69.90 unauthorized charge

I was being charged 69.90 for something thats on my credit card, even though it's pending, my credit card company claims that until it's posted that I cannot stop the charges. There's no phone number for me to call. So, what do I do?

I never signed up for this I got a payday loan& now I've been charged $31.98 which made my checking account an over draft I also had to pay a $27.00 fee for the over draft I want to cancel this & would like my money put back in my account
