DresSale scam

Another rubbish chinese website with crappy clothing.
they did everything to make me want to write this review.
I paid extra for an expedited shipping to get my dress on time. As you understand I didn't get anything. They have really let me down and I had to look for another way to save my situation.
Moreover, they blackmailed me when I called them and asked where my dress was. This was so disgusting. They said if I want a super fast delivery, I have to pay the same amount. What? It's a real scam! You think your customers are stupid, and you're the only one who's smart.
Screw you, band of idiots.

DresSale Dresses were super small!

Ordered some dresses from www.dressale.com. When I made my order they asked my measurements and told that all their dresses are custom made, and promised that my dresses will fit perfectly. When my order showed up dresses were super small and did not fit at all. I contacted their customer support team and they said it was my fault because I provided wrong measurements. Avoid this place, there are no custom made clothes here! They sell tiny Chinese size products! Beware!

DresSale Terrible

This company is a total scam! They claim they are custom made but they are not! They refused to ship my dress until I gave them all the necessary measurements and when my dress finally arrived the size was absolutely wrong! When I contacted DresSale customer support they said that their dresses are standard size based! So why did they wasted my time and asked me to send measurements? It is very hard to communicate with them and they make it almost impossible to get a refund. Avoid at all costs!

DresSale Honorable Two-piece Ivory Shea

I ordered a dress with customer measurements and color. Prior to placing the order I wanted to confirm the material of the dress I was purchasing. The online chat representative confirmed it was satin however, when I received the dress it was chiffon. There was an option for gold or silver beading. I choose gold and instead of beading received an awful sequins. Also, the only thing tailored to my measurements was the length. I reached out to them with proof of my order and the confirmation from the rep prior to my order as well as an email confirming what I ordered. They insist on me keeping the dress because, I quote " We have no use for it." Initially I asked them to send what I ordered and they continue offering me discounts in 5% increments insisting I keep the dress. At this point the occasion has passed and I will like my full refund and the return address to send the dress back (which they will not provide after asking multiple times.)

DresSale Ridiculous sizes

I ordered a dress from Dressale. When I received it the size was ridiculously small, it would not even fit a child! There was no way a grown up woman could put on that Barbie sized dress. I contacted their customer support, sent pictures and asked them to send me the same dress, only bigger size. They refused, and never explained the reason. Dress is gorgeous, but its size is absolutely ridiculous! I called my credit card company. I'm very disappointed.

DresSale Scam

I purchased three bridesmaid dresses from Dress Sale on 19 Feb 2014 for AUD $361.52. Words cannot really explain how shockingly dodgy and unprofessional this company is. The hem of the dress was accidentally sewn, lifting the it up to see your butt, the sizes were all incorrect despite them calling me at 2am to confirm measurements, the dress quality and design is of very poor standards (from the material to the hem to the ribbon to the zipper -EVERYTHING) and lastly, it is straight up deceptive advertising as the dresses we received looked NOTHING like the photos. They are indeed Chinese make, designed and sewn by inexperienced 10 year olds. See attached photos. The 1st photo is what I ordered but in pink, the other photos is what they made me!

PLEASE note that the dresses advertised on their website is NOT their dresses, it it another company's, which they steal and intend to imitate. They claim they have refund and exchange policy and a "Customer Guarantee"-BS! It is only there to ease the buyers into thinking the Company is legitimate and honest. They are not. Do yourself a favour, spend an extra $500 to buy from quality and reliable dress companies. I gave these dresses to the Smith Family. When I asked for a refund, it went back and fourth (ten emails), they said (to all three defected dresses and that looked nothing like what I ordered):
"Since the dress is custom made, it is inevitable to have some deviation...the whole design of the dress is still very well, right?we are willing to give you a jacket or shawl for free for the next order as compensation, OK?". Hahaha DODGY! I hope this company gets investigated by consumer affairs (if there is any in China!)

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DODGY HONG KONG ONLINE COMPANY.

The custom dress they made for me is too small and the top is a different color than the dress, not by design.

The workmanship is poor. One strap is twice as wide as the other. The wrap around bow is not finished well in the front where it joins the dress and the bottom is not the same length all the way around. The color you sent is peach and not orange.

I bought a blue prom on dressale.com in September, I met the same situation. when I received it, I was upset of the color because it is a little deeper than it in the picture. Then their customer service told me that it maybe because of the light effect and gave me a discount at $30. I found that it looks as beautiful as the picture, in addition, there is no other problems, so I tried it. Luckily, the prom fits me perfectly, and my friend was surprised when I put it on in the party. I think it still a happy experience of online shopping.

DresSale Dress made way too small

BUYER BEWARE: Placed an order for a custom Mother of the Bride dress. It came reasonably on time but it was 4 1/2" too small on the bust. Dressale are totally ignoring the problem; told me I had measured incorrectly, even though I sent them a picture of the dress and measuring the dress; told me to take it to a tailor to fix, but what could a tailor do because the dress needs to be remade again. They also offered me various discounts up to 20% on the purchase of a new dress and said if I sent the dress back I would be responsible for 80% of the purchase of a new dress plus all shipping costs. 15 emails later I am thoroughly disgusted with this company and will deal with them no more. I also tried to review the order on their website but it would seem they have blocked my negative review and only allow positive reviews. Please learn from other peoples' awful experiences with this company and stay far away

DresSale RIP OFF

BEWARE! I bought $401 worth of items. I paid express shipping 6-8 days. I contacted the company to find out where my items were, 14 days later. First they said my funds were frozen. I called paypal and contacted them back. Paypal said, no they had the funds for 2 weeks now. Then they said, “They did not make them because they tried to get a hold of me to make sure that’s the items I wanted”. I told them to refund me the money please; I thought I would have my items by now. They said, “we need over 20 days to make the items then, they would make them”. I said okay, I want a refund. They are now trying to take 30% for handling. What handling?

You'll be lucky if you get any money from Dressale. I have a similar dispute ongoing with Dressale and all they want is for me to place another order with a 20% discount. I am using the Chargeback at Visa to recover most if not all my money from this unscrupulous company. I have also complained to the BBB about them.

DresSale Mother of the Bride Dress

I just received my Mother of the Bride dress, and it is so poorly made. The jacket isn't even wearable. One shoulder seam hangs off the shoulder about 2 inches difference from the other one. The neck seam is about 1 inch farther forward than the other side. Absolutely horrible! And they won't answer my complaint! Don't ever order from them!

I ordered 3 dresses from this website, two if which are the wrong fabric. Unwearable. Now the complaints team is sending me email after email saying it's the correct fabric, they don't believe me!. I want to return my dresses for a refund, but they don't seem to understand. Please do not order from this website as they say they have A return policy but they don't follow it. It's illegal as far as I know and looking into complaining to the consumer board in chinaor Australia or both.

i saw some reviews about dressale.com and now i want to say something about my experience there. i order a dress there several months ago and now i have got the dress. the dress they send me is amazing and i very satisfied with it. as far as i am concerned, their goods and service are quite good. but when you order dress there you have to tell them all your request clearly and there maybe no problem.

DresSale Horrible Dresses!

I ordered two wedding gowns from Dressale.com in January for my upcoming April wedding. After waiting almost two months, I was so excited to recieve the dresses. When they arrived, they had been made approximately 6 sizes larger than what I ordered. I can put on each of these dresses without unzipping them. There is no way that I can wear either of these for my wedding. I did contact the company explaining and providing photos and have received no further response. They have my money and I have no wedding dress. This is so not right! I have at least 10 photos that i took and sent to them. I will be happy to show.

I am in Australia and they are shipped internationally here but they have arrived in a timely fashion, well packed and have been described acurately on the web site. You all waited for almost 2 months long!? I came here thought i'm the pissed one! i have waited so long for my bridesmaid dress which was chic and ESPECIALLY SIMPLE!on the picture. you can hardly do anything wrong with such a simple dress it's really such an amazing price. i had to try really hard to communicate with the online customer service believe me REALLY REALLY HARD to make them understand what i actually need and it still took me 7 weeks after my order. i only got lucky to catch up my friend's wedding because i made a really quick decision long before the deadline. and i'm really tiered of talking to them so i just accept
Actually after seeing all the complaints and other report s here and there i find maybe i'm the luckiest one. at least i got my dress and, well not so bad. i did get the right color and fabric which i specifically ordered and hey, it's such a simple dress how can it be any worse. maybe that's the problem. you can't image it to be so good at such a price and just find some simple silhouette you KNEW it ALWAYS looks good on you. some friends see me on the wedding asked where i got it from and wanted to buy some themselves, i can only suggest them the same

I had the same problem! First they called me hundred times to confirm the size, and then to tell me the dress would be late, and when it finally arrived, i had a shock! it was horrible! nothing to do with the dress from the photo! not only the size was wrong, but the whole design was...grrrr...totally different and horrible! of course i emailed them they asked for the "proof" as they said, i sent lots of photos, i circled the differences which were obvious and they kept telling me photos were not valid proof! i mean, what else to say? if you have eyes, you see where the problem is! So, is there anything we can do about this company who rip you off and then disappear? can they really do this?

that is a shame you can't wear those dresses. With wedding dresses it is the safest to try them on since the sizes varies. This way you know what you are getting because you tryed on the physical dresses. Some items are worth buying local so you don't have these problems. Hope you can get a dress to work for your wedding

DresSale Paid $150.46 for a dress that is unuseable

Purchased a dress for a wedding in August, received it in September. When I went to put dress on for the wedding the zipper was broken, couldn't wear the dress :( Did live chat since that is the only way to contact them and they said they couldn't do anything but if I purchased another dress they would give me a discount. After repeatly contact them they said they will send me a replacement zipper to match my dress but I would have to pay the shipping of the zipper and the cost of the taylor to replace it :( I agreed to pay shipping cost of zipper $15 and never received the zipper! It is now December and I am out the $150 dollars because I can't find a zipper that will match the color of the dress. How can someone do business like that?

I want to recommend Peridress to you. This is my real experience from Peridress.I bought a bridesmaid dress from peridress .They asked me lots of question about size, colour, fabrics, material and told me it would cost about 30 days to make and ship the dress. I get that dress seveal days ago, it is so amazing, It fits me perfectly and the dress size is exactly of mine. Thanks for their detailed explanation of how-to-measure, you should follow steps by steps if an order were placed. I think Peridress is a reliable bridal shop online for your dress selections. I love peridress. And I will do further business with peridress.

DresSale Customer service, refunding

I ordered my mother a dress for my wedding. When it got here it was too small, they had sent the wrong size. After emailing them on numerous accounts, they want me to reorder the dress and give me $30 discount that's some bull! DO NOT ORDER FROM DRESSALE THEY ARE A RIPOFF!442

Good luck. I think that everyone who has had a complaint with Dressale (and there are many) should go through their BBB and keep on sending complaints to Dressale. I have been on Dressale's Face book page and put warnings there to potential customers. I am trying to do everything I can to warn people off this unethical company. Dressale will give you the run around and give you a discount (mine was up to 20%) on buying a new dress. I asked them to take the dress back and remake it according to my measurements. Their reply was that if I sent it back it would cost be 80% of the original cost of the dress plus all return shipping costs.

I wish the credit card companies would block usage on this site as they are totally unethical and will not accept responsibility for their mistakes. This company needs to be put out of business.

I won my dispute with this company through PayPal/Bill Me Later, which is how I purchased the dress.
I got a full refund once I filed the dispute with them and stopped working with Dressale.com.
Granted, I have to ship the dress back to China, that will cost about $50, but at least Dressale.com was forced to give me a full refund, instead of the $30 the offered me.

Stay away from this company!

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; I ordered a dress for my great niece to go to a dance on FRIDAY MARCH 25 to this day I have not received this dress but paid for it in full with my credit card I have contacted the customer line and talk to a lady by the name of PENCY and all she did was tell me the dress would be here by the 26bof this month don't need the dress then she needs it before the 25 I told this lady to overnight it and she told me the manager was in bed that it was mid-night in HONG KONG well that's not my problem then I asked to talk to her or his supervisor and she came back and they were left alone no one there to ask a question to then I told her to overnight the dress at there expense she did not reply back about over nigh ting it so now I 'm not any further then when I started this is one concern that needs to be shut down or get they stuff to the customers on time as I was promised that it would be her e before the 25 of this month and another thing where is the phone number for this concern was told they scope but yet they call me on my home phone number what sup with that I know I won't hear from you people as you got the money for the dress and I'm out the money you people are not honest at all how can you look yourself in the mirror now wait another day for you to contact me

DresSale I would not order a dress from them again, and I would not recommend them

AVOID Dressale.com. I purchased a flower girl dress for my granddaughter from Dressale.com and it was not at all what we expected. We selected the size based on their size chart. After I placed the order they contacted me to make sure we wanted the dress as pictured. I replied yes and also sent them my granddaughters measurements. The dress arrived on time, but it was too tight in the chest, the arm holes weren't large enough, and the dress drags on the floor by several inches (when it was supposed to be just below the knees). They sew them after they are ordered, which is why I took the precaution of sending measurements along with the size. The sewing quality was sloppy--horizontal seams don't match up and fraying edges on the adorning flower. When I contacted them about returning the dress they were less than cooperative. They want me to send photos (which I will do) and they stated after seeing the photos we might be able to negotiate something. In short, I would not order a dress from them again, and I would not recommend them.

DresSale quality and refund

First of all, the lace on my wedding dress came burned in 3 places. Next, despite the fact that I gave them my exact custom measurements, it is nearly 2 sizes too big. The lace is very poor quality and is sewn very crookedly. There are a great deal of lose threads. After contacting the company, I have, thus far, been denied a refund for the price of the dress. I was willing to accept the losses for the price of shipping, but not for the price of the dress. Dressale has asked me to "understand their losses" and has told me they "cannot afford to lose the money on the dress". As a consumer, that is not my problem. As a business, it is their problem. My advice? Do not EVER buy a wedding dress from dressale.com! You'd be much better off going to David's Bridal, where you can get much better quality and still pay a very reasonable price!

BEWARE! I bought $401 worth of items. I paid express shipping 6-8 days. I contacted the company to find out where my items were, 14 days later. First they said my funds were frozen. I called paypal and contacted them back. Paypal said, no they had the funds for 2 weeks now. Then they said, “They did not make them because they tried to get a hold of me to make sure that’s the items I wanted”. I told them to refund me the money please; I thought I would have my items by now. They said, “we need over 20 days to make the items then, they would make them”. I said okay, I want a refund. They are now trying to take 30% for handling. What handling?

Dressale has good value items and, in my experience, good customer service. It might take a few days to resolve issues; however, they do try to keep the customer happy. The products I ordered so far have been well-made and I might buy more in the future.

I was always nervous to shop from any online shopping store. Then my colleagues told me to browse through dressale.com and asked me to check out the variety of dresses. When I checked the dresses available in different categories I was completely stunned. First I was feeling hesitated to shop from this web site. But after going through payment policies and other terms I felt secured. I must tell everyone reading this review that this site has got mind blowing dresses and that too in different ranges.

The reason why I am giving this store a five star is because it delivered to my expectations. I was doing my normal selecting which store to buy a dress from then I came across dressale.com. The customer care staff of the company was just great, in addition, they helped me pick a great outfit for my occasion. Lets just say you will get a lot of mixed reviews about a store but until you try it out you can never be sure which side to trust. I know that this site is great.

DresSale Dressale.com is nothing but a ripoff

Dressale.com is nothing but a ripoff! I ordered 3 bridesmaids dresses from them. Two were absolutely horrible. The bodices were mismatched and very bunchy looking when the dress was put on. The third dress was made properly but came in the wrong shade. They are not willing to give an exchange or refund and when I took them up on their offer to pay to have the dresses fixed (my "fix" was to go elsewhere and buy different dresses similar in shade to the 3rd), they back tracked on their offer. As a result, I had to spend an additional $275.00 to correct their mistake. They say that they are a "middle business" and can't afford to give a refund because they will lose money if they do. Stay far away from Dressale!

SCAM! The dress looked only vaguely like the photo and they expected me to pay them more money so they could fix their own mistakes. Would never do business with them! It's not worth the discount at all!

I purchased a wedding dress from them in Feb of 2017. promised by April 26th 2017. Late of course. Then when i got it is was WRONG. Product looked nothing like the picture. Made very poorly. Not half of the sequence in picture. shape completely wrong. Sequence had different colors (dress on picture didn't). I was told it was a "pity" that i was unhappy with the product. I sent pictures like they asked and my reply back was " they can't make it look exactly like the photo. So mad.

They offer custom made clothing. They don't make clothing to the measurements provided. When provided proof of this, via photographs they first say there can be an inch or so difference due to human error, when challenged about the fact that the difference is more than an inch, they change it to 1 1/2 inches is their standard deviation. The clothing does not fit. Their website does not indicate that the final product may be off by an inch or more for any measurement provided. They don't stand behind their product or their "guarantee". They won't refund the cost of the garment that was not made to the customer's specifications. This company is a scam.

got my dress a few weeks ago a and it was horribly made and of very poor quality.
dress did not look anything like the picture. the skirt was too short. the lace was sewn incorrectly.
THE SITE WONT EVEN LET YOU LEAVE A bad review.
NOT WORTH THE PRICE! TOTAL RIPOFF and waste of money since they wont reimburse you.

I am very disappointed with the customer service of Dresssale. We purchased a dress for an event in June and when the dress arrived it was the wrong size, wrong color and was made from cheap materials. If you value your money buy a dress someplace else. I have had several emails trying to get my money back and each time the customers service rep's ignore my questions and keep pushing to reduce the price paid and make another dress. Each time it is a different customer service rep (helen, piano, candy) and they continually fail to resolve the problem.

After this process I have figured out that they grab images from the internet and then make a dress they think looks the same. They do not do a very good job at it. They are based in HongKong and so you pay to have it shipped as well.

I ordered a gorgeous custom made mother of the bride dress, but when i received the dress it looked like a elementary student made it in class, i put the dress on and i was in tears the dress was horrible the lining was sewed in wrong so it made the dress gather around the hemline also it had no shape to it was like wearing a box, and the sequins were so cheap they look like confetti sewed on the dress. the bolera jacket did not have darts sewed on the back so that made the jacket not lay down against your back. i had to take this dress to a seamtress and she had to practically remake the dress all over needless to say i had to pay for the dress again. but now thanks to my seamtress the dress is gorgeous like it looked on line.

i saw some bad reviews for this company. now i want to say something about my own experience shopping there, i ordered a dress from there several months ago and now i have got the dress. i am very satisfied with it and there customer service is quite good. as far as i am concerned, you have to tell them all your request before you get your dress and there will be no problem with it.

Ordered a custom made dress, when it arrived it was way too small, all they offered to do is send extra material at my expense .
I m in the process of trying to send the dress back and get my money that was paid for this item. I sent pics clearly showing with a tape measure that what I was saying was the truth.. THEY DON'T CARE!

I purchased a dress for my daughters wedding. It came sooner than expected. That is the only good thing I can say. The color is wrong, I can't zip it up, the lace inserts are torn in several places, the gather waist is sewn like waves, not one of them is straight. The hemline is crooked also. I did everything they asked took pictures and made measurements. Then they told me it would be easier if I have it fixed by someone local. Fine it is going to cost $75.00 for the repairs. They are not willing to pay for the repairs only give me a discount on the next order. HAHA like I am going to order from them again. Has anyone had any luck getting a refund. Surely they can't just keep ripping everyone off like this.

I was more than displeased with the dress. The material was not chiffon as described in the product detail.It looked nothing at all like the photo, not even close.The color I ordered was Ivory and it came in pure white. When I received the dress it came in a small bag... The dress had a hole by the front of the hip, the beading was falling off, the bottom of the dress looked like it had been hacked with scissors, the seaming up the back of the dress was puckered, the flower embellishments look like a third grader stitched them onand they were dirty, you could see where the sewing machine had pulled the material (little holes all through the seam work.) I tried to to be fair and requested half of my money back but I was refused that, instead I was told the dress was wearable (even though a professional tailor said it wasn't, and could not be fixed) and the they offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase...Why would I ever order anything from someone I cannot trust. I had faith that my dress would be as beautiful as I was promised and now I'm left to find another wedding dress. Very heartbroken... The only positive thing I can say is that it arrived quickly, and I wish it never arrived =( I wanted to enclose photo's on their website along with my product review, which has been since deleted and I posted it 2 days ago, so someone thinking about this purchase could see just how bad it was but of course there is nowhere to do that. Please stay away from this site all together!

DresSale bad product, horrible customer service

I made a purchase of two bridesmaids dresses and my 3rd bridesmaid ordered her dressses separately. They all arrived on schedule, but the first two were absolutely horrible. They looked nothing like what the photo indicated. When I immediately contacted customer service to request either a refund or exchange, they offered me a $30 discount on a future purchase, not the refund or exchange I was asking for. They then offered to pay to fix the dresses to make the dresses acceptable after my continued complaining. When my other bridesmaid's dress arrived, hers was beautiful but the wrong color. They were supposed to be light blue, hers was royal blue. Between the three dresses, just under $500 was spent and I have since had to replace two of the dresses with something entirely different in a similar shade to the one that was pretty but the wrong color. I then accepted their offer to pay for "fixing" the dresses because I had to purchase others in order to "fix" the problem that they'd created and they backtracked and were only willing to pay $70. After I refused that offer once again and threatened them with a lawsuit, they are now willing to offer a $90 refund, after 2 weeks of continous complaining on my part. This is absolutely ridiculous. Buyer beware...stay away from Dressale!

I placed an order for a formal dress for a special event that I was "guaranteed" to get by a certain date. I never received the merchandise nor would the company return my " e-mails". They were quick to get my credit card information. BEWARE CONSUMERS!

My dress was delayed for 4 days, the customer service apologised for that and promised to give a discount. The dress is as beutiful as the pictures, I like it, besides, the price is reasonable, it is cheaper than some other websites.

I bought a bridesmaid dress from dressale.com .They asked me lots of question about size, colour, fabrics, material and told me it would cost about 20 days to make and ship the dress. They slao give me real tracking numbers . I get that dress seveal days ago, it is so amazing, I have never see so beautiful bridesmaids dress ! It looks the same as the pictures, .What's more, it is very cheaper . thank you dressale. i am so happy . and I think I will always choose you .

I ordered a dress from this place and I was very dissatisfied. The dress looked horrible...it looked nothing like the dress I ordered. Not only that, It was 5 sizes too small and I gave them my measurements. The offered me a refund of $30 when I paid $168.00 for it. If their are compliments about this company, they are probably from their employees, not real customers.

I have just received my bridesmaid dress from Dressale. I know how it going. I talked with customer service on the live cart, and you should first login in and then make an order. And their customer service “Mary” called me to confirm the information, I tracked my dress on the live chart, more than a week ago they told me that my dress was ok and would be shipped to me, that was fine. While it was delayed for several days, I was nervous, but they did give me a discount for my trouble. last week I attended my friend’s wedding as bridesmaid, the dress was great on me.

Sooo UPSET! Purchased a prom dress for my daughter on Dressale.com and got ripped off almost $200 and she has no prom dress now for her senior prom! The charge on my card listed MB*Moneybookers.com and name as Money Bookers! Everything is international so looks like no recourse.

I bought a dress from them...When I wore it to my party. It was very uncomfortable because the shoulders kept falling off shoulder, the hips where they took it in had thick seams under the liner because they did not cut out what they took in... I was seriously embarrassed when I happen to look down and on my left breast it looked torn . Upon further inspection I notice that it was the fold on my breast... it was not sown under that pleat and only had 3 tact's holding the pleat over it down. One tact on each breast and one in the middle... the raw seam kept poking out since it wasn't sown under the overlapping pleat... I would think paying over $208 for a dress I would get better quality... It was very embarrassing. I spent the rest of night hiding under my shawl since it looked like my dress was ripped on my breast and the shoulders kept falling down, not to mention the V for the neckline was puckered and not a clean seam. I contacted Customer Service for them and they wanted me to take all of these pictures I have shown below. It took several attempts to send them

We made the dress by hand instead of machine, which sometimes may result in the imperfect stitching. But this won't affect the whole dress. Would you mind fixing the dress locally? This company lies and customer service is no good. Order dress for my wedding got it nine days before the wedding it was wrong color and the dress did not fit. Needless to say I had to go look for a new wedding dress. And they would not refund my money. I would strong suggest that anyone thinking of ordering from this do not. They are just disgusting to me.

Well, here is another hindsight wish! I ordered a mother of the groom dress from dressale.com in November. I did receive the dress, but it was not wearable and very poorly made. The sleeves were not made to order, the lining was "bunched up" and way too short, and the bodice was poorly constructed with one side being higher than the other. It took me two full weeks to contact anyone in customer service. After sending pictures and being told I could get a seamstress to repair the dress since "it not look so bad" and they would give me ten dollars off my next order (what a joke), I have given up hope of any reimbursement. So sorry I didn't do my research before ordering from this scam of a company!

we orderd a dress from them, we reiceved totaly different dress ...such a bad experince i dont understand how they get away with it...bad quality ... if you purchased by pay pal ..contact them...i bought a dress from light in the box was very happy...

Scammers! I purchased a wedding dress and although it came in when promised the dress itself is UGLY and was made wrong. The quality is very poor and feels like a curtain fabric. Anyway, to this day they're giving me a hard time about a full refund and instead only want to refund $15 out $359 that I spent. Luckily I bought it via PayPal and they're refunding me the while amount as long as I send it back. I will never purchase from them again!
