I checked my bank statement this morning for recent purchases and noticed a fraudulent charge of $39.95. I DID NOT buy anything, especially from this company, for $39.95. Please STOP charging people's cards for fraudulent charges like these. It is illegal and immoral!!!

Dear Tigr7908

This is not in Dmailer policy to charge customers with products they didn’t buy. We are using a leading provider of e-commerce solution to ensure the best customer service possible

We apologize for this disagreement, and we are willing to solve that issue as soon as possible.
We can refund you through our reseller (share-it) but we need you to contact our support team through that email address: support@dmailer.ihostexchange.net

Hi

Dmailer is a well known and very reputable software development company, i doubt very much they would have stollen your credit card details and purchased a license.

You should look into this and contact Dmailers Support team, it is possible that somone else used your credit card to purchase a license. If this is the case it is in your best interests to get to the bottom of it and possibly change your credit card befor eit happens again.

I assure you as a customer of Dmailer you have the wrong idea and when you contact them you will realise that.

Dear Will1234,

I don't think I have the wrong idea. Maybe you will see it differently when your card gets charged for something you didn't buy. There have been many other complaints of this happening to other people, not just me, which I find very odd and scary. I know I'm not the only person who thinks this.

Thank you for understanding.

Hello,

I live in France and have tried to get hold of them one way or on other in order to get a extremely simple problem solved, turned out, I didn't get ANY answers from the so called support team and the telephone numbers are fake.
My problem however was the simplest one, I only needed to have an other password as I forgot mine and their service that is supposed to send you an automatic email and is provided by any legitimate fotware company simply DOESN'T Work. However my data are obviously very important to me and to the group I work for, which happen to be the EU, and as I just got my computer stolen, it is needless to say that Dmailer's COMPLETE LACK of PROFESSIONALISM is clearly visible. I am thinking of pressing charges.
