Scam billing!

I renewed my Virus protection. I kept receiving Messages from Symanec to complete another application. They stated that my credit card did not go through their system. I complied, two or three times. I talked to some one at Symantec and he removed the additional charges. I received my credit card statement and there were two more charges for $68.98.

What I would like to talk to a real person, rather than a computer. This problem just continues and I do not have a phone number for this company.

I ordere3d Norton ant-virus, received a message that I had successfully loaded it, and then received many messages indicating that I had not renewed the anti-virus package. I ordered it again, but couldn't load it because, according to you my computer has no connection to the Internet, even though I had to be on the Internet to receive this message. I have a negative experiance too. I bought a Norton Antivirus thrue Symantec and I did not have any other new from them. I tried everything to get the antovirus, I also contact them with a couple emails and no answer. Of couse they charged 59, 99€ right away I bought it but I don't have anything new in my computer.

I am billed twice for one year of Norton Anti-Virus. Every
avenue to contact them is fraught with problems and I have
no phone number for them. I will report this to the bank/Visa and see if they can straighten it out. Tried to do
a live chat yesterday; I was #101 in the queue! What terrible

I have the same problem, received numorous notices of my Norton Anti-virus progrem due to expire and needed to update. I followed the steps, purchased a new program and loaded it. I received confirmation that it had loaded successfully and a charge of $59.99(6/27/2008)!! I continuely receive notices that my Anti- Virus Protection is expired. I also was charged $129.99 on 7/15/2008. BUT I DO NOT HAVE NORTON ANTI-VIRUS. My computer keeps shutting down, and I also have the same message from Symantec "no connection to the Internet''What do we do from this point?

I have also been charged 44.93pounds sterling from dr*symantic. for something I have not ordered or received
As this came off my Debit card I am now scared to buy anything on the net.
How can I get a refund.
I contacted customers service on iternet but they ask for an order number. As I never ordered anything how would I have a number.

The same thing happened to me. I have been billed through my Sportsmans Guide Visa account for $78.98, shortly after I renewed my Norton virus protection. If the company is this fraudelent in their dealings with clients, what can one expect from the program? It appears, as it has for many years, that firms doing business here are not content with making a decent profit, they must extract additional dollars though fraud. I do not believe the government of this nation cares, and will not only avoid helping the consumer, but encourages such behavior.
