On 11 / 13 / 09 my chase acct was billed 39. 95 for trend software, which i did not approve or order.
Please credit said credit card for the whole amount
Please discontinue any orders in the future.

I had a charge of 69, 95€ on my credit card from DRI$TREND MICRO ORDERFIND. I NEVER AUTHORIZED this opetation because i never bought anything from this company.
I don't want any service. Please refund my Monet!

My Trend Micro had expired, and I had renewed it after receiving a pop up telling me my computer was not protected. Now I get my credit card bill with TWO charges... one for 54.07 and the other for 8.61. Please credit the 8.61 back to my credit card. I did not approve or authorize that charge! I should mention... I have been receiving pop ups and notices since my computer is "suppose" to be protected now, that it is under "risk". So FIX IT OR REFUND MY MONEY!

I did not order DriTrend Micro. I want these charges off my Capital One credit card . I was charged 42.45. I have not had Trend Micro for over a year. I do not want your service.

i ordered the micro antivirus on 2-6-10 and paid for it at that time-as of 4-5-10 no-tice on my screen that it haS expired, either up date the service or return my payment and serivce charge (49.95&6.95) to my credit card.

What's going on, I did not order or renew DriTrend Micro. I want these charges removed from my Mastercard account. I was charged $44.95 and want that amount credited to my account. Do not send me any advertisements and remove my email from your list.

Like everyone on this comment page, I did not order DriTrend Micro. I do not understand why these charges appreared on my bank statement. I want these unauthorized fees removed from my Bank of America account.
I was charged 72. 68 and I want a 100% refund.

I did not order this product Credit my account for 39.95. I will call the better business bureau after you. DO NOT EVER CHARGE ME AGAIN. NO ONE IS AUTHORIZED TO ORDER THIS ON MY COMPTER. I will contact my bank about this bogus credit to my card. I want a 100% refund. I did not renew this and will never renew this with you again.

My name is Al Vincent and I did not want my PCcillen renewed.You should ask before charging credit cards and leave your customers with the option.
I will be advising my credit card company of this and want a 100%refund and discontinued use of trend micro.My internet provider now provides me with
protection.My credit card was billed48.16$ canadian funds, on Feb.17th, 2010.

I did not renew my Trend Micro software or order a new (part) year of it, and have used McAfee since I found the Trend Micro product useless. I used Trend Micro for approximately one month. How did DRiTrend get my credit card? I have even changed it since the last time! I want my $47.57 (Canadian) back on my credit card right away. The billing date was January 19, 2010. Thank you. My name is Jack Hartman and I DID NOT ORDER /renew my subscription in fact I NEVER SAW IT COME UP ON MY COMPUTER I noticed it to day on my credit card I WOULD LIKE THE CHARGE recredited to my credit card and the renewal canceled as I have coverage with my internet provider comcast. if this is not the way to go about this matter please advise me the proper way, my email is roxjac@comcast.net thank very much Jack Hartman

I did not renew my Trend Micro software, and had to look up "Dri*Trend Micro Orderfind.commn" before I even could remember having it. I bought Norton in the late fall of 2009, and had no need for Trend Micro. Please refund $39.95 to my Chase Credit Card and do not charge any other charges to it. Nancy S. Henson
