I have recieved a number of complaints regarding this type of payment. My best advice is to contact your bank/credit card company. They can dispute any payments that you have not recieved a service for(quite often after 31 days).
You have bumped your head if you think I'm not taking legal action on this...hum..can anyone say CLASS ACTION SUIT????? I would love to know how in the world you got my credit card information.
This was such a scam! I was charged 138.78 in Nov 08 for what I believed to be Norton virus protection. In January I was experiencing problems with my computer and contacted DELL only to find out that my computer was not protected and had been infected majorly. DELL talked about possibly having to wipe my harddrive clean and start all over. 240.00 dollars later I had my computer back...
I have been charged 3 months in a row (69.90) for DRI Trend Micro. They do not exist. Shoot the bastards in the knees and send he to Iran for treatment.

I was billed $58.85 twice on my debit card for Norton .. one charge listed as Symantec Dell and the other was correct for Norton Annual Renewal. Please give me credit for this other charge that I did not authorize.

I to was charged for the total amount of $138.96! Norton has been good for me in the past. What is this all about?? Must be something wrong with your system. What I ordered was to cost only $49!Please fix this, I'm on a fixed income and can't afford this kind of charge!!!I'm guessing this is a charge for the Norton that I ordered, and something went wrong!!!
