I found the same charge of $69.97 this morning. I tried to call the number shown but it doesn't go through. I bought their product 3 weeks ago and authorized a $14.95 charge only. The product was awful as well.

I called them at 866-540-9633. Get this, I have to send the cr*p back or they charge me full price. They said I got 30 days but the 4.95 was only for a 14 day trial. Not what was on the website. Somebody (hey maybe me) should report them. Sending back to Returns P.O. Box 2003 Riverton, Utah 84065

It's not a free product, it's a free trial. If you don't return it within 14 days they bill your credit card. It's listed in there terms that they will bill your card.
All of there orders on line or t.v that give you a free sample or trial always bill your credit card. NOTHING is free, thats why they ask for your credit card #.
If you send the product back they will refund your account.

Think about what your doing anytime you hand out your credit card #.

I just called because I havent even received my free trial and they keep charging me! They told me "Well we see that it was shipped and delievered to the address provided." I haven't got anything in my mail from them and I asked if they could take the charges off my credit card and cancel the account and they told me no. I had to call CitiBank and ask them to dispute the charge. These people are frauds!!!

oh yea, very deceptive.

My wife ordered some. She gets an email from them of the auto order & replies with a cancellation, thinking it was a one time order as well (regardless of whether she saw the fine print or not, she canceled). I also called over the weekend by phone where you can cancel & get a confirmation number.

I then see a charge on my Discover Card. I call during the weekday & they actually answered & I explain about the cancellation by e-mail. She had the nerve to tell me my wife didn't cancel. I then explained that I also canceled as well by phone over the weekend. THEN she tells me she'll refund the money (didn't even ask for the confirmation numbers I saved).

Watch out for these people & if you're in an order, be firm about your position, maybe even threaten with SCC or FTC follow-up communication.

I just got off the phone from calling this company as I was charged TWICE and never received any product. They told me that the two week trial was "over" when I ordered the initial trial and so they sent me a full months worth, which I never did receive. The second charge was another shipment that was sent out on the 4th of August (haven't received this one either). I told them that I would be sending the product back and wanted a full refund of both payments on my credit card. They said they would do this in 8-10 days. I hope there was some sincerity in this as I have learned my lesson about giving my credit card out to anyone.

I just called and canceled my account after I noticed the $60 some dollar charge on my credit card. I called 866-540-9633. The man I talked with was very nice. All I have to do to get my money back is write return to sender on my newest shipment and they should credit my account back. But I must say the product tastes rather disgusting, and I would not suggest it to anyone!

Yep me too. Just trying to get through to them now. They charged me twice. SCAM. I can't believe I fell for it. My credit card company tell me I have to cancel my card to stop them from charging it. What a bunch of crap. Still on hold.

I agree with the complaint. I had the same thing happen, I'm in Canada, so I got charged for the product without having even received it. I called the company they provided me a refund, have given me an extra month to try the product and will give me 1/2 price if I decide to keep it. They were more than willing to help out. I will likely still cancel, I just wanted to try it. Just call the company and they should provide some kind of assistance to get it sorted out. I guess it's my own dumb fault for not reading the fine print.
