access to the restroom. When I finished my meal and coffee I too had to use the facilities and was told they were out of order. It was very unfair of this particular establishment to state that after I just saw several people using it and then witnessed thereafter a police officer going in there again. So what is my recourse and what laws govern these facilities
